I want to leave another review because I was impressed once again with this Jiffy Lube. Nadeem and James as well as the rest of the crew were great. Everything was explained to me and they did not try to up sell. In fact, that's why I'm writing this second review. At first, the paperwork that was done previously said I needed my tail light was broken. I said to go ahead with the fix. When it was time to pay, Nadeem said the tail light worked fine when they checked it and there was no need for a fix so I was not charged. Usually car places are known for fudging a bit to get more money but these guys were completely honest and I was so happy with that. Once again, I love it here. read more

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. I DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! I woke up one morning and my battery was dead. I called roadside assistance and they gave me a jump and the guy said to go somewhere and have them check my battery. Since jiffy lube is closet to me I went there. While fixing my battery the guy tells me that my brake lights are out and I need to replace them, so I did. Then he tells me I need a coolant flush and keep pressing on it, I tell him no thanks (according to my car's manual I need one every 30k miles or 2 years and I'm not up for one for another 6 months). I get in my car and leave. When I arrive at my destination, I'm told my brake lights are on, and then I realize my brake lights won't shut off, so I go back to them. Well they tell me "Ma'am your car came like that to us, that's how we knew you needed the new lights, thats probably what killed your battery." But yet, NO ONE bothered to tell me this! I needed an oil change and usually go to The Lube Center. I called and was warmly greeted by Victor who gave me pricing. I was greeted at my car by Mbella. During the inspection they pointed out issues that I knee existed and explained the whole service. I did end up needing a light which they replaced. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and for $30 something you can't beat that (not including the light). Plus they top off your fluids for free in between services. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work and customer service. I will be coming here for oil changes from now on. read more

Been coming here for some time for car maintenance and have been pleased. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. They go about explaining what they see in a vehicle and what the recommend. It's laid out for you on a screen with costs and timetables for when things need to be done. It's almost like going to a doctor's appointment for your car. I always tend to get sticker shock at the pricing, more so for what it cost to keep my car properly cared for but I wait it out in the lobby where they serve coffee with a repeating loop of Jiffy Lube TV Infomercials. The techs usually finish up at the time estimated and they always have someone hold the door open for you when you exit the building and get into your car. About as good an experience as you ca expect to find when getting work done and I've had no issues. read more

They try and upsell you everytime. It's annoying having to say no to airfilters every time. I don't want you taking my damn filter out and showing it to me either. There's a good chance they aren't gonna put it back in correctly. Typically they do not bother with wiping the windows or the other bonus services promised in their little "packages." Also, oil smudges all over the interior of my car? Nice touch. They are fast as crap however, and when I'm in a hurry, I will suffer through the crappy details. They offer coupons usually, which makes it an even 50 bucks for synthetic and oil filter. Bring wet wipes to clean up the mess left by the grease monkeys and it's not so bad. read more

Worst oil change in all my years of driving. First of all, the waiting area is filthy. Secondly, the service is slow! And the place wasn't even packed! I only came here because it's supposed to be JIFFY! After my car was serviced, I had to stand around and wait because there was only one guy who had the code to the register and he was somewhere. The part that pissed me off the most was the smudges that they left all over the interior of my car. I mean, WTH?! My interior has grey leather and I had oil smudges on my glove compartment, my passenger seat, my door handle, I spent almost an hour wiping down and disinfecting my car. Definitely not cool. The manager seems like a nice guy, but he sees a bit over his head. The guys who work in the bay don't seem to care though. I complained about the wait and the smudges and all one of them said was the manager (who works the register) is somewhere around and he went back to whatever he was doing and left me waiting . Lastly, they note all these complimentary service they provide on the receipt, like vacuuming carpet and checking other fluids. Yeah right, don't believe them. They left to the interior of my car dirtier than i took it in. I'm NOT going back to this location....or any other jiffy lube. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I showed them the paint transfer, was argued with, I took photos, called the owner, tried to go about it amicably and still have yet to receive any correspondence from anyone about rectifying their mistake. Best customer communication of all Jiffy Lubes I've used. Very clean bathroom. Fast and thorough. Run like a small, close-knit military crew. TV, fresh coffee, and magazines in waiting room. Hard to find: go all the way around the auto dealer loop and make last right, just before light, then go past merchants tire garage. read more

Blatantly lied about time to finish brake job. I was told it would be two hours, so I said I'd come back another day, just do the oil. A few minutes later, I'm told now they can do it in an hour. So I said ok, do it. Well guess what, it took 2.5 hours, with no additional work over the estimate. So, if you put any value on your time or the honesty of the people who work on your car, go somewhere else! read more

