HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I went here April 2nd to get my oil changed, as I have done with Jiffy Lube in the past with no problem. May 2nd rolls around, and dark black fluid is leaking out of my car and my engine light comes on as my car starts shaking on the road. I live in Costa Mesa, so it was impossible for me to come back to Jiffy Lube and demand they fix it. I had to quickly find a mechanic to take it to before my workday, and dropped it off. Turns out, the oil pan had ZERO oil in it though it had only been a month since I was serviced. The drain plug threading was entirely stripped and covered in this weird yellow sealant on top, which I later found out from the Jiffy Lube DM was a "indicator of when the drain plug breaks". Sure. Anyway, the only way I could get my car out of the auto shop was to pay 400 dollars to entirely replace the oil pan, which the mechanic let me know it was most likely damaged by the place I last changed my oil. Hopeful, I called Jiffy Lube with my claim, sent photo copies of my invoices and even pictures of the damaged part. Not only was I denied, even though the damage was clearly done by them, they were very rude about the whole process. The manager, Mark, claimed I had broken the warranty by going to another mechanic (I had no choice living 40-50 miles away) and that there was no proof it was their mechanic (photos don't count apparently) and repeatedly said "that's not how I see it" when I presented more and more evidence. I took the process up to the District Manager, John, who similarly denied the claim. I've informed them they will be hearing from my lawyer. Do not go to this place if you want to save yourself hundreds in car fixing fees. They are amateurish, rude, and unhelpful. You've lost me and hopefully several other customers. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube this afternoon for an oil change. Ed honored a coupon for us and was kind and courteous. He explained all the services that were available to us. Later that evening, our truck broke down. We panicked, thinking that the last thing to be done was the oil change. We couldn't read the gauges correctly nor could we tell if the dip stick was registering oil. We called Jiffy Lube and Ed answered. He let us text him a picture of the dip stick and offered to come to us to see if there was oil and check the battery. What a gentleman! He came to us and helped us troubleshoot the problem. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. It was not the oil. We were able to call AAA roadside assistance to help us and we got home safe. We don't live near this Jiffy Lube, went there so we could go to lunch at a nearby Mexican food restaurant. We will definitely be back as I don't know any other manager who would serve his customers like Ed did. read more

Came in the other day to get a oil change and to check fluids in our PT. We were greated by Mark who made my mom and I feel so welcomed. He told us to take a seat that there was coffee and water, and a magazine to read while we wait and the he would be back in a jiffy (Very cute plug love it!!!) And just like that he pops back in to explain we needed a new filter and coolant top off and if we wanted to have it done for a very small fee (we were shocked and pleased) we agreed and off he went. About 5 mins later he is back saying its all done. We we're so shocked at how fast and knowledgeable this whole team was and thank you Mark for treating us so nice. You are amazing!!!! read more

The guys here are great! My full synthetic oil change on my Audi took about 15 mins max and cost me $135 (well $140 I tipped Brandon who worked on my car) which is such a great price! A full synthetic oil change usually sets me back about $185! These guys are knowledgeable fast and aren't trying to up sell you!
