I've ordered a sandwich on the app for pick up here on multiple occasions. Sandwich is always ready by the time I arrive and the order is always correct. The only thing I would complain about is how close the call box for the drive thru is to the main road of traffic. Luckily every time I get there, there's no one at the call box ordering. I've ordered our catered lunch from this Jimmy John's more than 7 times, and they ALWAYS deliver! We also used them for a different catering event, and I had to call up and change the delivery time to 45 minutes EARLIER than expected, and they were fantastic on the phone, polite, easy to communicate with, and didn't hesitate to hurry our order. Food is always fresh, order is always perfect, and I love the ability to order in advance. They always answer their phones professionally, and if you haven't tried their pesto pasta or the potato salad, I highly recommend adding them to your order! read more

They are friendly, fast and at the office at least 3 times a week. It's a nice addiction. If you have to work through lunch to make sure you beat a deadline no one will be more efficient for lunch then Jimmy Johns. Jimmy John's does a great service to my office in the Southpoint Office Park and their speed in delivering the food is unparalleled in my vicinity. I think my office has ordered from them 3 times this week alone and I was the lead participant as I cannot seem to get enough of their largest of sandwiches. What sets Jimmy John's apart from Subway and others is the apparent good quality I can taste right away. I also like the ease from ordering from their on-line menu that can save my history and my preferences. Since I work in secured location, my menu also includes instructions to the driver on where to meet me, which makes it even easier on them to deliver to me. My only further wish here is for Jimmy John's to expand their menu into mixed salads for our benefit as an alternate to hero sandwiches. read more

I have ordered delivery on a few occasions and I love how easy it is to order. Once you order from them once they have your Name and address saved. Also usually get ordered delivered and they will even deliver just 1 sub. And as advertised they are quick usually 20 min. From time i hang up with them. This is One of my favorite places for subs. The one I like the most is the veggie sub. Believe it or not its very tasty and has a great flavor for a meatless sub. At this franchise i love the fast service. In less than 3 mins your sub is ready. If you dont have lots of time for lunch this is the place. I have tried other subs and have never been dissapointed. I don't write negative reviews often, but this Jimmy John's restaurant is one of the worst in town for delivery and customer service. My business is one mile away, and these guys on multiple occasions with multiple coworkers have taken over an hour, or not come at all, to deliver a sandwich. Also, I don't know who is responsible for bagging up orders, but this store forgets drinks and straws like it's protocol. Finally, the kids that answer the phone need to be trained on proper customer service because lying to customers and showing incredible amounts of indifference won't help the business stay open long. I hope this place straightens up, but I've been fooled too many times by this place. read more

There's not too much too add about Jimmy John's that hasn't been said before. Remember that triangle that has "good, cheap, and fast" at each point telling you to pick two? Well you can have all three here. This place is great for a quick lunch or grabbing dinner on the go. What I really enjoy about JJ's is the "unwich" option. Some times you want to eat a bunch of deli meat and sandwich toppings without all the bread. By ordering the unwich version, you get the same innards except instead of bread, it's wrapped in lettuce. It's wrapped effectively too. Some places give you this option and you end up with a sandwich in your lap. Not here. Kudos Jimmy. Keep on Johnnin'. read more

Jimmy John's is the PERFECT, "I am hungry and forgot my lunch, but I am too lazy to leave the office" food. I ALWAYS get the same thing, "The Vito" sub sandwich! The Vito contains: Genoa salami, capicola, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions & vinaigrette. I also get the HOT peppers option for it to provide a spicy kick! It's that fresh tasting salami and capicola that keeps bringing me back!! If you are having terrible nausea, and the food you brought for lunch is repulsive, and you can't physically get in the car and drive anywhere----the answer is JIMMY JOHN'S! Too pooped to make dinner and need a QUICK and CHEAP fix? JIMMY JOHN'S! My delivery has taken anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes when ordering from the Southside location. However, my coworker has waited up to an HOUR for hers. Granted, it WAS storming that day. Typically, I place an order BEFORE noon and choose the delivery time RIGHT at my lunch break so I don't get bogged down with other lunch deliveries in the area. I have ordered from them enough times that I have a saved account with my work address and credit card info so the ordering and delivery time is even FASTER! I'm not one to consider a sandwich the default lunch option. When my family first moved to Florida from New York we couldn't get the only lunch meat I would eat (Boar's Head) for years so I used to bring a thermos of soup for lunch instead.
