One star is way too much for this place. My wife called on a Thursday and was told an oil change with car wash using Mobil 1 was $85 (which is on the very high side). My son took the car in on Friday, he called me at work to tell me that they were charging him $109! I had the wife call back, they then told her the Mobil 1 was $99. I went in and talked to Steve, he told me that no one had quoted my wife a price that day. My son told him that he had heard the kid in the service bay tell her the price. I asked why they were quoting different prices? He then said that my wife was never quoted $85, I offered to have him call her and tell her that, which he declined to do. He then pointed to the Pricing Sheet on the wall, after five minutes of explaining the price to me, I asked what the hell he was looking at, since there is NO price for an oil change on the sheet! He then said the price was on the computer! He asked what I wanted to pay, name my price, I said that I was not trying to take advantage, that I would pay what he quoted my wife, the $85. So he gave us a $25 coupon!. You can get he Mobil 1 at Cal Oaks Wash for $59 after the $10 off coupon. Watch yourself here, don't go! Never again for us. read more

This has to be the slowest "Jiffy" lube I have experienced. Every time I go there it is at least a 40-70 minute wait (even when nobody is in front of me). There seems to be no enthusiasm or urgency to live up to their name. I will probably find somewhere else to get my oil changed and save myself 15+ minutes of my life. read more

This place cost me a lot more money, in addition to the oil change. Took my 2012 truck in for an oil change. While it was getting serviced, one of the technicians left something on, which drained the battery. I could hear them talk about it and hear the click of the battery as they tried to start the truck. They jumped the battery, started the truck and left it running until it was ready for me to take it. When they turned the truck over to me, they never mentioned draining the battery. I thought it was great they gave me a free car wash coupon for the Car Wash next door. When I drove up to the car wash, I was told they don't do trucks with big tires because the size of their...blah blah blah. (The tires aren't that big) Fast forward to the next morning. Get in my truck to go to work...guess what? Dead battery! $150 later, plus some time off work, I was back on the road. Three months later, my truck starts leaking oil. Hmmm... 2012 truck leaking oil. I hope it's nothing serious. Trip to the dealership reveals the oil was leaking from the oil filter. Dealership couldn't tell me if it was a cheap filter or poorly installed, but it cost another $45 for them to tell me that. All in all, I would not recommend this place. my experience at jiffy lube was not a ideal visit to a oil changing station. all the workers inside the bay were very nice and helpful besides one person who made my visit miserable and made me angry. The man who i had a horrible experience with is the manager of jiffy lube there and his name is Craig.He was rude, very irritated with any question i asked, always seemed like he was on edge ready to explode and acted like he didn't have time to help any of us. As a customer i feel like I didn't I received satisfying customer service from Craig, he just seemed very unprofessional for someone to be a manager compared to the oil technicians one of them should be the manager of that jiffy lube not him. I understand its not easy being a manager and having to do so many tasks but that does not give him the right to treat his customers poorly. read more

Should drop the 'jiffy'! Pulled in with one car in front of me in that stall. Gave them the oil change info and sat down. 20 min later my car was still sitting in the same place. Asked how much longer till they got up it and he said "I've got absolutely no idea. We're having some issues here." Would have been nice if someone had mentioned the issues earlier! read more

Very disappointed with the service. Here's my case. Bought a battery from them on May 2013. The battery had a 5 year warranty. On December 2016, only 3 years and 7 months later, the battery dies and need to have it replaced, but, obviously with a dead battery and keep in mind with a car full of groceries I couldn't make it to the location. So I had AAA replace it, at my expense of course. Unfortunately, I forgot I had the warranty from Jiffylube in my car, so I had AAA dispose of the defective battery. Now, I go to Jiffylube to see if they will honor their warranty on that defective battery and reimburse me on my AAA expense. The verdict: NO. "We need to see the battery to see if it's really defective". So apparently AAA's diagnosticians are inaccurate are these day. I'm extremely frustrated because 1) Jiffylube did not honor their warranty from the manufacturer and 2) did not care about the customer. I've come to this place on occasion out of convenience to have my car serviced. Now, I will never do any business with this company again. I'd rather go back to the dealership were there can be some measure of accountability. Yet, if you prefer "convenience" and throwing away your money for sub par service, be my guest. read more

Anthony who works here is absolutely amazing! I called this store on 8/25/15 asking them to help me identify a power steering fluid leak on my girlfriend's car. Anthony told me to bring it on in and they'd work some magic to see whats going on. Not only did they see me right away, but they identified the leak, which in this case was the power steering pump, they filled up the power steering fluid, it was completely out, and they gave me a bottle of power steering fluid for free since the leak is so bad! I offered to pay them for their services, or at the very least the bottle of power steering fluid, and they refused to take any payment. This Jiffy Lube has earned my buisness for life! read more

Do any of the workers know what torque specs are? I took my car in one day to get a full service because i simply didn't have enough time to do it myself. That included the oil change and tire rotation. After they "serviced" my car, a few days later i check to see my oil level and it was 2 quarts low, so i had to purchase more oil after that and fill it up. Later on the week after, i decided to inspect my tires, i proceeded to jack up my car and attempt to remove the wheels and it seemed impossible because the lug nuts were put on way too tight. It took me hours to finally remove all the overtightened lug nuts and stripped one of them while doing it simply because they were too lazy or in a hurry to torque them down to spec. Then, 5,000 miles later, decided to change the oil on my car, attempted to remove the oil drain plug, and once again, I can't remove it because it was screwed on way too tight from power tools and no interest in torquing it down to spec. So now im stuck with a stripped bolt that I can't remove and the same oil that was put in from my last visit and im very frustrated and disappointed by the work of this place, unfortunately. I won't name the person who did the services on my car but just for information, he's the new owner or manager of this place. Although he was very friendly, he seemed to not know what he was doing. read more

I called ahead before going there during my lunch break to find out the price of a conventional oil change for my 2013 Sentra and if they would accept my $13 off coupon. They told me 2 different prices, 34.99 & 24.99 and that they WOULD accept the coupon. Upon pulling up to the garage, the Manager met me at my car door and immediately told me that they do not accept the coupon that I was holding in my hand - and that he didn't know who I talked to that said I could use it. He then asked what year car I had (2013) and said that I "HAD to use Synthetic oil in my car, so I wouldn't be able to use coupon anyway". I do not use synthetic oil, nor do I want to start using synthetic. He insisted that I HAD to use Synthetic oil, and that would be $82.99. I said I wanted a conventional oil change and asked if I needed to take my business somewhere else, to which he responded "yes". What a waste of my time! Horrible Customer service. They must be hurting for business if they need to lie to get people on the phone to get them to actually come in! read more
