So I went to this establishment last week and ordered their Turkey Tom sandwich meal that comes with chips & a drink. Everything was all good, however when you walk in, no one greets you, no hello or anything. So I'm like whatever, I did an online order so let me just get my food and go. As I said, that day, the food was good, customer service NOT so good. Well, I give them another chance. Placed another order online for pickup. I walk in to get it, still no one greets you. A guy and girl both working like the last time. Same ones. Again whatever. So I get home, start eating my food. The first half of my sandwich tasted fine. Started on the 2nd half, and this metallic taste got in my mouth, like there was something old on my sandwich. I immediately spit it out into my napkin and threw the rest away. Very disappointing. I dropped in to try their Spicy East Coast Italian sub. This sub has twice the meat of the Vito, their regular Italian, which I found to be rather bland and with no where near the quality and value of Jersey Mike's Italian, and several similar items at local spots like O'Brien's, Villa Grill, & Vinnie's. This is a very good Italian, well sized on a nice sub roll with plenty of meat & cheese, topped with onions, hot peppers, oil & vinegar, and mayo. The double meat, hot peppers, and both the dressing and mayo makes this a sandwich worth buying. I will definitely grab it from time to time! read more

We tried the new Beefy Ranch Wrap & it was pretty good. It was a bit dry, but other than that it was pretty flavorful. We really enjoyed the croutons they put inside of the wrap. It added a nice crunch and texture. The wrap includes roast beef, ranch, croutons, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce and cucumbers. The last time we went we really enjoyed our meal as well. The pricing just seems to be a little high, about $9 for just the wrap, which was an average size wrap. We believe the pricing on the subs is about around the same as Subway, but the subs here are a bit skinnier. read more

I've heard the radio commercials about how fast the delivery of a Jimmy Johns sandwich can be, but I had never had a JJ sandwich until tonight. Arriving to my hotel room around 10 pm, I called and ordered a Roast Beef sub (called a Hunters Club) for delivery to my hotel room. Just as in the radio commercials, the delivery guy was there with my order in a very timely manner. They did not skimp on the ingredients - plenty of medium rare roast beef with provolone, lettuce, tomato & mayo. Impressed with the taste and the service. read more

So I decided to give them another try after the last experience and I'm glad I went! They made some nice updates such as letting you choose whole grain bread bs French bread, which has this yummy, homemade taste and is shaped like thick wheat bread so it was easier to eat and also the flavor was sweet, yet earthy. I had the Beach Club with sliced turkey, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato, mayo and provolone cheese with avocado spread.. Delicious!! The jalapeño chips have just enough kick and salt too! Light, cool and not too filling! I was a fan of their food until they stopped delivering to my area. I found this rather shocking being it changed in a week and I am less than 3 miles from the store! I called in my delivery order, gave all of our info and they confirmed the delivery. I received a call 20 min later that I would have to pick up the food due to no longer delivering. The food is great. The bread is awesome...but I think I'm just a creature of habit. This place is kind of like Moe's. I've heard Moe's has great mexican food, but honestly, I like Taco Bell. This place, the bread is fabulous, but I like the ease of Subway. The menu was just too complicated for me. My first time here, we ordered strictly from their menu. Then I learned that you could have added all these veggies and asked for no mayo and that they have wheat bread. So I guess maybe my first time experience was a bad one that I'm not giving this place more stars. The second time I came, I didn't even look at the menu. I just asked for what I wanted and I think it threw off the girl for a minute because I didn't order a #...but they got it...and the sandwich I got the second time was awesome. I would honestly stop by here, if I lived near here, just to get the bread. White bread is so bad for you, but there's taste so damn good! We ordered four sandwiches to be delivered to the 4th floor of Forsyth Medical Center and I barely had enough time to go to the bathroom and find a cup of water before they arrived. It must've taken them 15 minutes at most. I was in disbelief! I ordered the Tuna club for a whopping $8 which is definitely not worth the price, but I'll admit it was nice and soft, flavorful, and we'll portioned for a lunch meal. Wickedly slow, pretty sure order time to sandwich made was 15 minutes. 7 employees working inefficiently. Order messed up twice, employees behind the counter chit chatting. I live .69 miles away from this location and WAS a loyal customer. Love the food but can't stand the smell when you walk in the store. Just 2 weeks after having an order delivered, I placed another. After paying and waiting 30 minutes, I get a call stating "I'm a minute away with the food but we can't deliver there so you'll have to come pick it up or void your order." Unbelievable. Jimmy Johns as a whole is overpriced and truly doesn't have that many options, however, if you already know and accept that, then this place is decent. My service has always been very friendly. The first time I ever order was over the phone and the woman I spoke with was truly one of the friendliest people I've ever spoken to in food service, I wish I knew her name. And since I work in the mall, I will get delivery pretty often and the 2 delivery guys I've had have always been very friendly! JJ had a delivery service it was great our office ordered 4 or 5 times a week. We are 3 miles from JJs and they stopped delivery to us as they reduced there delivery area to 1 mile radius. Sad to see them go! read more

The sandwich was flat and plain and the bread was extremely hard, It did come with a pickle but did not have a drink or chips. I'm not exactly sure what all the fuss is about when it comes to Jimmy John's. My husband and I are always looking for new places to eat. We were out Christmas shopping during Black Friday weekend and didn't have time to wait 30+ minutes at a restaurant just to be seated so we decided to try Jimmy John's. We had never eaten there before but had been wanting to and now was the perfect time. When we arrived there, we realized the menu only had cold subs. That was a huge disappointment for me seeing as I'm pregnant and not allowed to eat cold deli meat. That left me with very little options. I chose the tuna sub. Sadly enough, their toppings are limited and there is only one kind of sub bread to choose from (was very delicious though). The sub was average along with the chips. The drink machine was broken so we only had tea or water to choose from. Personally, this place is like a Subway with half the options.
