Our car's battery suddenly died while we were driving on 210 last Thursday so we exited on Hill ave and parked our car in a 76 gas station right across from this Jiffy lube store. My husband asked the manager if they could fix or replace the battery. Since our car was dead across the street, the branch manager and his man, Will, hauled a new battery over to jump our car. The manager told us that they did not have the proper equipment to test the alternator and the battery and that he did not want to sell us a battery that we did not need or might die in a few days (if the malfunction is due to alternator and not the battery). The Jiffy Lube guys just jumped our car FREE OF CHARGE and sent us to a nearest store with proper diagnostic equipment!!! I've just recently started going to Jiffy Lube after receiving insufficient service from the Firestone on Colorado. Was a little resistant initially because Jiffy was a bit more expensive than I wanted to spend but I needed a change. My 1st time there I had a good experience and the customer service was EXCELLENT. Just went back again today and it was a repeat of the 1st time. Richard and Edgar did great work on my car and Richard was a pleasure to deal with when it was time to finalize the bill. I went to this Jiffy Lube under the assumption my battery was dead and they thankfully tested it prior to replacement and realized the battery was perfectly fine. Thanks to Gm Aaron, he and his team really helped me by not only saving me money and not changing our a perfectly fine battery but he also recommended their mechanics at another store for the issues it appeared I was having. With his help we were able to call that other location and get me a next day appt with their mechanic. I am so thankful to Aaron and the staff for their excellent service! read more

I went to get my brake light fixed today and Manager Chris fixed it in less than 10 minutes, I have a really old car that needed extra tools to get the old bulb out. I was the first customer on a Thursday morning, 7:00 a.m. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The waiting room was nice. Most waiting rooms have average coffee, but this place actually makes GOOD coffee! Best of all, the oil change was completed in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. read more

I came for an oil change after a long interstate drive and found out I needed to change filters and the old filter was showed to me which doesn't happen too often.
