Little over due. I contacted Joseph for a garbage disposal that needed replacement. Many companies said they needed to send a guy out for an estimate. I had included the picture on my job request. Joseph gave me a quote that was fair over the messages and included the garage disposal and the labor. Many other companies wanted to charge more when they came to see the job or give me rates for labor and I would purchase the garage disposal. He did an awesome job finding a gas leak we had outside awhile back and fixed it promptly at a very affordable price! It was way better than all the others Yelp plumber that Yelp accidentally send my request to. Which btw, passed the Gas companies scrupulous inspection. He also fixed my moms water leak in her ceiling on a Saturday, that same day! And just yesterday after sending a couple of photos of our hot water heater leaks, he texted me back within minutes on a quote to fix it and or replace it if we wanted to to go that route, if needed.
