He was so loud and unstable that his bellowing could be heard across the entire store, causing even the back staff to come forward. Instead of calling the cops, the manager gave him the ice. The friend I was there with said that the same guy had come in and done this multiple times. Luckily, I have a concealed carry permit and normally leave the guns in the truck. The man distressed all the customers, and I was tempted to take action myself or call the cops. This is an unsafe situation for everyone, including the families and small children eating here. This location needs to ban this guy and call the cops before a citizen like me needs to take action.
