Jimmy John's is a superior sandwich shop. If there is one near please come here instead of Subway or over priced Quizno's. For the love of good sandwiches please just come here. They even deliver. They are super fast, and always professional. I always get the vito, a chocolate chip cookie, and a diet coke and they are great.

I work in Draper and Jimmy John is great for lunch. The deliver and it comes fast and at a reasonable price. If you want to take a short or working lunch, Jimmy Johns is the way to go. Also the sandwiches are pretty good. Certainly beats subway :) read more

Get the #17 and add some hot peppers. Most of the sandwiches are pretty good but some bacon and peppers will make your day. It was busy at lunch, but the food came out quickly. The parking was tight due to other places nearby. read more

Ordered delivery and it was not ready when I got there. More like subs so slow you will freak.

I ordered the lettuce wrap version of the vegetarian and beach club. I've had these before in Saint George and they were tasty. But I was sorely disappointed here. The vegetarian was filled with so much mayo it was disgusting. It had about six slices of cucumbers, two slices of provolone, four slices of tomatoes and no alfalfa sprouts. The avocado was barely there. It was literally swamped with mayo. Same thing with the beach club wrap. Swamped with mayo and no sprouts as the menu described. I guess next time I'll have to watch and instruct them on how to make their sandwiches and order mayo on the side. read more

My other half and I ordered two subs, one drink, two cookies for delivery. They are always quick with delivery. This is the 4th time they have forgot something from our order. Today they forgot my partners soda. ... Seriously! is it that hard to get 1 out of 4 orders right? Messing up on 4 orders in a row is pretty bad in my book. So I've ordered from this location multiple times since I started working at my job and I have only been satisfied with their sandwiches once out of at least ten times. 10% customer satisfaction. Maybe I'm ordering too complex of a sandwich, the pepe with bacon and avocado added on among a few other free things. It has only been one time that they nailed my sandwich perfectly as ordered. Yesterday I ordered my sandwhich and he showed up before I got off for lunch and proceeded to spam call my phone 8 times in a row. I work in a call center dude...we can't have phones out. Once I opened up my sandwich I first noticed it was soggy, nothing new there. The bacon was there (the most important addition to the sub) but where was the avocado? After digging for a bit, I finally found a little dollop of it on one side of the sub. Now it is just avocado, but I paid extra for that and expect to see it without digging through the sandwhich on some crazy expedition just to find it! The service was OK, fast but nothing to write home to mom about. The sandwich was good, but basically all bread. There was maybe one slice of roast beef and hardly any veggies plus you pay extra for cheese. I felt like it was kind of expensive for what I got. I doubt I will be back any time soon. read more

This was my first time ordering delivery from Jimmy Johns. I was literally Blown away. I knew they were fast, because lets be honest they don't really let you forget it. I used the online portal to order my lunch. I submitted my order at 11:35 and I was eating my sandwich at 11:44. I am still trying to figure out what kind of sorcery they used. This location is so rude. I work at home and order here every once in a while to have it delivered. When I just order it to deliver right away they take over 20 minutes (I live really close) Then I tried to pick a specific time (during my lunch break) and they dropped it off 45 minutes before! They just cant get it together! Don't have online ordering if you cant read what I am actually asking you to do - I tried calling to voice my frustration and no one seems to want to fix anything. read more

every time I order here it's fantastic. the only time I had a mix up they had forgotten my chips but they got them to me later that day. it's good quality for what you pay and I order delivery with my husband. I tend to especially favor the gourmet veggie or the ultimate porker. read more

Generally pleased with the sandwich selection and ingredients - I always get cucumbers, and they don't skimp on them or the lettuce. Decent amount of bacon and turkey on my sandwich, too, and the bread is really good. The real benefit is that they'll deliver anything- on days where I'm alone in the office, they'll bring just my one sandwich (which is like six bucks) and they do get it here really quickly. I've ordered many times, and I've had a total of 2 issues, addressed below. One of them was solved in such a way that I actually came out more impressed with their customer service. 1) the website is a bit difficult. Ordering a sandwich is pretty easy, along with getting add ons for your order- the issue is when you want to remove something from the sandwich or add it on. You have to order the sandwich that is closest to what you want, and then on another page go in and add/subtract things. It was separate enough from the initial choosing of the sandwich that I was thinking I was going to have to call in order to get them to pull the tomato off of it. There isn't a "create your own" sandwich area- I'm sure there's a reason for it on the other side, but from strictly my point of view, that would be much easier. 2) I had a sandwich delivered with tomato and another topping that I asked to have removed. It was disappointing, since my mouth will swell up and itch if I eat raw tomato. I had already had it delivered and paid beforehand- so I called the number on the confirmation email to see if maybe I could bring the sandwich in and have it fixed or replaced after work that day. I was actually shocked at how they handled it- They said they'd make another sandwich, it'd be done by the time my driver got back to the store, they'd send him back out with my replacement sandwich- and that I could find someone else to give the tomato sandwich to. I got another sandwich maybe 15 minutes later, with the correct toppings, and the driver didn't even want me to tip him again (despite his 2 trips) because it "wasn't my fault that they'd messed up my order". I was blown away, because I had a very small order- it easily cost them the $6 that I paid them in gas and paying the employees, not to mention the cost of the sandwich itself. Because of this, I'll stick with them whenever I want a sandwich at work. I was very impressed. read more
