If you are looking for good customer service you are looking at wrong location. I was the only person ordering with three employees. As I noticed they made the sandwich wrong the cashier proceeded to tell one of the employees just standing that I ordered the wrong sandwich and she asked me which sandwich I wanted. As I pointed out her rude comment I reminded her I repeated the one sandwich order twice and gave the number. She then rolled her eyes. If this sandwich wasn't for someone else I would have asked for my money back but instead had to pay extra for their rude behavior and her mistake. So I finally visited this location. I was impressed how fast they made the tuna roll. So they only have one size but different ingredients. One thing I did not like was they don't carry wheat roll bread and they charge almost $2 for a bag of jimmy johns chips. I did like the atmosphere but my meal costed over $11! read more

My first time eating at a Jimmy John's. Severely overpriced for the amount of meat put in the sand which. I had the Tuna Combo. Cost: $10.04. The sandwich had next to nothing amount of Tuna. I would say half of what a 6" tuna sub from Subway has. Total ripoff!! read more

The subs are ok. We tried the Big John (roast beef sandwich) and Vito (italian sandwich with capicola and salami). The sandwiches have thin slices of meat, few tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. When I first arrived, the cashier and the person making the sandwiches were busy conversing with each other that neither one greeted me when I entered. I ordered a "Giant" #12 sandwich without cheese or tomato, and asked for the sandwich to be cut in three. Yet, the size of all three pieces were very uneven. Also, the sandwich comes with avocado, I go home and realize the sandwich only had bread, turkey, mayo, and lettuce. I could have made this sandwich at home, however, I enjoy their fresh bread and the avocado in this sandwich. So, I called and spoke to the manager, Adrian, the same person who made my sandwich, he agreed to credit me a sandwich for the next visit. I'm a frequenter of JJ, but had not been to this location until today. I always appreciate how quick JJ is, but this location has some work to do. I was the only customer in the store waiting for a sandwich yet it took 10 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. Blah!... went in here really quick to grab a bite because I was pressed for time but sandwiches are VERY VERY plain jane and smoothered in mayo. I always do takeout from this store so can't really comment on the store itself. However every time I place an order via their app they miraculously always forget to include something I've ordered. I literally have to make them take everything out to verify and then they apologize. Today the cashier asked the worker in the back if he included the pickles I ordered and the person said yes until I made them show it to me. Guess what it wasn't there. I usually don't write bad reviews, especially for fast food places but this is ridiculous. It's happened about 10 times at this store. For $7 sandwiches they have like noooo meat subway was 10x better , one of my sandwiches that was supposed to be turkey actually had no turkey in it !!! Their orders are always correct. They bring a single sandwich to you super fast. And this location just saved my butt on a 52 sandwich group order. I placed the order at a quarter to 10 and they delivered all 52 box lunches ... and all correct... by 12:10 PM. You guys are AMAZING!! We've been waiting for the Jimmy John's in Diamond Bar to open because they deliver. SOOOO disappointing!! First of all, we couldn't even order online because their website did not recognize our address as being within their delivery area. Had to call the store to order. The subs were just plain boring. Very basic - nothing at all exciting about their food. We ordered 3 subs and none of them were prepared as we'd ordered. So, maybe the cookies will be their redemption. Nope! The way this place is advertised made me believe the sandwiches would be delicious. I ordered the J.J.B.L.T.. The claim was that "My B.L.T. rocks!" when I opened my sandwich, about 85% was lettuce with only about 4 strips of bacon. It did not live up to the hype. It was not until after I finished my sandwich that I noticed a sign that says "Enjoy any sub or sandwich with onion, sauce, and oregano/ just say 'Jimmy it up!'" I was upset with this because when I told the cashier it was my first time here, I would have guessed he would make that suggestion. I give this place 3 stars because the workers are nice, place is clean, and fortunately, for them, my favorite sandwich is a B.L.T.. Not Freaky Fast anymore. Super Slow. Waited almost 20 minutes from the time I entered to walking out, only 2 folks in front of me. Not a big deal but they were way to slow. And they did not get the order right. If your going to be slow get it right. No time to fix had to go back to work. I usually don't right reviews but I was compelled to write one. First of all there is no customer service, I was not greeted, the cashier just stood there and stared at me. I had never been at Jimmy John's so I wasn't familiar with the menu and the cashier was no help. I managed to put my order and the cashier wouldn't even tell me my total I had to look at the register. He finally said my order would be ready at the pick up section. I noticed it was taking a while to get my order so I turned and my order was sitting on the counter and NO ONE let me know it was ready. The food was mediocre plain, the turkey sandwich had thin slices of turkey which I could barely taste. The bread was dry. Way too over priced for what you get. Disappointed I have been having delivery from this location once a week for the past month. Manager notified me my location is out of range now. Horrible customer service she stated she spoke with Adrien San the head of location and he stated the same. Extremely impressed with this location and the restaurant all together! This location only opened a few weeks ago, but I frequently go with my coworkers since it's literally right down the street from our job. Today I ordered online and went into the store to pick up, but accidentally picked up someone else's order. I called Jimmy Johns to see if I could just cancel the order, but they went above and beyond and sent someone out to my work to have a fresh sandwich delivered. Amazing customer service!
