When you're stuck in the office for a mediation, training or day-long event, this boxed lunch from @jimmyjohns really works out well. You can order for the whole group easily and efficiently. The drinks are also bottled if you need to order those, and they will deliver. I was so pleasantly surprised by this cute lunch box that actually served up way more than I could eat for only $11. I got the 8" #2 (roast beef) on thick cut wheat. It had shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and mayo. Mm just so good. I really enjoyed this wheat bread with the mayo and tomato. I can't even finish the chips. I'll have leftover treats for my coffee snack time and dinner. read more

This Jimmy John's is not freaking fast. Especially considering no one else was there.

The service and hospitality at this location inside a High, Point Palladium shopping center, is one that should be mirrored, throughout all the Jimmy John's in the area. My previous post for this restaurant chain was not so favorable but this one has significantly turned my thoughts around. I went into the store to order and pick up food thinking that I could use a one dollar off coupon from the app, but the employees advised that that's only through the app so they said that I could order through the app as they were making my sandwich. by the time I was done ordering and paying on the app, my food was ready. Everyone was completely helpful, including the gentleman who was bagging up my sandwich, as he provided service with a smile and mentioned my name and had everything ready for me. I think it would not be a bad idea if the training ground for each of the Greensboro/High Point locations is this particular store and then they are sent out to their permanent locations with this level of service experience. Friendly service. Girls were helpful! Good sandwich. I ordered #12 on wheat minus mayo and tomatoes. The avocado spread is good, it's put in between cheese slices instead of on the bread which actually works better because you can taste more avocado. I added sprouts too. It was big and tasty. They also sell day-old 18" sandwich bread for $0.50 or freshly based for $2.00. All bread is made and baked on site. Very clean little business too! Also They only do cold cuts, so nothing can be heated or toasted which would've be nice. read more

I found what appeared to be a tooth in my sandwich very disgusting will never eat there ever again,

First and last visit to Jimmy John's. The store was clean and staff was very nice. We ordered 2 subs and 2 drinks. My husband had oil and vinegar on his sub- when he opened the wrapper oil came pouring out in his lap and the was a puddle of oil still in the wrapper. He liked the bread but there was way too much oil on the sandwich. Both the drinks were flat. We got everything to go because it was my lunch break so we couldn't go back to the store. With so many people eating at their office or vehicle they really should be a little more conscious of how they are making the sandwiches. read more

Hope you like bread and lettuce! Seriously... so much lettuce, and of course, this isn't unique to this particular Jimmy John's or chain sub sandwich places in general. They make their sandwiches look bigger by stuffing them full of iceberg lettuce. Thankfully, in JJ's case, if you ask for less lettuce, the sandwich is still tasty thanks to good tasting bread and decent quality meats. You won't get a lot of said meat... but what you do get, has a decent flavor. I don't know how anyone could feel satisfied off an un-wich here (sandwich wrapped in lettuce, not bread), because there just isn't anything to fill your tummy without the bread, and the taste of the bread is probably the best part of the sandwich. All said and done... i don't seek out a Jimmy John's sandwich on the reg... but if I need freaky sustenance freaky fast, they'll do. read more

I order delivery for lunch from this Jimmy John's all them time while at work. The food is just ok, they are on the Subway level, maybe slightly better at times. We have a joke at work "Jimmy John's Freaky fast mediocre subs." I have learned never to order oil and vinegar. Several times I have ordered LITE oil and vinegar and the sub was soaked, and the bottom bread is soggy. I also don't like their ham. It has some kind of skin around the edges that you can actually peal off. No other sub shop, or deli I have seen has ham like this. The food is very under whelming. It is just quick delivery when I can't get away from work. The food is over priced as well. I order a Country Club, Drink, and a bag of their BBQ chips and it is about $13.75. I leave a $3.00 tip to the driver as long as they call ahead, so it's almost $17 for a sandwich, drink, and small bag of chips. Pricey. The subs are not made with love. See picture below. Lettuce is thrown toward the crease of the sub, and meat it to the right. Bite on the right and you get all meat, bite on the left and it's all lettuce. The deliver is lacking as well. I always put on the instructions call or text on arrival. They only do it about half the time. Our office is locked, and they end up ringing the doorbell bothering my coworkers instead of calling me. I ended up having to put "No call/text = no tip" on the instructions. Now they call most of the time. They forget things on a regular basis. Forget the straw, forget the drink, etc... I now only go here when there is no other option, and I need lunch delivered fast. read more

