It's been a while since I've been to Jiffy Lube and I gotta say by the experience of today's visit, I will be going back. Everyone had a positive attitude, the service advisor went over my vehicle's manufacturer maintenance recommendations without being pushy, although very informative. To me it's important to stay informed about your vehicles up coming maintenance. They vacuumed my car's floors and cleaned the exterior windows. They also went above and beyond, and explained, and also showed me the work that was performed after my ring out. Great service Jiffy Lube thank you. read more

They are one of those rip-off places. I took my van in there because it was shaking terribly. They said I needed a new engine to the tune of thousands of dollars. Stressful experience, customer service wasn't pleasant. They stripped my oil drain plug and I took it to 2 other places that could not remove it. So I take it back to them and they tell me that if they can remove it they will but if they can't then they cant. Not reassuring whatsoever and fueled my anger. Thankfully they were able to remove it and as I'm checking out the guy at the counter tells me that whomever I took my car to weren't real mechanics because they weren't able to remove the drain plug that the guys jiffy lube messed up. He told me that they weren't "real mechanics" because they weren't able to fix a mistake that THEY made and I received no apology for the issue either. This was my first time doing anything car related on my own and it was so positive! My car is not in the best condition by a long shot, but I only have a college budget. I came in because my car desperately needed an oil change and my headlight went out. The manager told me what else was wrong with my car, what could wait, and what I should consider for future reference. I also was going to put off transmission maintenance until my next paycheck, but he worked with my budget instead to give me a discount. Because I also had a coupon from Yelp, and they can only do one discount at a time, he increased the (already generous) discount! Tried twice to get my oil changed here and both times had a 90+ min wait so went back mid day during the week. I purchased a groupon for my son's older model car and was quoted a $100 oil change - they wouldn't honor the face value of the groupon. Instead I was told "just call groupon and get a refund" unfortunately that isn't how Groupon works and now I'm stuck with a worthless coupon for an expensive service center. Very disappointed they weren't willing to honor something I had already paid for towards the cost of the service. This is hands down the most expensive oil change in town. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. I took my car in for a vehicle inspection for Uber and they dd everything to put off the inspection.THEY HATE DOING THESE INSPECTIONS. I had bought brand new wiper blades and they claimed they streaked. Then they broke out one of my running lights and failed me for it being broke. I demanded to see the video and you can see my car pull in and the light is fine. It is clear that you can see a wrench size hole busted in the lens. I had called in for the estimated wait time, they gave me 20-30 minute wait. That was fine and all. While they were working on my car, I decided to sit at the table closer to the smog shop. I heard what sounded like pellets or air soft gun shooting under neath where they work. I didn't think much of it until I seen a gentlemen come out with something that looked like a gun. It indeed was an air soft gun. He proceeded and what seemed like he was taking his break. I couldn't believe my eyes. He started smoking marijuana on the job. I couldn't speak to a manager cause I had to get to work and they were busy. But at least I can put it on here so a manager can see this. I hope you talk to this employee. I went to have a car inspection to drive Uber. I drove up and I asked one of the men if they did that. One said that he wasn't sure and he would check. About 5 minutes later, I asked again, and he asked his boss, who said yes. "just have a seat and we'll do it." Ok. About 15 minutes later, I went outside to see how my car was doing, and they hadn't got to it. I asked how much longer, and they said they were not sure. They told me to wait again. I also asked them how much an oil change was, and he said, "I think it's $99 for your car because it needs synthetic." That's strange because the last Jiffy Lube did my car for about $30. Whatever. These were unprofessional "mechanics" who had no business dealing with customers. Plus, the coffee was cold and almost gone. What a waste of time-about 30 minutes to do nothing. Went in to use my Groupon to get my wifes oil change. I bought the basic oil change. Steve was awesome and informed me that my wifes car takes only the synthetic oil and what I bought would void my wifes warranty on her car. His team worked fast and checked our car. Everything was done quick and with a smile. So I came back to get my vans oil change since I still had that groupon. Steve comes back and says my oil looks great and for me to come back in about 1000 miles to change my oil. Talk about an honest guy. I really appreciate him putting the customer before making a buck. Took my car in and knew I needed more than just an oil change. Upon arriving my nerves were immediately settled by the store manager Marvin, who said he would do a quick assessment and come back to review what he found. He promptly returned and explained the few issues he had found that matched up to the work I already knew I needed done. His honestly and integrity is the reason I will come back to this location for further oil changes and maintenance. They had forgotten to reset the system in my car after the brake fluid change, so I had to go back and have them turn the service light off. I shared my story with the manager and he was polite & helpful so I am upgrading my review. Steve was amazing! Super great customer service. My oil changed was done in like 15 min. They offered all the fixings I may have needed but weren't pushy about doing them like some other places. I stopped by today and was going to have a quick oil change .. Anyway they took it in and had me come into the office and told me that they had to use synthetic oil and it would be more expensive .. I told him I have had plenty of oil changes ( it's a 2013 Honda ) and never had a problem.. I was told it would be $89 for the oil change us some extras.. Fast and friendly service! I won't go to any other location but this one - Today I came in to get my windshield wipers checked out since one broke off unexpectedly and to get an oil change. I gave the Manager my wiper and he popped it right back on like it was nothing! Quick and easy problem solved there - then after having my car checked out they told me my oil was still clean and I could come back in 2000-2500 miles or so to get it changed. I have been to Jiffy Lube several times in the past. In between I had a car under warranty, so I had all my oil changes done elsewhere. Now that I'm back to a used car, I'm using Jiffy Lube again. So far so good. Until today. I went in for oil change, and left with a screw in my tire. They told me I picked it up at a construction site down the street. I wish I could give zero stars. This is my second time leaving thinking I'd been the victim of deceptive practices. This time I was told I had "excessive oil leaks and oil pan gasket leaks". I take good care of my vehicle and prior to being told this, I have not witnessed any leaks from my vehicle. I tried to ask questions and was told the same thing and that I could take it down to their full service location down the street for repairs in the hundreds. I smartly did some research and promptly called my mechanic because I wanted this attended to. After taking off the morning from work to take it in, my mechanic indeed found NO oil leaks from any place. At. All. Not even a small one. I try to educate myself as much as possible about my vehicle, but still, because I'm not a mechanic, I depend on honest business practices to make sure my car is in working order. Went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. I was shocked at how much they charge for a synthetic oil change. I have been using synthetic oil in my truck for years. This place charges $8.00 per quart for the synthetic oil which is standard but then has a synthetic oil up charge listed with $50.00 next to it. I will never come to a Jiffy Lube again. No window cleaning or vacuuming of the car. Two days after my "service" two of my tires where below required air pressure and then a week after the washer fluid was low. Had my oil changed a couple months ago here. Yesterday I got another oil change at another mechanic and they told me that my oil pan was striped and won't completely close because someone at Jiffy line tightened it too tight. It's gonna cost me $237 in repairs to replace the oil pan. Good jobs guys! Just want to warn everyone that you'll get an oil change for cheap but then it will cost you $300 to repair what they messed up. Not worth it. Never coming here again! read more
