My family and I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for YEARS. The technicians are always very polite and accommodating. I had to get my oil changed at a different location that was out of state recently, and found that shortly after getting my oil changed there a piece of my undercarriage panel that was falling off. There were many other reasons that I was displeased with that locations work. I took my car to this Jiffy Lube, told them my problems and they took care of it right away. I had my one year old daughter with me and didn't realize I should have pulled my car up before getting her out. I'll probably never come back here again LOL. I take my lil base model civic and they charge me $77 for an oil change. My oil costs $30 and i'm not sure why labor costs would be $45 when my friend takes their 2016 Mazda CX-5 and get charged $50 total. They also told me my tire pressure was 35 all around. I leave and shortly after my light comes on for the tire pressure. I recalibrated it because I thought it was just cause I got some new air in my tires. Light goes away and I go on w/ my day. Don't go to this place over priced and customer service sucks. I went there today and they told me that my oil pan was stripped. I went home called and asked to speak to manager who said his name is Alvero. He said the owner is T&R Lube Center but would not give me who reports to or their number. Alvaro exceeded my expectations with the oil change and tire rotation i requested, thankfully I came early in the morning so I was 1st customer of the day. The team here takes pride in what they do and you can tell customer satisfaction is their goal. Only thing different here is that the team member will have to drive your vehicle into the work area as you are expected to sit in the guest area or take a seat with the out door seating provided. I took my 1999 Toyota pickup in today for an oil change. I've had this pickup since it was new and I've always change the oil myself. I decided today to give Jiffy Lube a try and this is where it all went South. Toyota has a skid plate that requires 4, 10mm bolts to be removed to expose the bottom of the the engine. I'm watching out in the parking lot as the "technician" struggles with this skid plate and he has an emotional meltdown starts yelling the F-bomb underneath my truck!! I watched him as he precedes to vandalize and tear the skid plate off of my truck with his bare hands. I decided to light their asses up at this point and told them "if he couldn't do it I could change the oil myself." If you don't want your car vandalized, then don't come here as these guys are hacks!!! They all tried to apologize to me for their incompetence. This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube having moved farther away from my regular Chino Hills location. Service was the usual, fast and friendly. They went over my preferences and past service history. My car was in good repair, so I only needed an oil change this visit. There were two cars ahead of me and I'd say I was in and out in 20 minutes. They vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows too. read more

First time at this location and it didn't start off well because of the price estimated for a synthetic blend oil change. I'm an Uber driver and there are certain discounts we get with Jiffy lube either 10 or 15 percent and the new employee (which the MOD explained to me later) quoted me a higher price than what I'm use to based on my regularly scheduled oil changes with jiffy lube in the past. I told them no thanks and I was about to leave until I decided to ask for the manager on duty. We spoke for a lil and I asked him why the price was so high, way higher than what I'm use to paying with Jiffy lube and he did some searching into my archived invoices and found the issue. He also realized that I was under the impression that the price quoted was the final price including my discount but he clarified that the price quoted is only an estimate before the discount is applied. Once cleared up, the price dropped to what I'm used to and I'm glad I didn't have to go to another location. This seems like a good location and honestly one of the few locations that isn't jammed pack busy like the others (not sure if that's good or bad). But I can say that the manager saved a customer today. My only concern is that once I requested to not do business initially because of the quoted price by the new employee, the manager didn't come to find out why. It took for me to ask for the manager in order to find resolve. Other than that, they guys all seem friendly and who knows if I'll return or not. Left feeling blah compared to the other locations I've been too. It's a bummer because it's super close to where I live now but not trying to guess my oil change price or spend an additional 10 minutes getting the price to where it should be. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change and "since I was there" I asked if they rotated tires... tire rotation and full synthetic change. The next day I have a low tire pressure light and it feels like my lug nuts weren't put back on properly. I bring my vehicle back and ask them to take a look, I was told they're too busy it will be a wait and to check next door they have longer air hoses. So I'm writing this from the front bench outside Les Schwab Tire down the street. I've always loved their service when my vehicles needed tire work. Turns out they started doing oil changes in December. Turns out all my vehicles will now be taken to Les Schwab for oil and tires. read more