These guys have always done a good job on my visits to this location, never had any problems with service or food quality at all, always quick service and fresh food. I like Jimmy's "fresh baked" 7-grain bread, I usually choose it over the regular French bread , which is great too. read more

I have ordered from this restaurant several times in store and thru delivery. In store they are great, but occasionally thru delivery I have not received what I've ordered and have doubled checked the receipt to confirm that I did in fact order additional items on my sandwich. If ive placed a tip on the card, they never call to let me know it was delivered and drop it off at our front desk. I think this is per service. On my last order I requested a refund, the woman confirmed it would go into my account in 2 to 3 days. This was on the 17th of May, nothing was ever deposited. When i called a man named Adam confided he was a manager, turns out he was a delivery driver. After explaining everything he put me on hold, and another man who ID'd himself as a managDr said he couldnt do anything and had no female managers there. read more

My office is less than 4 miles away, yet these guys don't deliver there. I guess to qualify for "freaky fast", you've gotta be within 2 miles. So we ordered ahead, and I went to pick up. Jimmy Johns claims they are faster than other delivery services, at least their television and radio commercials make such claims. I ordered JJ sub for delivery in February 2020, and from their marketing, I expected the eat within the next 30 minutes. The sub made it to my home 5 minutes after I had left. I couldn't wait any longer. I had waited 50 minutes for a lumch O would never eat. I called the store, and spoke with the manager. He wouldn't refund my money and instead credited my telephone number. The problem is that I will never order from JJ again; therefore, never eating what I had paid for. I like eating at Jimmy John's when I can. The food is always good. This is my first time at this location. Sometimes I have to eat on the run so I have them cut it in half. The check out person said it, the person next to them heard it and said it, I guess the third person in line wasn't paying attention. I receive my food and leave. I never had a problem with having to check to see if they had cut it. Well, I guess I should have questioned them. Food was not cut and I had nothing to cut it with. Come on..... you have one job!!! Honestly I love Jimmy Johns. It is a bit pricy for just a sub but I do enjoy their food. Today I ordered a delivery not even 5 minutes away from the restaurant to my work. Jimmy Johns has a reputation of being fast and we are too busy at work for me to leave to pick up food so o decided to have it delivered. After over 45 minutes after placing the order, my order was STILL not delivered and for a business who's slogan is freaky fast, I didn't even get my food in time to eat it while on my lunch break at work. The food was great as always but I did order a sub and my food came on plain sandwich bread. Definitely not worth $13 for two pieces of standard sandwich breading. I am highly disappointed in my experience today and will probably not be ordering delivery or visiting this location again. I got hooked on JJ subs In NY. Then spent the last 5 years in NH and no JJ's in sight . Just recently moved to high point and was ecstatic! Best/most affordable subs around! I dc about drivers. The staff here is always so friendly and fast! I went in here the other day and the woman in front of me was so unimaginably rude to the two guys working behind the counter for no reason, it was even hard for me not to say anything, but the guys were really professional and polite to her, smiling and telling her to have a nice night, despite her attitude. It's always really clean and I'm always greeted with a smile and a welcome every time I walk in. One of my favorite spots to go in high point for a delicious n quick bite! read more

Great sub shop. It's all about the bread. The french bread is amazing. Miles above subway. I wish they had more choices, such as hot subs, but they are consistent and very tasty. Great ingredients and great service. And super fast. They keep it simple, and it works for them. Same price for every sub, no strings attached on their menu, simple and quick.
