Service was fast and friendly. I give it one star for that, and the other star for the jalapeno chips. I ordered the unwich beach goer and it was so bland. Loved how they wrap everything neatly in the lettuce wrap without it falling apart, but the sandwich was just too bland, even the avocado spread and mayo couldn't help it. We were in the area and decided to try it. So disappointed. I ordered the Italian sub..itvwas tasteless and had maybe 1 ounce of meat on it. The bread had no flavor and the amount of Italian dressing is maybe a half of a teaspoon. I thought subway was bad but I have to say this place is worse. So just had my first Jimmy Johns experience and I was a little worried I just started a new job and they ordered and asked me what I wanted I had no idea so I told them a turkey an avocado they got me my first sandwich with the French bread and cucumbers and it was good I'm just used to the bread being softer so I decided to try them agian same sandwich turkey avocado with cucumbers lettuce tomato but this time I tried the sliced wheat bread and I fell in love I could eat this sandwich everyday for lunch it was so soft and it had so much meat I took a star away because I'm bummed they don't deliver to my house and because my first sandwich was just ok they need to work on the French bread but if your like me and love a good sliced sandwich try the wheat bread I also ordered the jalapeño chips and 2 cookies and they were amazing!! They get 3 stars for their food... I do love their sandwiches. When I went in to try them out since they just opened by my house, I was surprised to see that it was dead... we were the only ones in there. They had about 8 people behind the counter. I was sort of shocked at the prices... I don't know how they will stay open in that area when their meals (Sandwich, chips, drink) are 10 bucks each. After spending over 30 bucks, and asking it to go, I was surprised they make you bag your own food. Over priced, often get the orders wrong, they go light on the meat and toppings. They do have quick service and the staff is friendly.

Well JJs here hit me with a blast of stench when I first walked in. I nearly walked back out. Then I was lack of greeted by what may be a brain dead paint huffed or stoner kid. Not sure. I opened a Yelp just to comment on this page. If you're not a fan of cold sandwiches, this place will do absolutely nothing to change your mind. I ordered the #8, and the layers of meat were indistinguishable. A pathetic amount of Dijon mustard was slathered on. All I could really taste was the cold, hard bread. The only thing giving this place a higher score were the cookies. Overall, I haven't been this disappointed eating out at a restaurant in a while. read more

This place just opened up across from my sister's apartment so we thought we would try it. The staff are very friendly, and they made our food quickly. The problem I have with this place is for what you get they were way overpriced ( 13.00 for a sandwich and chips with a drink). Also unless you get the "gargantua", the other sandwiches were on the skimpy side. The bread was very good and fresh! I would save my money and go elsewhere!