This establishment is horrible. In fact, I've concluded that all jiffy libes just suk. I'm waiting in line at the counter when an employee walks in from the service bay and asks the woman who just walked up in line BEHIND me, "are u hear for an oil change?" She says yes and then he tells her to pull her car into bay #2. Both me and another guy are like, WTF??? We're standing in line waiting and she just got her. They didn't care. Last time I was here, this place also didn't tighten my drain plug properly and oil leaked onto my concrete driveway. So after today's "second chance," I decided to go elsewhere from now on. Me and another guy just walked out. The Jiffy lube in Eastvale is also horrible service. They forgot to put my oil cap back on AND the drain plug was very loose. Oil went everywhere. This particular Jiffy Lube is the best I came in for a routine oil change , but I also had a headlight issue, I had been to a different automotive location ... they told me it would take an hour and a half to remove the bumper, etc., etc.... thanks to the help of Alvaro, Bryant, and Andy.... I arrived at 8 am in the morning as the doors were being opened upon Sunday 7/9/17 at this location. As I pulled up I observed one of the workers, I was told his name was Miguel, raise his arms up in frustration that I was there so early. I promptly informed attendant that was going to check me in, that I was going to take my car somewhere else, since it was apparent that Miguel didn't want to service my car while business was in operation. The attendant apologized, once I explained why I was leaving his ultimate response was that he could not control what other employees do. Having gone thru other reviews it is apparent the Sunday morning crew has an issue with working, since there was another poor and similar review about 2 weeks ago. The feedback I sent Jiffy Lube today.... Hello, instead of framing my experience into a well written story, I will just state the facts that took place this morning after taking my girlfriend's car in and asking to get the regular oil change. The attendant stated if I would like the same synthetic oil from last visit. I stated no, I would like conventional oil. He stated 0-20W synthetic is the recommended oil for this car. I said okay that's fine I went to the waiting room still a little confused so I called my girlfriend to ask what happened last time she was here. She told me the same location said it's best to get the synthetic oil since she went over the recommended miles between oil changes. That confused me as well. I've never heard that... will the synthetic oil repair damage now?? I immediately went outside and asked the same attendant to put conventional oil in instead. I said just put in 20W-50. He stated that's too heavy a weight. I stated okay let's go with 10-40. He said the recommended oil for this car is 0-20W. I said okay let's go with 5-20 He replies ok we have a 5-20 blend is that okay? I said don't you have a 5-20 conventional oil? He states... Yes we have just enough to fill your car. Okay, let's do it I reply I see my car pull up to the door 40 mins later and the keys just sitting on the counter. I wait over 5 mins before I get up and go to the garage to have somebody ring me up. I leave and go to the bank and as I'm walking back to my car I see the hood is not completely closed. I get home and look in the owners manual.... p. 381 "SAE 5W-20 or 0W-20 engine oil may be used. However 0W-20 is the best choice for good fuel economy and good starting in cold weather" It's at that point I decide to write some feedback to Jiffy Lube. Now I understand that statement can be misleading... is 0W-20 the best choice for BOTH good fuel economy and good starting in cold weather? Any way it's looked at... I don't need 0W-20 ever living in the area we do. It's April and in the 80's right now and summer will be here soon. So why pushing a cold weather synthetic oil on me? All in all the clear fact is there was way too much discussion on this issue when all I originally asked for a conventional oil.... which afterall was available and met the recommendations of the vehicle... that's it. I did not appreciate the exchange trying to get me to pay double for the synthetic oil. I've been going to Jiffy Lube at least 20 years and will continue to but this is my feedback to assist in making Jiffy Lube aware of these types of oil discussions that can get many others including my girlfriend on the previous visit, to pay more than they should. read more

Don't waste your time!!! Went to this Jiffy Lube early since they open at 7:00 am on Saturdays. Pulled up to the yellow chain and got out of the car. Three guys in the bay never acknowledged my arrival. Never even said, "Hi, we'll be right with you." I walked into the office and there was 1 customer walking in circles but NO service personnel. After waiting about 10 minutes with no contact from Jiffy Lube staff, I decided to walk next door to the Mountain View Tire business. They greeted me right away and had a comparable price for oil changes. Guess where I got my oil changed. Yep, backed away from Jiffy Lube, drove 15 additional feet, and had it serviced next door. The dopes at Jiffy Lube looked a bit shocked but I really don't know why. That's what happens when you have crappy customer service. read more

My issue was finally resolved after much debate with the owners of the franchise. The car was taken to Toyota to have the engine torn down. The piece of metal was located in my engine, and Jiffy Lube agreed to cover the cost of the repair. My final review would be that the owners will take care of any issues, but not without fighting tooth and nail to shift the blame onto you first. However, the onsite manager (Cesar) is a shady kid who has absolutely no respect for people, and will be more than happy to set you up to absorb an astronomical repair cost, if it means that he can cover his own behind. My husband took my car into a Jiffy Lube for an oil change near my job. In the morning we noticed oil all over the driveway. I didn't have time to drive all the way back to that Jiffy location, so I called one near my house for help. A guy named Alvaro told me to bring it in, even though the two businesses are not truly affiliated. In about 15 minutes, Alvaro pulled my car in, diagnosed the problem and offered to correct the mistake of his competitor for free. In another 15 minutes, he had me out of there with fuels topped off and no leaks. Thank you, Alvaro, from the Jiffy Lube located at 2925 Hamner Ave in Norco.