NEVER go to this location. After having an oil change, I noticed a weird smell coming from my car whenever I turned on my AC or heat. A little over a week later, my battery light came on (I had replaced it 4 months before). I popped the hood and my engine was covered in brown liquid. The engine oil cap was not replaced and oil had been leaking all over my engine. I took my car back, they apologized, then cleaned the engine and filled the oil up. I got a coupon for $7 off my next visit. I asked why the battery light was on. They said my battery was fine and to take it to the dealership. About an hour after dropping it off at the dealership, I received a phone call from them informing me oil was covering my alternator and it needed to be replaced for $550. They also informed me Jiffy Lube should pay for it since negligence on their part caused a 3 year old alternator to need replacement. Multiple phone calls later, I have yet to hear from the owner. I've gotten the run around from them and keep having them tell me "the owner will call you soon, you need to relax ma'am". After the condescending tone from the last call, I told them not to bother calling me back because from this point forward, they'd be dealing with my lawyer. He seemed to find that statement amusing because he actually laughed when I said it. I'm wondering if they'd take me seriously if I wasn't a 25 year old female... Then again, probably not. Anyways, it's in my lawyers hands now (I wasn't kidding) and I will never go to this location again. In fact, I will never go to another Jiffy Lube again. This is by far the worst car mechanic I have ever been too and regret not reading reviews beforehand. We just moved to the area and I went for an oil change. The manager was very demeaning and told me to ask my "hubby wubby " when our last car maintenance was done. Um excuse me? I take care of my own car. Because of this, and because they failed to check my headlights, rear wiper blades (both of which I had to ask them to check and replace) or wipe down the windows as promised in their ad, I will never go there again. read more

Don't go here- ever!!! My son took his car there for an oil change (8 month old car). We dropped the car off and began to leave to get lunch. one of the technicians came running out to our car and said the wiper blades needed to be replaced. We agreed in haste even though I already knew this is a typical mo of oil change shops to talk people into extra work. Off we went for lunch and returned for the car about an hour later. My son got out to go pay for the work and I pulled around next to his car. I noticed that the wiper blades had not been changed and I called my son on my cell to make sure it was not on the bill. Of course it was, so needless to say, I went into the shop to see what the hell is going on. They sent a tech to rush out and place the blades on the car- I said don't bother, and give us credit back for the blades. The tech came in and said he broke one of our old blades (I'm not sure how you brake a blade) so he installed new blades. I said no- they gave the blades for free. I asked to speak to the manager, who was the same person as the one ringing up the false charge- sulen, rude, unapoligetic, careless attitude. I began to wonder if the even changed the oil or topped the fluids, so I popped the hood, check the dip stick and could not really tell being a new car and all. But the fiulds where not touched. In particular, the windsheild fiuld was almost bone dry. This place is bad news- I bet they pull this stunt all the time. read more

I was so impressed with the customer service I received when I went in to get my oil changed. It was raining so they met me at my car door with an umbrella to walk me to the store.The oil change was a bit expensive but I paid for the convenience. They were done in less than 15 minutes and did a very good job. I will definitely bring in my car again to Jiffy Lube. thanks! read more

I called to get directions to the location and I'm glad I did since the entrance wasn't obvious. I went to this location for the first this afternoon to get an oil change and the 1st thing that struck me was how customer friendly the gentleman was who walked me in the door. He made a point of offering me coffee and showing me where the ladies room was located (I hadn't asked). I'd asked about an issue I was having with my wiper fluid failing. They took a quick look and reconnected a loose fitting without charging me. That NEVER happens! I was in and out of the door within about 15-20 minutes with a fresh oil change and a major issue resolved which I thought would cost me a lot more. Took my car to this location for an oil change and AC fix. The mechanic charged + $200 to fix my AC. One day after, the AC still didn't work, so I took it back to the mechanic, and he told me there was nothing he could do. What a waste of money! They should just stick to very simple and basic car maintenance, not mechanic service. read more

First time that I had ever came to this Jiffy Lube and NEVER will I EVER come back! I went to get a simple oil change and they ended up damaging my hood! This should have never happened but I understand that mistakes happen in life but the fact that the store manager Mr. Nelson and district manager Kirby handled my situation poorly by ignoring me and lying to me instead of professionally owing up and taking matters to their own hands they decided to bend my hood back in place and said it was "good to go" with more dents and scratches to it! I asked to see the footage of how my car came in and the store manager was almost positive that my car had came in damaged. After they kept brushing me off I finally had to call for backup for them to actually take me serious. Turned out that they determined damage was done under their hands and had to pay for my car to undergo repairs. I was so scared that they were just going to leave me and my car in a horrible condition by the way they disrespected me and handled my stressful situation. I have been to this Jiffy Lube several times now, and with rare exception, have been very pleased with the staff and the work. The work has been done consistently well and without issue. One thing I like is that when I asked them to do a transmission flush, they didn't pretend to do it and then charge me. Rather, they let me know mine was a closed system and they are not set up to service this type. This is one example, there are a couple more examples similar in nature. The one exception (so minor I didn't dock them in the stars rating) was one employee who didn't understand that you don't need to change oil as frequently when you use the synthetics. He was being kind of a bone head about it and said the owners manual is the bible and if it said every 3,000 miles, then that was it. I set him straight in no uncertain terms. I was sad to read of the women who left comments that had a bad experience. I am also a woman, but the staff has been consistently respectful and professional with me. I will continue to choose this Jiffy Lube when reasonably convenient. read more
