I went in a few months ago for the service mentioned and come to know it when I change my engine oil a completely different engine oil filter is on my car. Did the ask? no!!! Did they mention it? I usually get my car serviced by a real mechanic. But he was busy today, and I kind of wanted to get it done while I had a chance. I had used Jiffy Lube in the past, but I guess I forgot what a scam they are... The BIG HUGE banner advertised a $24.99 oil change. I expected them to try up-selling a bit; it's a Jiffy Lube, after all. But they quoted me $60+!!!!! (my regular mechanic, a REAL mechanic, only charges me about $50). The kid told me that my car REALLY needed the super-duper "high-milage" oil change. Let's see, the car takes 4 qts. of oil, so the "high-milage oil" must be about $10/qt more??? I don't think so. I pulled the car back out, stopped on the way home for some oil and a filter, and did it myself. Goodbye bait and switch. Jiffy Lube? Now I remember why I stopped using you guys in the first place. So I rarely write reviews that are negative. But I just can't help myself. I decided to use Jiffy Lube for the first time and I was sorely disappointed. Also the customer service was amazing what I paid for was not what I got. I have never in my life paid $75 for an oil change. Nor have I ever had nothing else done for that kind of money. They said they were going to wash my windows and vacuum the floors of my car. That did not happen either I got my car back with the inside of my windshield and the carpet in the back clean whatsoever. Not to mention they didn't have to fill anything except for the washer fluid in my wiper tank. This was an absolute joke and I will never go here again. I just walked around to the front of my car only to find oil drips from when they changed it. I could do a better job myself. Never again. read more

I took my work truck in today to have the oil changed. It requires synthetic oil so it costs more and I know that, but a $106? When I was checked in I asked the gentleman to look at the air filter as it was probably needed and I asked him about wipers because they are ripped and don't work at all, he gave me a quote so I told him just to replace them while I was there. During check out I was told by another gentleman that they had checked over the entire truck and showed me a check list and it all was in good shape, so they lied to me because the wipers are ripped and hanging down but they said they were in good shape along with not looking at the air filter which has about 20,000 miles on it so i'm sure its dirty too. We have several vehicles in our fleet and I will not have any of my guys get work done by Jiffy Lube on those trucks nor will I be back. read more

These guys are the best. I've been getting my GMC diesel trucks serviced and maintained at this Jiffy Lube for over 13 years. I go on Sunday mornings because they are open early and I don't have time to drop off my truck and wait for calls, parts and who knows what at other places. Called last night (friday) to see if they do inspections for uber. Was told yes, to come in the next day. Called today (Saturday) around 730, was told they wouldn't be fully staffed until around 10. Called at 1015 and asked if they could do the inspection now, and was told yes, they were available. It took me 2 minutes to get there, and when I pulled up, all the bays were empty and the tech was sitting in a chair outside, on his phone. There were 2 more techs inside, with no customers. The outside tech told me they can't do it because they don't have enough staff and other customers could come in and they need more staff. I informed him that I just called a few minutes ago and was told they could take me now. He said that was wrong, i'd have to come back at noon. I pointed out the fact that there were no customers and he stated that they could come at any time and that the inspection takes about 30 minutes. Why would they do nothing and turn down a customer IN CASE another customer comes in? Left and went to a jiffy lube that is part of a different franchise, and was able to get in immediately. The placed had one car being worked on. So I figured why not go here to have my car's oil changed. I walked in and was met with a very helpful hello. Being told to bring my car to the entrance of the garage I did so. Again I was met with very friendly guys. Telling the guy I talked to how much money I had on me, he made sure to keep it at that price, never trying to sell me things I didn't want. Which was a plus. Then they took my car and finished about fifteen/twenty minutes later. Not only that but they filled my tires with air, cleaned my windows, vacuumed my car and even filled my windshield wiper fluid. Services I had not been expecting. All in all, this Jiffy Lube has some great guys working for it. It really is a must go to for a good oil change. read more

Came here yesterday before noon. The oil change took around an hour as expected for a Sunday. I was in a rush and when i received my car back from one if the employees it was still on and running. It wasn't until I got to my destination 45 miles away that i noticed that the check oil light was never reset. I Didn't know how to reset it and I even questioned if they did change my oil. Overall experience was good. When I pulled up they just gave me a wait gesture, so I sat there blocking the entire lane, but once they actually helped me the service was very fast and efficient. I will no longer take my vehicle to Jiffy lube and will be sure to let my family and friends know of this event as well. I got my oil changed and left to continue my day got on the freeway and not even a 1/4 mile on the freeway my hood comes up and smashes my windshield startling me to tears. So i called Jiffy lube to inform them of what had happened, a couple days later the manager called me and i explained the event and he came and took pictures the next day. 2 weeks later the district manager John called me to tell me they weren't responsible for what had happened to my car because i had prior damage that's from over year ago, mind you I live 40 miles away and commute to work via freeway everyday and never had anything like this happened and i had also gotten my oil changed many times before this. He was very confrontational and even yelled at me. Since the occurrence my daughter and her friend happened to go to jiffy lube to get her oil changed and now they double check and make sure everything is on tightly. This could have been a serious and deadly accident and the fact that they are not taking responsibility for it is a shame goes to show what kind of customer service they have. read more

Just went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change in Upland. Went in with a low tire pressure warning. It's happened before, just fill up and it goes off. Got in my car, and noticed it was still on. Never happened before, so I asked for the manager. He stated all tires were checked as my receipt stated. He said it sometimes takes a mile or two to reset. Reasonable. After seven miles, it was still on. Pulled into a gas station to check. Receipt stated 35psi on all tires. On the tires, it states 44psi. I check all 4. 2 are at 40psi, 1 at 30psi, and 1 at 10psi. WTF? He straight lied to my face. Glad I don't live close to there, otherwise I'd have to cause a scene. Bullshit. Avoid that place at all costs. Addendum- Jiffylube responded to this Yelp post in less than 24 hours. I called their corporate office @15:37pst. On April 14,2016. Will update with details. As of April 27, 2016, I have been told NUMEROUS times I would be contacted by "John". As of this writing and date, nothing. This is their idea of customer service? Don't trust ANY OF their lies. My car was almost destroyed. I was charged $134 for an oil change on my old Mercedes truck but they did not change the filter ( which i only discovered afterwards) and they put in too much oil which set off warning lights and which can break the engine. I took it back for them to check and they said it did not have too much oil. I then took my truck to a Mercedes specialist who i have dealt with for many years and they confirmed there was too much oil. They found my oil was dirty and had not had the filter replaced by jiffy lube, and i had to have a complete new oil change after only 1500 miles all thanks to Jiffy Lube's incompetence. So Jiffy Lube...if you dont have the proper filter in stock please inform the customer. I would gladly have provided my own. Dont lie and say its installed and charge me for it! Also if you make a mistake and overfill the oil learn how to detect and fix it....one day someone might just slap you with a lawsuit for breaking their engine! Avoid this place! Car care is not just about money and saving with coupons. I learned my lesson read more
