Although we arrived 12 minutes before closing on a Sunday he had oil and oil filters changed on both my car and my daughter's car in less than 15 min, and saved us from having to come back and do this the next day. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this Jiffy Lube. I learned today that my car has been running for a year with the wrong oil--an error made during a previous visit here. When I questioned it, staff simply said those employees no longer work there. After I rejected service, they filled the oil anyway without my consent and told me they'd note not to service me next time. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I had an appointment at my dealership this morning, and after waiting about 25 minutes without being assisted, I left and went straight to this jiffy lube. I parked across the way and asked if they could help me (I had my 4 month daughter with me and she was ready for a nap so I needed to be out asap). David helped me and he even helped drive my car where it was supposed to go since I already took my daughter out of her car seat. He checked me in, changed my oil, rotated my tires, and I was out within 20 minutes. Overall had a great experience here, and I probably will never go back to my dealership service again. There are ton of mixed reviews, but our experience was overall a pleasant one. We took our Rav4 for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon (2/28/26) and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They did offer additional services, but where not too pushy about it. David, the cashier, was very kind and professional. Brought in my Toyota Tacoma 4WD truck for an oil change. Apparently they lost one of the screws that holds up the skid plate so part of the skid plate was hanging. The guy who worked on the car didn't say anything about it and let me drive off with the car. My husband was the one that noticed the skid plate hanging. Now they can't fix it cuz they don't have the missing screw or any screw to fix it and now I have to take it to a dealership and pay an extra $400 to have it fixed. I don't know why they just didn't let me know at that time that they couldn't find the screw and have them order the part at their expense but they let me drive off with the truck. I won't be bringing my truck there anymore. read more

We recently needed an oil change for my mom's car as she was over due, and the service associate was friendly and informative on what was needed. If you check in, you do get $20 off synthetic oil (full synthetic only) change service! They also wipe down the windows and vacuum the car while you wait during the oil changes, which is a nice perk. Regular oil changes for blend are $89, but they often have online coupons without signing up to anything. When I first arrived, there was nobody outside and I was sitting in my car and then when someone finally came out, he acted like he did not wanna be at work and he had the worst customer service. Then a separate person came out and took my keys and got into my car to move it And he sped knocking over things with my car. Even one of his coworkers made a comment about him driving too fast. When I said something to the man, I was getting the poor customer service from he gaslit me saying that they have to speed with all the cars in order for the car to get over a bump, but when I was waiting in the waiting room, another car came and a different person drove That car and drove it very slowly over the bump. Nobody, I interacted with here felt like they even wanted to help. They all acted as if they didn't wanna be at work and as if I was a huge inconvenience for them as well as the other customer who arrived who was also treated poorly.
