    Iced chai with almond milk.

I enjoy the Chai from Joe and The Juice. I look forward to trying other items on the menu, which also includes food options. Staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable. I also like how it is designed with a very open feeling concept.

Cute place, I had the ginger shot. Too much juice (apple I think) and it was served with ice. I really didn't taste the ginger.

Great smoothies!! Expensive but it's downtown Chicago so what can you do. Lots of seating to sit and chat/work. It seems like it's probably best to use your app by ordering ahead and getting points. Used to be a foxtrot so the space is really quite big for a juice place.

Blueberry iced latte and ginger shot

Really cute coffee spot where Foxtrot used to be. Very clean and I loved the lighting. People working here were super nice and helpful. The latte fell a little flat for me. My mom ordered an almond milk iced chai which she has had here before, I got an iced blueberry latte and a ginger tumeric shot. The ginger tumeric shot was fresh and tasty, wish it was more ginger and less apple because I like my ginger shots to be at least a little difficult to take haha. The latte was ok. Drinkable, seemed overly milky even though I got a small, espresso was maybe a bit burnt, and I didn't like the blueberry flavor too much, kinda artificial tasting. I would come again but I think for a smoothie or juice instead next time!

Ironman juice was good, but pricy and service was extremely slow. Not ideal for a quick grab and go in the morning.

Good sandwich! Good value! Only disappointment was that the nearest location to me was out of all but 2 sandwich types.

I could have used less olive oil in the sandwich, but that said I really enjoyed it.

Go before 10 AM; otherwise, you'll be lining up for stuff. The first floor is merch, second floor food and coffee, third floor coffee experiences, and fourth floor the bar. I made a beeline to the second floor for some unique baked goodies such as the strawberry matcha financier and the hashbrown egg cup. So good! Love what they've done with the space. It just screams treehouse vibes and you can feel free to move around to different floors to look for seating. We ended up on fourth floor and tried out their cocktail flight (ube martini, matcha margarita, espresso martini,). Definitely something you can't get at a regular Starbucks. Definitely happy we started our day here!

I told myself if the line was long I wouldn't go. I got in line for the first floor to go area. You scan the QR code to check out the menu. People are busy walking around trying to buy merch to take home. The upper floors are for sit down service. The drink I ordered was so good. It was a matcha latte with black sesame cold foam. I think it's only served there because I have looked at the menu here at home and it's not there. I'm still thinking about this drink and going to look for it at a local coffee shop to see if it has something close to it.

There were a few seats inside that the rear of my family sat down at while I waited in line to order. The little cafe was so aesthetically pleasing and had so many different things to look at while waiting. As a speciality latte, they had featured a salted honey cold foam latte. I decided to try that iced and it was amazing. My husband got the vanilla latte and didn't like it as much, it was pretty watery and didn't have much flavor neither coffee nor vanilla. The rest of the store did open at 10, so we "shopped" around a little while sipping our coffees. When we went to leave the line was wrapped around the outside of the building. Would definitely recommend getting there early if you go on the weekend.

First, I explored the endless snack aisles and selected a bag of chocolate-hazelnut biscuits to take home. I couldn't resist the gelato and tried the pistachio flavor (yum!) On my next visit to Eataly a couple of days later, I ordered a cappuccino, and while my beverage took a long time to prepare, the espresso tasted very high quality. The pastries looked stunning and decadent, and I imagine they'd pair wonderfully with espresso if you have time to linger at the cafe (I was in a hurry to get to a work meeting). The next day, my team and I visited Eataly's restaurant for lunch. I selected the anchovy toast as my starter and the gnocchi for my main as part of the lunch special. The toast consisted of two slices of sourdough bread topped with creamy lemon spread and anchovies. The contrast of the bright lemon flavor with the ultra-salty anchovies was tempered by the creamy butter - these all paired together quite well. The gnocchi, on the other hand, was underwhelming. The gnocchi was much too soft (it had the texture of mashed potatoes), and the red sauce was bland. All in all, visiting Eataly was a cool way to experience gourmet Italian food.

The event…read moreitself I wouldn't recommend - they give you tiny sample portions of preselected items on paper hotdog containers. Considering this place is supposed to have some class, we were pretty appalled that they seemed to do the bare minimum for this event. I felt very deceived by how this event was advertised online vs in real life. It seems they intentionally left out details and was marketed as five tastings at five counters, but we receieved barely a sample at each sation. The website said 1. house made pasta - you have one option and it was three bites, no vegetarian option 2. roman-style pizza - only thing I won't complain about although still a small portion 3. Curated drink from Caffe Lavazza - this was a dixie cup portion of a blended Frappuccino 4. house made pastry - they gave you the option of literal bite sized dessert, not a whole pastry 5. the artisanal salumi and formaggi - pathetic, literally 1 piece of meat, three pieces of the same type of cheeses, three olives, and dry stale crackers. Honestly for what they offer this was a slap in the face and from a consumer perspective Eataly's attempt at a summer money making scheme. I would find it hard to believe anyone who rave about this event, in fact I imagine most left very underwhelmed and still hungry. Eataly itself might be a great experience but we did not have the opportunity. We enjoyed the spritz drinks we ordered for their $9 summer special but this event did not make me want to return at all. It unfortunately dangled everything they could have offered in front of us, but then gave us the lowest tier. Driving in traffic to do this was not worth the time, gas, parking or inconvenience and the best part of our city night was when we stepped out of Eataly.

So searching in Yelp I see a Cuban restaurant, and that's my fav, so I went in and I had a great early dinner. Cafecito would be at home in a pre-revolutionary Cuban building, when Art Deco architecture permeated much of Havana and the other major cities in Cuba. Plenty of outdoor seating, but I chose to eat in the cafe area due to time constraints. I had the Vaca Frita which I haven't had in over 60 years and wow, it was amazing. It came with the proverbial white rice, black beans with plenty of condiment, and maduros. Oh yummy. My Cuban grandma would have been pleased... The waiter was indeed, a Cuban American who had come over during the early Cuban diaspora. We chatted a bunch about the old country and had a pleasant conversation about being from the same province in the island. Great reminiscing, great food, great service. Yum.
