I have been coming to this location for oil changes for a few years. It isn't very busy and I'm usually finished in under 30 minutes. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable and I don't feel like they unnecessarily try to upsell me on things I don't need. Would have given 5 stars, but after my service today, they didn't latch the hood of my car completely and I didn't notice until I was driving on the freeway and it started rattling up. read more

I've been coming here for awhile now, actually too long to remember and from my experiences here they have been nothing but great. Caesar F has always given me great service and nothing but professional. Their fast service always makes me happy. I was quickly helped by Francis and Mark who were very friendly. They both were very knowledgeable, provided suggestions for maintenance, and asked if I wanted to get any of the other services done. I respectfully declined and let them know I will be back to service my car. My oil change was completed in a jif and I stayed in my car the entire time. 2nd time at this location. Definitely use the Groupon to get a good discount and if you buy it on a day when Groupon offers an additional promotional discount it's even better. I had a self caused issue with Groupon at the time I had come to pay and wasn't able to use the Groupon but they offered the best discount they could which was just slightly more than what Groupon had. Without any discounts, I would say it's kinda pricey but I have no reason not to trust the workers here, they have been very honest in telling me what I can get away with skipping in terms of service and don't fight me if I don't take their recommendation on an upsell. I've came to this location numerous times at 8 am to get my oil changed and I've waited over 45- 1 hour for it to open up. The sign on the door says 8 am and even on google. I have a job that requires me to drive 500-750 miles a week (visiting hospice patients in their homes) and with that being said i need an oil change more often than others... I ONLY BRING MY CAR IN THIS PARTICULAR JIFFY LUBE LOCATION nowadays, because of their excellent customer service and they always honor the coupons that i show from my phone.. As part of their job, they always give you suggestions on what else needs to be done for your car but they're never pushy whenever i pass on their offers and suggestions... The guys and the gal that works here always have smiles on their faces.. I havent met one jiffy lube employee here that i didnt like, unlike other jiffy lube locations where there's at least one person that has ruined my experiences in those locations... I just want to give a shout out to the team that worked on my oil change and transmission service yesterday (saturday aug 6th at around 4pm ish) ..
