2 days ago Jiffy Lube deliberately destroyed my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change during an inspection there were oil leaks and damages to my vehicle from previous oil changes from accessing the oil pan and not securing the cap properly. Rather than inform me of the oil change issues, Jiffy Lube decided to do an oil change differently by suctioning the oil from the top of the oil tank and showed me a memo from a general manager dated August 2024 not to change the oil on certain vehicle years 2005-2022 due to previous known negligence of Jiffy Lube services that damaged these named vehicles. Jiffy Lube trainee also added additional oil to my vehicle stating that the filter saturated 1/2 quart. The trainee also added coolant to the reservoir when the radiator fluid was possibly empty. When I drove off Jiffy Lube lot, immediately I needed a jump start because the vehicle turned off. After getting a jump start, a few minutes later the car started smoking. The temperature gage was all the way up at H level. I called Jiffy Lube to inform them, Kat said she was coming to help me. She put the phone on hold so long, I had to call her back. She said she was sending Abraham Manager instead. Finally when Abraham showed up he tried to cover his tracks by taking pictures of the oil dip stick, radiator, milage etc. What Kat or her trainees should have done prior. Abraham tried to convince me that because he has cameras everywhere at Jiffy Lube he can assure me his technicians, trainees and Kat did nothing wrong. He said he would ask another mechanic shop nearby where the car ran hot, if they would give me a discount. He denied the claim in an email, even though, I never completed a claim form. Most real mechanics would not service a vehicle if the inspection showed there was an oil leak or any prior damages to the area needing service. Nothing is right with what Jiffy Lube did to my vehicle and Jiffy Lube is liable. The owner replied to this review asking for my email, phone number, availability information, but never contacted me. The only thing that changed is the supervisor Cathy, AKA Cat and her trainees were spoken about differently. Jiffy Lube is pretending to be something that they are not. Not trustworthy, not concerned, not polite and definitely not accountable, but I win! read more

Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Cathy has great customer service. She explains everything with knowledge and you can hear a "smile" as she talks to you. Great service from the staff here and Miguel who went over everything they did here. I used to go to a different location and they never did that for me there. I used a coupon from jiffy lube site as well $26 off synthetic oil change! Got my tires rotated per recommendation from Miguel (my husband agrees with this rec since he works on cars and has ASE certs) and they topped off my wiper fluid and coolant. Person helping you was wearing a hoody and two face mask on top of each other . Very soft spoken so you could not hear or understand what she was saying. It took more than one and half hours to change the oil . The place did not appear to be buzzy just totally under staffed. After waiting for the job to be completed It took over 20 additional minutes to inform me the car was finished. read more

Customer service staff at this location lied to me at least three times to me today and was rude when I questioned those lies. Abraham, who checked me in, claimed that Honda requires synthetic oil for my car. The attached photo from my owners manual shows that Honda permits, but does not require synthetic oil for my car. When questioned, their customer service representative Lester asserted he called Honda to verify the requirement, but as you can see from the Owner's Manual, that was a lie too. Next, they claimed my oil level was "Below the safe zone" when they checked it before the oil change. I checked my oil level on the first of the month when I fueled the car--two days ago. When I disputed that report Lester refused to correct their records stating "We're the professionals." I can assure you I've done enough oil changes in my life to know when my oil is low. Lester's attitude, coupled with their staff's lies, make Jiffy Lube a place to avoid. I wouldn't trust them, nor should you. read more

When I asked the service technician about my tires he looked dumbfounded and wasn't sure what I was talking bout so he asked another mechanic. Then they said because of the nail in the tire they cannot check air pressure on any of them tires for liability reasons and it would be "dangerous " for them aka they suddenly "forgot about all that tire urgency" or it didn't need it and they chose not to even check my air pressure..? Even with a coupon I still ended up paying over $100. I will never return to any jiffy lubes. I am very disappointed by their behavior towards lone woman taking their vehicle for an oil change! requested a synthetic oil change and was charged $104.51 ( after $20 coupon for synthetic oil change on their SoCal website ). $45.39 for "parts", $74.60 for labor and $10.19 for taxes. there were 4 cars in front of me and their estimated time wait was 1.5 hr - 2hr but i only waited about 30 min which was very nice. their waiting room was pretty small and the TV had no noise but it had AC and did the job. would have to wait on the quality of the oil life and will update this post in a couple months, if i remember . for reference my car is a Honda Civic Hybrid 2008. read more
