I visit here weekly and I'm very pleased with the food, speed, service and cleanliness. It's a great franchise! My only regret was trying the new bourbon cheddar club. New toasted subs are awesome! I prefer hot sandwiches so never went to JJ's often but have become a regular since adding the toasted subs. Ultimate Italian is packed with flavor. I love JJ's but this location is AWFUL! I received a text saying my food was delivered, however there was no food outside my apartment door. I texted the driver back letting him know this and he said it's there, it was left at (address) but apparently he thinks I own the entire apartment complex because he left it outside at 1 of the 4 entrances to the building. I texted him back a pic of my apartment# even though it was listed on the delivery address and he said I don't know which entrance to go in....obviously if you're at the correct building you're able to enter anywhere and just find the apartment number based on what floor it's on!! After running around looking for my food I finally found it outside and roasting in the sun, order wrong and no chips. I spoke to store manager who offered me a full refund and I asked if the tip would be included as well and she asked if I gave cash...if I had given cash then I would have gotten my food handed to me, right?! Sure they are freakishly fast, but at what cost?! My boyfriend is very allergic to cheese and asked for no cheese and in less than a minute our sandwiches were ready. But folded under some turkey were two slices of provolone!!! He managed to taste in time and only had a semi severe reaction. read more

It finally happened. I found a sandwich at Jimmy John's that actually fills me up. I usually leave a little less than satisfied due to fewer ingredients than what I would get in another sandwich shop, but today I got a regular sized J.J. Gargantuan, and it was perfect! I even have some left over for a snack later. The best part is it was on my a few cents more than there regular sandwiches. Now, in there defense I don't do a lot of veggies, and the food here is always fresh and delicious, so I keep coming back and trying new things. Now that I found this sandwich I have found my new "usual" and I'll be back to enjoy it again frequently. A little disclaimer, they put lettuce and tomato on all their sandwiches even though it isn't on the menu, so if you don't want that make sure you mention it. I love Jimmy John's. Close to work and often my choice when I can't decide what I want amongst all the crazy options in this part of town. The bread is soooo good. I mean, chewy and soft, and holds up to the sandwich. I live for the JJBLT and the Club Lulu, but I've had others that are amazing also. (Those 2 sandwiches have bacon on them and always plenty of it!) You can order online even just for ONE sandwich! I've done that before. It doesn't matter if you are in store or getting delivery. It's always fast. Now this location has Apple & Google Pay so it makes the trip even faster! I also appreciate that there's an unwich option which is a lettuce wrap rather than bread for anyone watching their carb intake. I usually get that, but sometimes I can't live without the bread. This location in front of Walmart is amazing, well the manager is anyway! I walked up said I had a Birthday sandwich and the l did nothing have one ... showed her the email she said I had to order online... no worries so I left the line... So, I order delivery here at least twice a month to my job. I've only had one issue where my order was wrong but they re-delivered for me in no time. The average wait for me is about 15 minutes from order placing to delivery. I have never been inside this location, and am writing this review based on a pick-up order experience. On Sunday, 7/22/18, my family decided to order out for a late evening dinner. We have done this many times at Jimmy John's (so many, in fact, that I have a favorite sub that I always get) and have had no problems, before or since. This time was different, however. Because we were ordering out, my dad picked up the food, so I didn't see all that happened and can't speak to the environment, cleanliness or busyness of the restaurant. All I can comment on is what he told us about his experience. He pulled up to the window to place the order. He placed all other orders without a problem, but when he made a special request to leave tomato on the side of one sandwich--something that we do at multiple restaurants, with any ingredient that we don't want/can't eat, with no problems--he was snippily told, "We can't leave the tomato on the side" by the server. I would understand more if we were asking them to leave off a main/essential ingredient, or to completely alter the recipe, but it takes no effort to place the tomato on the side instead of in the sandwich. What made this even worse was the snippy attitude that the server had. When my dad could not convince the server to put the tomato on the side, he just took it as is and left. The sandwiches were good as usual, but the experience completely ruined it for us. I'm not sure we will go to that location again, but Jimmy John's has good subs, so we hope to eat there again sometime. read more

I really like Jimmy John's, however this location puts lettuce, tomatoes, and Mayo on every sandwich unless you specifically ask to exclude it. Italian Night Club has onion, oregano, oil, not Mayo, but that does not matter here, you are getting the Mayo despite the actual sandwich ingredients listed on the menu which don't include Mayo. Makes no sense and I hate Mayo. Quit pushing this Mayo and just make the sandwiches as described on your menu. read more

My work is very close to this Jimmy John's so we order very frequently. On Monday, I ordered a huge delivery order and when they dropped it off, the delivery driver said he would wait so I could check it all to make sure it's right. My OCD loved this offer, but I didn't want to hold him up during lunch hour. When I checked everything was perfect and down to all the customizations people made on their sandwiches. They had written everyone's name on the sandwiches which made my life so much easier. read more

I love jimmy johns sandwiches the online ordering is wonderful and easy and they show up promptly after my order is submitted. After the order today, I decided to write a review. I order from here at least once a week because we are new to the area and in a hotel. Some things I picked up on: I have received a drink and sandwich with no straw or napkins. I have had drinks forgotten and the delivery boy asked if I still wanted the drink. (Yes, I paid for it, I wanted it) I have had missing food once, but it wasn't anything major, and he came back. I've had a large soda delivered missing half of the soda in it. He spilled it. So I paid for a full drink, without getting the full drink. Now today, this nice wonderful jimmy johns employee delivered my sandwich, all my sides, napkins, straw, and a full drink. The difference between this delivery driver and the others was she was a woman. Seems like she has more care for her customers. If I could have given her a larger tip I would have. Everything was perfect. So, jimmy johns, retrain your young male employees please. They are only in it for a paycheck. Been there twice. First time they had no bread! Yes, you read that right -- a sandwich shop that was out of bread -- at lunch time no less! Next time we found a foreign substance in our drinks. Concerned, I gave some of it to the manager and asked that they have tested to see if we should be concerned. They told me it "probably" was sediment from the ice maker but refused to have it tested -- and didn't even apologize. Never again. read more

I have been here twice recently and both times I pulled out my phone, thinking it would take a minute or so, but they are done wrapping it after about 17 seconds it seems! Can i give the service less than 1 star?? I've never had worse service. The wait time was mind blowing. After 15 minutes, i had to get a refund because the kid working the wrap station said my order of 2 slim #1's was another 15 minutes out. At Jimmy Johns?! Freakishly Fast? NOT AT THIS ONE! For pickup, the service is amazing. Delivery is another story. I have 3 young kids who I don't always feel like dragging in the store since it takes longer to get them in and out than actual time spent in the building. We live within less than a mile, and consistently wait 45 minutes or more for delivery. I get that they are busy and make multiple deliveries, but at a minimum they should give an estimate of how long it is going to take. read more
