Yeah, Yelp, methinks not. Not to downgrade my sex, but I can understand why the gentleman who reviewed ranked this location high: because he was treated as an equal, not an inferior. My experience at this Jiffy Lube is horrible, and I have two formal complaints pending. One is to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and the other to the Jiffy Lube corporate office. What the employees here have done absolutely blows my mind. I got my car in there a few months ago when my oil life read 50% on my dash (I'd gotten the car pre-owned several months before and at 100% oil life). I do not drive very often, or for long distances. After my servicing was complete, I noticed that they had changed the view on my dash from oil life percentage to mileage. Several days ago, my dashboard started beeping and lighting up with 15% oil life and a wrench. I am extremely certain I got overcharged and scammed. I will never trust Jiffy Lube again, at least this location, and I urge everyone to not make the same mistake I did by not watching them while they changed my oil. read more

Called ahead to ask for a price quote on an oil change and tire rotation. I was told tire rotation is free with an oil change, total cost would be $39 for a sedan. They never asked me what kind of oil I wanted when they quoted me. I come in and expect to be charged $39 but instead the price comes out to $99 with the tire rotation costing $19.99. I told them I was quoted a different price and they basically called me dumb by saying "you must've called a different place". Oh, so it was MY fault then. By the way I was the only woman in the shop so perhaps they wanted to take advantage of the stereotype that women dont know sqwat about cars or oil changes. Would not recommend this place to women who have to take care of their own cars. Next time I call for a price quote I will take down the name of the employee who quoted me. read more

They weren't that busy and they were able to get me in and outta there quickly for an oil change, topped off all my fluids, vacuumed and cleaned the windows!! Opened doors for me too!! I recently purchased a used out-of-state car and needed to install my CA license plates. Unfortunately the license plate holes on this vehicle were misaligned and I didn't have the proper screws either to screw in my new plates. So I took my car to this Jiffy lube location and they fixed it in no time!! Brandon the manager was AMAZING and really helpful and courteous. Your "technicians" tried to rip me off!! They wanted $97 for an oil change. NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS!! I've never paid more then $59. I asked about coupons, the response was "I can give you five dollars off". I asked him to look up my account and see what I've paid in the past. His answer was "I don't have access to that screen". Jiffy Lube - you've lost my business!! Total rip off artists and BTW there's a fifteen dollar off coupon available right here on Yelp. Why didn't they offer me that???? When I googled "Jiffy Lube Coupons" I saw a sponsored Google ad from Jiffy Lube for $18 off. When I clicked on the "coupons" link it went to a page that said "not found". I mentioned the ad, and the broken link to the cashier, and he said: "we can't do this without the coupon code". He then rang me up for a PREMIUM oil change for $85!? Also, he only offered a $10 discount instead of the $18. Went to Yelp to find a $13 discount coupon. There are also coupons on Groupon. Bad experience today. Sorry guys! Not coming back. Very easy to communicate, fast service, early hours to accommodate my schedule. They took way less time than expected to change the serpentine belt and change the oil on my Prius. Alway had good experiences here. Seems somewhat overpriced at times but there always seems to be coupons available online but somehow they never seem to work in store. Today I had the jiffy love site text me a coupon just before arriving and the gentleman at the front desk had to verify with the store manager on whether or not he could use it. Needless to say the code from the corporate text did not work but they did match and so the signature oil change was $21.99+ tax (down from $43). I was in and out very fast and will be returning for my next oil change. read more

I see a number of negative reviews for this place but I always get great service at this location, despite there usually being a different crew each time. The last time I went for an oil change, they turned me away because my full-synthetic still looked good after 7000 miles. They could have easily ganked me and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Very happily surprised they did this, and in doing so, re-earned my loyalty. There is a trick, though: To ensure the best experience, you HAVE to get there in the morning as early as possible, preferably when they open and be first or second. But if you come when they're really busy, you might not have as fun a time. If you don't go in the morning, I suggest calling ahead to see how busy they are. read more

Had such a great experience! Called before I went because I had a couple questions, Brandon answered and was very helpful and very kind. Once I arrived, it was surprisingly quick service; in and out in 45 minutes! Everyone was super friendly, I stayed in my car the whole time (due to covid I'm assuming), everything was so quick and easy! Posted price was $29.95 for regular oil change. Nowhere stated only 5 quarts. Got serviced and bill came to $40.00. They said it was limited to 5 quarts and the sixth quart cost me $8.00 extra. I needed an oil change, went to my regular Brake Masters. No one was in the office, no "Welcome!" No greeting at all. After waiting about 10 minutes. I coughed, and then I hear from the service bay " That's not gonna make it any faster" I said I'm not trying to rush you. Then I thought about it. I'm a many times return customer, no one even greeted me, then I get that BS remark because I had to cough. And it was said by the manager of all people. I went to the service bay, and said "You know me, you know I'm a return customer, and then you say that BS?!? Have a good one, you lost a return customer for life, next time don't be a d@$k, and you probably won't lose a customer." I proceeded to Jiffy lube on TO Blvd and Skyline, and was promptly greeted and welcomed, offered my choices, and got my oil changed all in 20 minutes, only twice the time I waited to not even get greeted, or get greeted very rudely, if that was a greeting.
