This was my first experience having an oil change done at Jiffy Lube, or anywhere for that matter. I have a mechanic in the family who usually helps me out with anything he can towards maintenance of my car, but he is not available at the moment, so I decided to try Jiffy Lube. It was also very convenient being that I run the Blinds & Shutters business across the street from them, so drop-off and pick-up was a breeze :-). I called and spoke with Billy the day before I dropped off my vehicle. He was very informative right off the bat, explaining to me that I would need synthetic oil for my VW Jetta. I honestly didn't believe him at first because my family mechanic always used regular oil. Upon a bit of research, I discovered that he was right! Synthetic oil is required for my vehicle. I can use regular oil for my vehicle, but it isn't good for my engine. The following morning, I dropped off my vehicle and was greeted by Billy, who was absolutely amazing. He made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. I received a follow-up call less than a half hour later to inform me of the good, the bad, and the ugly about my car. My car was desperately in need of this oil change, which I already knew, and the coolant was very low due to it being the wrong type. I decided to go ahead and have it flushed and replaced with the correct coolant. My brakes were almost down to the rotors! Since I have changed brake pads before and my boyfriend also knew how to do them, I decided I would take care of that part myself. Billy was so nice and didn't try to talk me into having them do it, but expressed concern for me to have it done ASAP for my own safety. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given at this particular Jiffy Lube. I took my car in for a tune up before driving my children on a two week adventure across 3 states. My car ran perfectly! The mechanics at Jiffy Lube gave me ONLY the services I needed and explained each thoroughly. The staff is polite, expedient, and fair. I went in again today with a friend who needed a tune up. He was given the same quick, polite treatment I was given. I will be going to this Jiffy Lube from now on.....guaranteed! I had an excellent experience getting an oil change at the Jiffy Lube on Katella in Anaheim. The team here is incredibly fast, efficient, and genuinely honest with their work. This is one of the rare places where I feel like I got real value for the services I got. I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. Instead, they clearly walk you through the current condition of your car, explain what's actually needed, and give you a realistic idea of what to keep an eye on moving forward. Most mechanics I've visited tend to push extra services, but not this Jiffy Lube. Their transparency and professionalism truly stood out. I was referred to this Jiffy Lube by a friend. My car has a lot of miles on it and I'm a bit leary of auto services as I've been ripped off before. I was given a full tune up with explaination of the services given. I am a novice and don't understand much about mechanics but I feel great about Jiffy Lube's service. They did not try to upsell me and told me what was necessary for the time being. I appreciate how quickly I was taken care of and how reasonable the price was. My car immediately ran way better! I had a great experience here! I had gotten a coupon at an Angel's game for a $20 oil change and I wasn't sure if they would accept it but they did. I wanted to get high mileage on my car, but the coupon didn't cover it. They even vacuum your car and clean your windows. They did not push me for repairs or add ons and I felt comfortable here. highly recommended! read more

After leaving my normal Jiffy Lube because it was too busy, I drove to this location. This location can accommodate more customers without getting too backed up. I also found out they can do more than normal Jiffy Lube locations, tune up, brakes and more. They honor all Jiffy Lube coupons and even look for more discounts. I pulled up at 6:30 and they close at 7. I was out by 6:55. These guys were so nice.. I have some issues with my car and they recommended a mechanic for me and gave me a discount card to use there. Went in on a Wednesday morning and oil change was extremely fast and with the check in discount I paid $24.91. I would have paid more for 5 quarts of oil and filter at Pep Boys. This is the best deal in town, if you know of another one, let me know so I can use it on my next oil change, lol. read more
