Rotating your tires at Juffy Lube is the new "ice cream machine " at McDonalds. They do not like doing it so either the lift is broken, they are short staffed today or today. I heard a new one. They will damage the plastic on your tires if they rotate them here. . 3 times in a row going to this Jiffy Lube or another and not be able to get my tires rotated. So frustrating! Had the "wrong car" registered with my tag number so after they started, the price went up. Synthetic oil change good for 7500 - 10000 miles. They ask me how long I want until my next oil change. After telling them 7500 miles, they adjust to 5000. Do NOT GO to this location. I am all for paying for good service but this location is a complete rip off. The dealership would have been ~ $30 cheaper. What a joke! read more

Wife went to the one on bee ridge. I looked at the van before she went. Checked everything, A/F, Trans, Oil, brk fluid. There where no leaks, just needed an oil change. She came back after they changed the oil, and said they said the oil filter housing was cracked. I know it was not, so they broke it and hear is the good part. They noted it was broken before the oil change. AND PROCEEDED TO CHANGE THE OIL, AND LET HER LEAVE WITH A OIL LEAK. If it was broken before the oil change. I went in for an oil change on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta, and I get home and I have a puddle of oil in my driveway. I go back and they claim to fix the issue. Go into a different location for an oil change 1 year later and they claim that I have an oil leak and they would fix it for $200. I refuse because I want a second opinion. New location mechanic explained that the first location stripped the threads on my oil pan causing the leak. They worked around the issue by inserting a larger aftermarket cap all without my knowledge. I can honestly say I'm extremely disappointed and will not be going to any jiffy lube location ever. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! When I went there they were eating sandwiches, obvious one was eating a Tuna Sandwich (more on this in a sec). Glenn showed me my air filters and said that they were really bad and that they really needed to be changed. So, They charge me for changing my air filters. When I put on my air the next day, my car smelled really bad, like B.O. or Tuna (Hence the Sandwich and a flashback of a Seinfeld episode!!). I popped the hood took a look at my air filters and THEY CHARGED ME $30.00 FOR AIR FILTERS THEY NEVER CHANGED. THE GUY TRIED TO WIPE THE DIRT OFF WITH HIS TUNA FISH HANDS ON MY AIR FILTER!! THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I went to the Bee Ridge Location and spoke with their DM. He was great and a lot of help. Go to the Bee Ridge location and NOT Clark Road!!! read more

Brought my car in at 10am for an oil change and front/rear brakes. Was told it will be an hour. Came back around 12:30pm and was told it wasn't ready - the parts guys brought the wrong break pads and it'll only be another hour. They said they will call when finished. I called at 2:20 (almost 2 hours later) and it still wasn't done -- they needed another 40 minutes. Show up an hour later to pick up the car and it's still not done. Been sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes now with no one ever cominng to give me an update. This is atrocious customer service and I am starting to think they havE no idea why they are doing. How does an oil change and brAkes take over 5.5 hours? Is this a joke? I could've wEnt next door to goodyear and wouuldve been done hours ago - STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Get your vehicle serviced at your own risk here. They left my transmission fluid dip stick half way out. Found it that way weeks after service. Hard telling how much dirt got in. Probably did it on purpose cause I didn't fall for all their other upsell products and services. Bunch of numbskull's. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR $$$ these guys disconnected a vaccum line and unplugged a sensor during a standard oil change. When confronted about the vaccum hose I watched them detach , they stated it was to turn off a check engine light. The only way to do that on my car is with a computer They will never get my business again and luckily the damage was minimal I was able to fix everything myself or else I would have contacted my lawyer read more

I have been to many places before the trying get my oil change. I stopped by this location on my way home from work about 5 o'clock on a friday, despite it being so late on a friday they were extremely nice and the service was very quick. They even went as far as to inform me on other things my vehicle needs, it didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything just letting me know. I feel very confident within their employees, when I had a question about my transmission flush they were very knowledgeable in regards to the answer. read more

I agree with this last post do NOT go this location on CLARK road. go to the one on beeridge. The CLARK road jiffy lube is poorly managed, and the manager there was rude to the customers and they seemed to be waiting forever to be serviced. The one on Beeridge is excellent and very professional - night and day. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! read more
