Just NOT good. They need more bread options - their bread is hard and plain, as well as their sandwiches. Cheese is extra. A small water cup is 25 cents?! Most places give you that small plastic cup for free. Go somewhere else nice employees, but not a good sandwich place overall. read more

I liked the Bootlegger Club. It tastes good. However, I'm slightly confused. They have subs and club sandwiches, supposedly. I repeated to the cashier literally THREE times, "this is a club sandwich right?" "You sure this is a club sandwich?" What did I get? I got an 8" sub... Pulled up at 8:58 tonight and the door was locked, checked their hours and it says they're open till 10pm. Even if they closed at 9, I made it before then. I was taking my dad which he's from out of town and had never tried try this establishment. What a disappointment this was to get there before closing and not be able to eat there, we were even taking it out to eat at home. Have to agree with Debbye. We didn't go here based on yelp reviews but rather all those commercials I've heard on Alt 98.7 while on my morning drive waiting for Woody Show to come back on. We went off Grand in search of fast food and it was this or Starbucks; we came here instead and my husband wanted to walk out the minute we entered. Nothing against the store; the people were super nice and the restaurant was clean with interesting decor. As we waited for our food, I yelped it and confirmed they had just opened as all the employees looked like they were being trained. The sandwiches were bland. I guess they are suppose to be different due to fresh baked bread and sliced meat daily. But we compared it to a gas station/7-11 sandwich. There's only one choice of bread (french) and no toasting or customization. For $7 and some change, we expected better! There's only two choice of cookies: oatmeal raisin or chunky chocolate. We got one of each for $1.75 each. Yea, I had better at Albertson's Bakery section. Definitely a pass-- would go inside Target and get something at the cafe for cheaper and better. read more

Every time I come into the restaurant, there is always pleasant employees to help. Even when I can't make up my mind on what I want to eat. Staff is patient and suggests some great ideas. I had high expectation since the last time I had it was so good. The bread was soft and tasted like read bread, and the ham and turkey ham were plentiful. Well, I ordered a BLT this time, so it's different inside. But when I bite into the bread, the first thought to my head was what is this rock? It is so hard? Cold sandwiches never appealed to me until I tried Jimmy John's sandwiches. The bread is delicious and the tomatoes are never sad (soggy). My favorite sub would have to be the Totally Tuna. It comes with your generic sandwich components, tomato, and lettuce, but no mayo since it's already in the tuna mix. What I like about Jimmy John's is that they have all these extra stuff that you can add to your sandwich such as, hot peppers, sprouts, and two types of mustard! I've gotten sandwiches from here delivered twice. Both drivers have been friendly and polite. Each time, the delivery was *much* faster than I expected -- roughly 15 minutes from placing my order to the driver showing up with my food. For the nominal delivery fee of $3, it's well worth it, because I'm not sure I could've driven down and back in such a short time. Fantastic! The sandwiches themselves are great, and there's plenty of customization options. If you're gluten-free, you can get the sandwiches lettuce-wrapped, a feature I wish more sandwich places would implement. Gluten-free, healthy, delivered, AND reasonably priced? Awesome! I have called to ask about my order and they're blaming the delay on their driver being late to work. That is not a reasonable excuse, I should have at least been made aware at some point before this. Since I'm here I'll address another issue. There is a specific delivery guy who is a little "foggy." I've ordered delivery from this location a hand full of times, keep in mind I'm 2 miles away. Most deliveries were prompt, then I started getting problems. The first was when driver didn't know how to make change, he just stared at the money until I asked what the problem was. I told him what change to give back, allowing him to keep a few for himself. I laughed it off and went about my day. The second time he showed up and had no change! He gave me some vague excuse to the effect of "no one did bank today." How does that help? Figure it out! I told him to leave the food and come back with proper change. Third time, SAME GUY! he forgot to give me my food until I asked him while he drove off.. There is another driver who is always on point, and delivery times ha r typically been quick considering my close location. Also, it's been over an hour and my sandwich just got here. Never been to Jimmy John's until today and I was pleasantly surprised! My mom and I were about to go home from Target and decided to check it out. Based on their previous reviews, I honestly had low expectations. BUT...IM SURPRISED THEY WERE RATED SO LOW!! It's pretty good! Service was fast and food was good! I got the #16 and my mom got the #8. Both sandwiches were overflowing with meat and the veggies were fresh. It is a little bit more pricey than Subway and they one serve their subs on one type of bread. I can see why people could gravitate towards Subway because they can personalized their sandwiches, but Jimmy John's was pretty good! But I think overall, it was a pretty good sandwich. Unfriendly service and issues. 8 pm 3/5/17. I ordered my sandwich "for here" and I paid for the sandwich. Cashier was unsmiling and didn't give me a receipt or ask me if I wanted one. So I sat down and waited. Few minutes later my sandwich was called out. I went to pick it up and was handed my sandwich wrapped in paper with my receipt on top. Ok, I thought that's a little strange. Then I down and unwrapped the sandwich. Wow, a lot of vinaigrette - my hands got all messy. I looked around - no napkins. Why aren't there napkins in the store? Why wasn't I given a napkin? Is this place that cheap? So it went to the counter and asked for a napkin. The cashier pointed to a stack of napkins behind the counter and said "You said 'to go'", which I thought was very rude. As I noticed they made the sandwich wrong the cashier proceeded to tell one of the employees just standing that I ordered the wrong sandwich and she asked me which sandwich I wanted.
