I have been here many times. The guys are always nice and pleasant. I bring my mothers truck in for her. We have had small issues here and there, but nothing too awful until this last time we brought it in. They were to fix some tubing for the break fluid. They did it finally. Took way longer than they had said. Then when I go to pick up the truck, I find out they broke the window lock on the center window in the back. Didn't bother to tell us. Did a horrendous job gluing it back on. Left the clamp on and the truck window open all night, so some one could have broken in. Unbelievable! Couldn't even have the decency to say "look I'm sorry we broke it". Never going back again! read more

BEWARE - After spending four months in military training, I took my truck in for a brake pad replacement before driving across country. The brake pads were installed backwards. I returned to the store and was told the grinding noise was normal. After Jiffy Lube closed for the evening I still felt uneasy and went to Firestone where they diagnosed the backwards brake pad. The backward brake pad ruined a perfect rotor. While driving across country I ran out of brake fluid due to a leaking brake caliber that was not leaking before Jiffy Lube preformed the brake service. I took it directly to a Jiffy Lube and they had to replace the new brake pad, new rotor, and caliber. The Waterford Jiffy Lube refused to reimburse the warranty since I went to Firestone due to a safety concern and their store was closed that night. The store was terrible returning calls and no one ever apologized or took ownership. Save yourself a possible negligence litigation headache. Do NOT do business here. Bad customer service, crooks, and terrible to military. Still over $600 out of pocket due to negligence. Beware that the warranty will not be honored in different states due to this business being a franchise and not corporately owned. Four repair shops, 12 hours in waiting rooms, missed work, and $600 still out of pocket all from a simple brake pad and rotor replacement. Save yourself. read more

I have been going to Jiffy Lube's since my vehicle was new which is 10 years now. I moved into the area in December 2015 and went into Jiffy Lube in February 2016 for an oil change. All Jiffy Lube's try the upsell of services and I expect it every time. I do not allow myself to get sucked into it and always follow the Manufactures instructions. If Toyota recommends it I have it done. I have been to this location twice and have never felt pressure when the salesman is going through his spiel in recommendations. I was in and out today within 15 minutes and was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and service. read more

Jiffy Lube did an oil change, over tightened the oil filter and cracked it. I did not know it was cracked until a few months later when I noticed I was leaking oil and belts were squeaking. I took my car to a garage to find out what was wrong, that is when I was told what the problem was. It cost me 252.00 to fix the problem. Won't ever go back to Jiffy Lube! read more

Dirty tricks. Textbook Jiffy Lube deceit. I just moved here and needed an oil change. This place was empty on a Saturday, so I thought, I'll do it here. The owner of the Jiffy Lube kept me busy at screen talking me through 'options' so I couldn't see my car being 'inspected'. Next thing you know, one of the guys comes in w "my" air filters, which were so run through w debris, it looked like bats have been living in them. Interesting since I get regular maintenance on my car. And dirty air filters are generally yellowish grey--not pitch black and holding clumps of dirt and leaves. The owner literally said "it looks like something made a house in that one." After that, I tried to stand near the window so I could see what they were doing w my car. Suddenly, the owner had something else to show me over at his desk. I wouldn't leave where I was standing, even though the owner kept holding up some brochure he wanted me to come over and take. None of the guys who wked on the car would look at me when I went to get it. I would never recommend this place. Ever. If you are absolutely desperate, bring someone w you to watch what is being done while the distraction circus is going on at the desk. read more

They stripped my oil pan screw and put a rubber gasket and a bigger screw in it further damaging the oil pan..all without my permission. Then they charged me more for the part, $4.99. Then they told me that the oil pan needed to be replaced and to go back to the last place that changed my oil for repair costs. Bottom line, jiffy lube made unauthorized alterations to my oil pan causing $400 in damages and then refused to fix it. AND no refund on the oil change. read more

All I needed in for my car was an oil change, they said it was going to be a 29.95, it ended up being 85.99. then they talked(REALLY insisted) me into other unnecessary stuff and said I 'needed' which whacked my bill up, I had a coupon spend 30 get 10 off, my total bill was 302.45 just for a simple oil change and other little things (transmission fluid, tire rotations, and air filter)...I'm just had a found another place that's A LOT more reasonable!! Went to this Jiffy Lube (against my better judgement) this weekend for two reasons only- 1)I had a $5 off coupon and 2) I wanted to get an oil change quickly before a long drive, and this location is within walking distance to my house. I've been to places like this before, so I knew they would try and up-sell me on things I don't want, and I was already planning on replacing the air filters myself when I got home. SO, when I got out of the car, I said to the mechanic- "Just an oil change nothing else please." He quickly ushered me into the waiting room while telling me that they do a basic inspection and top off fluids, etc and that someone would be at the desk shortly to meet me. I again said, OK but JUST an oil change. After a few minutes one of the "mechanics" met me at the desk with my somewhat dirty air filters in hand. They ran through several screens with me on their computer of services they recommend, with me repeating after each one variations of, "No thanks just an oil change please." I know all these places WAY over price for some of these services, so I wasn't surprised when they said it would cost me $80+ tax to replace the cabin and engine air filters (Even though it only cost me $30 total to buy pretty decent ones on my own at Advance Auto Parts)- again I respectfully declined and then went back to my seat. Anyway, they finished the oil change pretty quickly and for the moment was satisfied ENOUGH- you're paying for convenience at a place like this. BUT then I got home and was preparing to replace the air filters--- First I was irritated to find that they had not properly replaced my glovebox when they put the old cabin air filter back in. But I fixed it in a matter of minutes, mildly cursing myself along the way for having gone to Jiffy Lube. Then I popped the hood to replace the engine air filter... and was slightly more irritated to find that they had not fully secured the engine air filter's case back in place! One of the screws was almost completely unscrewed! Again, cursing myself for having gone with them, I put in the new filter and made sure everything was properly secured and went about my day. Later that night, about to go out driving on a dinner date with my fiancee, I noticed the road seemed kind of dark--- both my headlights were out! How could this be?? I just replaced the headlights less than two months ago! Now I can't say with 100% certainty that they are responsible, but after fidgeting with the positioning of the bulbs a bit I was able to get one of them to go back on. The other is not working. My curiosity was piqued so I took to google. I typed in something like "I went to Jiffy Lube and now my headlights are out" and was SHOCKED to find the large number of results! It doesn't seem I am alone with this. STAY AWAY FROM JIFFY LUBE-- for the same price you can go to a dealership or a reputable mechanic read more
