I was so relieved to get my radiator replaced and came back for service on new brakes too! We just needed a simple oil change/basic check up on our car since our regular dealership takes too long (even for oil changes--you'd be stuck there for 4 hours, at least) and was still closed during the quarantine. However, our experience today at Jiffy went very smoothly! The man we saw today took care of everything very quickly and efficiently, and took time to explain the process. I'm satisfied with how speedy, polite, and easy the service was here and with this staff member we got in the afternoon (Although we didn't get his name! You were great!). After dealing with terrible service from the business across the street (I won't name names, but it rhymes with fallstart lol) I went over to these guys to see if they could help me with an oil change. My drain plug was stripped and I was denied service by the other guys. Not only were they able to help me, but they replaced the drain plug screw, noticed that the guys put too much air in my tires (fixed that), topped off my coolant, completed the oil change, and give me a discount! Derek & his team really turned a poor experience into a great one, i came in for an oil change before leaving for a trip and they didnt have my filter so i had to go to autozone and grab one, FYI the bad experience wasnt from Derek, it was autozones disrespectful immature employees that turned this into a problem. I come here on occasion (when I realize I need an oil change BADLY and am out of time to make an appointment elsewhere). After my past visit, I think I've decided to stay away. Like most other places that change your oil, Jiffy Lube hits you with a bunch of suggestions to keep your car running smoothly. On this occasion, I was told my air filter (by the engine) AND cabin air filter should be replaced. I thought to myself, "sure, why not?" When I got the final invoice, I was shocked to see that I was charged nearly $50.00 for each filter ($44.99 for one filter and $49.99 for the other). Now, I know they've gotta charge a bit more than my typical auto parts store for these parts, but a 50% markup?!?!? Crazy! Now, to be FAIR to this Jiffy Lube, they did provide me with a "quote" before performing the work. It was my fault, that I didn't bother to look at the quote (but again, I'm familiar with auto parts, and I figured the air filters would be around $20 or so, each). Anyway, when I asked the tech about the price, he told me not to worry, he was giving me 10% off the air filters. When I told him about the Yelp check-in offer of $12.00 off my service, he told me he'd give me an "Employee Discount" of $15.00 off my service instead. Sooooo, he basically only saved me an additional $3.00 (and I still paid a 40% markup). *****UPDATE***** After claiming I only saved $3.00 by the "Employee Discount", I was contacted by Jiffy Lube, Customer Service regarding this review. I now realize the employee, in fact, provided me with a $24.50 discount on the service (saving me an additional $12.50 over using the Yelp Check-In Offer alone). Don't get me wrong, the oil change service is QUICK and easy (especially for those of you who don't make appointments). I've got no complaints there. But the outrageous costs of the filters (which came out to more than the oil change), have me thinking I'll just go elsewhere for oil change service, or, at least change out those filters myself. read more

The manager was just sitting in his car in the parking lot. I told him they should have put a paper on the door stating the change in hours due to the holiday, he said he had no control of that. Came in today and not one person acknowledged me. They served two cars who came after me. As if it was hard to understand the order with two lanes being open. Maybe being aware of the order of customers should be a priority. Even as I reversed my car out of the bay, I got no eye contact from anyone. Check the cameras. I felt like I was in a movie filled with a bunch of kids on recess trying to operate a business. No professionalism instead they were looking cool and having fun together. Horrible experience w/ this service station today. After parking my car in front of the garage, their service manager CEASER asked for my information and told me to wait in their lobby. Minutes later he told me that he will not do an oil change on my car. He INCORRECTLY stated that I only drove the vehicle 1000 miles since my last visit. (I drove 6800 miles since my last visit back on APRIL 17th). After challenging him about his evaluation of my mileage, he got hostile and refused to service my car. He then gets in my vehicle and drives it out of the garage, telling me to go somewhere else. I ask for his information so I can make a complaint and he refuses to give it to me. The name tag he had on his shirt read CEASER. I then stepped outside the garage to call his corporate office. CEASER then threatens to call the police if I don't leave the area. I just wanted an oil change and not to be intimated during the process for challenging CEASER'S inaccurate assessment on my vehicle. I obliged him by proceeding to the nearest FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE service center. They provided me with excellent service without any hassle. I went to this location today and as I went to pull to the middle Bay lane, an employee of Jiffy Lube pulled up next to me in his red c class Mercedes and honked his horn. I stopped immediately. I looked over and he gestured at me negatively. I rolled down my window to ask him what's going on he gets out of the car and goes "what's F are you doing." and then walks into the store. An older employee who was watching the whole scene came over to ask what happened as I told him he just responded with he'll talk to him. Called the corporate office to express my displeasure with this encounter. It's been 12 hours and I havent heard a single word back. As a business owner if I have a customer come to me telling me that my employees are acting unprofessional like this particular individual did I'd be calling them back to apologize to make sure I earn their business. Clearly, Jiffy Lube doesn't give a rats ass about it customers otherwise I would've heard back by now Note to Self I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. read more
