The work done overall was expensive and somewhat inconvenient needing to go back the next day to get the brakes readjusted. However, after going to them on numerous other occasions and receiving good advice and results, I'm giving them five stars. In addition, the repair also spares me from contacting the bike manufacture to get approval for returning the bike. I can't fathom how pricey the shipping alone would be to send the bike back.

The old lady that works there was unexpectedly rude during an unprompted interaction. With no eye contact or interaction between us she walked up to be and began speaking to me. When I looked up I was just confused because I wasn't even sure she was talking to me or the other person who also walked up next to me on the other side. When I didn't respond her attitude escalated and she spoke to me in a condescending, "talking at" manner, as if I didn't understand English. The completely unprovoked rudeness was so unwarranted.
