I went to this location today and as I went to pull to the middle Bay lane, an employee of Jiffy Lube pulled up next to me in his red c class Mercedes and honked his horn. I stopped immediately. I looked over and he gestured at me negatively. I rolled down my window to ask him what's going on he gets out of the car and goes "what's F are you doing." and then walks into the store. An older employee who was watching the whole scene came over to ask what happened as I told him he just responded with he'll talk to him. Called the corporate office to express my displeasure with this encounter. It's been 12 hours and I havent heard a single word back. As a business owner if I have a customer come to me telling me that my employees are acting unprofessional like this particular individual did I'd be calling them back to apologize to make sure I earn their business. Clearly, Jiffy Lube doesn't give a rats ass about it customers otherwise I would've heard back by now Note to Self I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. read more

*Do not ever come here* I got my oil change here and on my drive home after the oil change my engine caught fire and my entire car eventually burned down. The car was running perfectly fine prior to this simple oil change and no warnings were given. The most likely case is oil was spilled on the engine during the oil change or the cap was not properly closed. After the incident, the store took zero responsibility. They took weeks to respond to me, would not review the case, and did not even bother to at least refund the oiI change. The store claimed to have video footage of the oil change going smoothly but never bothered to share this video with me. Customer service was hard to reach and often rude during this process. I do not usually leave Yelp reviews but want to make sure nobody ever loses their car and everything in it; I would advise against this jiffy lube as well as all other jiffy lube stores around. read more

Stay away. Far, far away. A few weeks after I went in for an oil change here, I stopped at a store, parked my car, and got out. Immediately it was clear that the hot, burning smell in the air was coming from my car. We popped the hood, pulled the oil stick and guess what? NO OIL. None. Put oil in, had it checked, no leak. No problems. Just that Jiffy Lube did an "oil change" without actually putting oil in my car. Beyond ridiculous. When I mentioned it at the auto parts store where we got the oil, they said that's why none of their employees will go there anymore. They leave in the dealer filter and claim they changed it, they don't put it in oil, etc. Just stay away. Pay a little more if necessary. At least it'll get you actual oil in your car and a filter change. read more

I've taken my car here twice for an oil change. The first time they didn't snap my engine cover back on. They just placed it on top of my car and left a mess of oil on my engine for some reason. Second time I took it I made sure my engine cover was on. The girl closed my hood so fast before I could tell her she didn't put my engine cover on and it was on the floor. I told her "I'm sorry but can you put my engine cover on please" and I was told in a nasty attitude "ITS THERE". I told her the one on the floor was mine and she just grabbed it and put it on. No apology or anything. Still wasn't snapped in and still made a mess on my car engine with oil. My next oil change I decided to do it on my own. They had shredded the bolt on my oil pan from using power tools to screw and unscrew it. They had tightened it so much I had to take it to a mechanic to use power tools to unscrew my bolt. They made it impossible to remove. I forgot when power tools were used for an oil change. Definitely should train staff on proper oil changes. read more

Arrived 2pm on a Wednesday (a great time to go, btw). Was treated like royalty. Very fast, very efficient. Note: You should have an idea of what you want done before you arrive because you have a number of options (synthetic 15k oil to standard 5k oil). Naturally, JL will try to get you to replace your air filters (which may be dirty) so you should also know when you replaced them last. Nice waiting room. The place seems a bit understaffed, I had to wait for about 20 min before able to drive in the bay. The person who came up to me did not wear a mask. The two technicians who are working n my car seems to be doing too much chit-chatting about school and other stuff instead of getting the work done quickly. Perhaps their boss has left for the day. Kind of disappointed at the professionalism and the speed of their service. I don't think they thoroughly checked everything but told me all is good. Not sure I can trust them. This review doesn't necessarily pertain to just this location, but as a general review to all Jiffy Lubes. I've been going to Jiffy for years now for my car oil change, and noticed that their service has declined. I couldn't get my oil change at this location as they said the last Jiffy that did my oil change had done something to the filter where they'd have to send me back there instead (I don't know all the car terms). Sounds very shady to be honest. Even the Jiffy I went to before this one, they had to decline to service me as they were going to close in an hour... Needless to say, I went to Vavoline the next day and was blown away by their excellent service and attention to the customer. I had such a terrific 1st time at Jiffy Lube so I took my other car in for oil change. Totally different experience. Very disappointed. It was a fast oil change but not thorough. The team I had was not in sync. I told rep I needed washer fluid and he assured me they check and top off all fluids. That did not happen. The female tech and other tech couldn't agree who was doing what.. so guess what.. didn't get done. They need to be reminded that the customer may hear your conversation. read more

Let's talk about great service, not good service, great service. The help I received from Brittany and Daniel was hands down the best example of customer service I have seen since before 2020. Not only did they talk me through any issues with my car but they had helpful solutions for those issue. And they did all of this while still being professional and kind. The fact that these two could take a drive through oil change and turn it into an experience that I want to tell people about says a lot about how they conduct bussiness. Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for years, but I just moved so I tried this one. I have to say, out of all the Jiffy Lubes I have been to--and I really have been to quite a few, I have had my best experience here. Both times I went it took about 10 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I left. Quote, oil change, vacuum, other services, pay, out the door. 10 minutes. Wow. The second time they rotated my tires too. It's like pulling in for a pit stop which just makes you feel like a boss. Like all Jiffy Lubes they show you your cabin filter and air filter, but here they actually tell you that it is clean when it is clean and dirty when it is dirty. In the past, I have had clean air filters called dirty for what seems like an extra buck. I politely decline. But here they actually tell you your filter is clean when it is clean and dirty when it is dirty. That's just cool. A+. read more

Dishonest and incompetent. Lied about needing a new air filter and when I refused the service they did not put my air filter back correctly which cause my car to stall and check engine light to come on. I brought it back to tell them and all they did was clear the code, didn't even bother to fix the problem they created. When I called to tell the manager, Mark, he acted like he could care less. Go to someone that knows what they are doing, stay clear of these hacks. read more

Problem free visit. Staff went above and beyond, even putting on my permanent license plates that I've been too lazy to install for the past 3 months. I LOVED seeing a girl working there. I'll bring my little girl with me next time to show her an example of girls doing jobs that we traditionally think of as being only for boys.
