Wow! I haven't given a one star in a long time. I'm not sure what's going on with location today. First, my wife ordered her sandwich and they charged her the wrong price. When my wife ordered her sandwich, her sandwich was supposed to get a free drink and side after 2pm and they charged her the regular price. When she told the cashier at the window and the cashier called a manager. When she told the manager, the manager told the cashier "what's she complaining about? She's got the sandwich she ordered" thinking that my wife didn't hear. When my wife told her, I can hear you! The manager's tone did a 360! When my wife explained what was wrong with her order, the manager realized that they made the mistake and didn't even apologize. To top it off, they made my wife sandwich incorrectly and didn't give her a side of pickles she asked for. I went to the same location after I got off work and couldn't get my app to work so I asked to just enter my phone number at the window. The cashier said "you can give me your number when you pay at the window." I placed my order and the cashier told me that she will give me the total at the window. I asked her again if I could give her her my number before I got to the window so that she could see if there any specials and she told me to go to the window and give it to me there. I drive to the window thinking it would be a different person that took my order; NO, SAME PERSON, same voice, she didn't ask my phone number and gave me the total! When I gave her my number, I'm sure didn't enter it correctly because they always tell me the account's name. She told me that I only earned points today and shut the window. They took forever to make the sandwich. Of course, they made my sandwich wrong and forgot the mayo. I thought about calling for a a manager to complain about the price but I didn't feel like arguing at the window and was starving so I decided to voice my experience on Yelp instead. They're usually really good at this location but maybe their leadership is probably new and needs to be replaced because two incorrect orders and two rude employees in one day is not a coincidence. Of course their sandwiches are always good, and chocolate chip cookie is my fave. Their chocolate chip cookie always hits the spot. It's everything I want in a cookie. Customer service is outstanding. I ordered two cookies at the intercom and they must not have heard me but they still gave it to me. I also ordered delivery once n they forgot my soda n drove all the way back to get it to me. I will go back to this location happily. Thank you guys for going above and beyond. read more

Me: "What do you like to order here?" CoWorker: "I like the sandwiches." That's how it started. So after going through the menu I settled on a jalapeno ranch chicken wrap thingy. Not sure that is the official name but it was a wrap, it had chicken in it, and other things. The start was the crunchy, fried jalapenos that really tied the wrap together. Lebowski would be proud. Pricing was decent, the food came out really fast, and the chips / drinks were good. I like that they have an unsweet iced tea option and their branded chips were legit good. Only two downfalls at this location. Parking sucks. They have ~3 stalls for your average customer and 1 of them was taken up by a delivery car. (Maybe we push the delivery car out further and eliminate a couple of the mobile phone, too lazy to walk in or use the drive thru stalls.) Second, there is only one actual table in the place. Like, a table with chairs. There are several booths and a hightop bar table with permanent stools. Neither of these options fit fat people at all. Love Jimmy John's, but the customer service here is like outrageous. I forgot to order a sandwich for a family member so I went up to the window to pay and I asked him if I could add in a sandwich and they made it seem like a way bigger deal than it was. They told me that I would have to drive all the way back through the drive-through all over again. Which was no big deal, but it just seemed too much of an issue to actually do. They also made my rewards seem like they weren't working. I don't know. Seems annoying. Tess was the one who made it a big deal to not add on a sandwich. read more

Ordered a Hunter's club on the app to use my Jimmy Johns reward of a free 8 inch sub! I had my baby with me so the curbside pick up was awesome so I could stay in the car and not have to struggle with the car seat. My sandwich was amazing! I'll be back sometime! read more

I love this place and the food. What I don't love is every time, YES, EVERY TIME I have ordered delivery it takes an hour. A FULL Hour. I have tried different times different days. Actually one time it took 90 mins. I live approx. 12 mins away. I would be more understanding. But, I can order a pizza actually 2 with a side and dessert. Which I ALWAYS receive within 45 mins. Way more food and less time. They are 3 blocks closer. So you do the math. That's why I gave 3 stars. Ohh they never follow the directions on the online order. Something is ALWAYS wrong. Maybe 1 in 7 orders gets delivered in a timely manner. Today, I placed an order at 1:24 pm....at 2:10 I called to find out where it was. I was told one of the drivers called in and someone should be back within 10 minutes. I asked if I could just pick it up instead. When I got there, they offered a side or something, but I declined. I ordered a fresh French bread today only to get home and find out the bread is stale. Stale as in yesterday it was made. My husband called the restaurant and the manager Ryan offered to give us a fresh bread, but we can only take the offer today. We can't get it tomorrow or another day because supposedly it's "hard" for managers to keep track. Nah, the only thing "hard" was my bread. Never dined in or in person but their delivery service is always quick and fairly accurate, I have sadly a few times not gotten my drinks or chips but it's not a big enough deal to make the driver turn around. I used to have my favorite #12 at least once a week. One day I was told I couldn't have a side of peppers because they were "free". They didn't have anything to put them in on the side. They had to be ON my sandwich or not get them at all. I like a pepper with a few bites but not the whole sandwich. I would give 5 stars other than this. Drive thru service was AWESOME!!! By the time we paid at the window our order was done! Can you say super freaky fast and do a happy dance, because I know I did. And the lady working the window didn't seem to mind my over enthusiasm one bit. But hey, when you are hungry and your food is done super fast, life becomes complete! My favorite is the #16 Club LuLu with extra tomatoes, lettuce, onions and provolone. It is so good! I definitely recommend visiting this establishment especially if you are a little quirky, because they don't seem to mind one bit and they are SO nice! read more
