We ordered catering from Joe's for a bachelorette party for about 15 people. I reached out to them online and they were incredibly helpful. My bridesman put in the order and a bridesmaid picked it up. They even loaded everything into the car for her! The food was amazing. The asada and pastor were super fresh and flavorful. The trays of meat came with tortillas and all the fixings - cilantro, onion, pickled onion, guac, limes, and red and green salsas. The portions were huge as well (each tray of meat made about 30 tacos). We also got a tray each of beans and rice which were also a hit with the guests. We've also eaten here for a taco Tuesday and the food was great then. Their toasted tacos are amazing and I can't recommend them enough. Toasted Tacos, horchata and seeing the crazy line at this taco truck had me excited to stop and see what the hype was about. Tonight was my friends birthday and she's been telling me for weeks that this is her fave taco spot. So we all met up to stuff ours faces, celebrate my friend and get some hang out time in. The parking lot is pretty big, lots of parking and many tables to sit at. They are following social distancing guidelines, stickers where to stand while ordering, masks etc. The menu is simple and easy. Pick your type of taco, vampiro or quesadilla; pick a protein add a drink if you'd like and wait for your name to be called. I couldn't decide and hearing different people talking I had to order nearly everything to give it a taste lol . We ended up with Asada tacos, pastor, a Asada quesadilla, Asada vampiro, horchata and watermelon drinks. Our food came with plenty of red and green sauce and I also asked for a side of pickled onions. SO GOOD! So good that good is an understatement. A few of the tacos I ordered as a toasted taco with cheese on the outside of the tortilla making it crunchy. HEAVEN! Meat was juicy and full of flavor . They have vegetarian and keto taco options; as well as lengua and cabeza . The employees were friendly and fast. Tables were clean and napkins hanging from a central location for easy access. The entire time we were there the line never stopped. The later into the night more and more people....entire families......non stop orders. Great location right off Grand Ave. and 75th Ave. It's the closest taco spot without going into Phoenix. Food truck style. Plenty of seating. It's a bit of a social, hangout spot at night. Carne asada tacos were great. Loved them. Al Pastor tacos were better. Loved them. The tamales (seasonal?) were excellent!! I went back the night after. Lol. We found this place and really liked it. We'll I ordered a Cabeza burrito and to my surprise it had cheese. Why would a camera burrito have cheese? Anyhow, my wife called back, and they have no sense of what good customer service is. We offered to take the burrito back and exchange it, but they said they would charge for another one. Jamaica and homemade mex drinks come in a big canning chilled jar - $5 and take the jar with you. Mexican bottled sodas. Im unsure they have cups and ice as we didn't ask. I been on keto for months and I haven't found a taco place that dose keto tacos Close to me. I live 4 mins away I decided to stop by to eat cause I yelp them and found out they did cheese tacos and they have bunch different meat and tacos and salsas are delicious and my kids loved it. My son had to order another taco cause they were so good. There prices are Reasonable and I love how they give big horchatas for only 5 dollars and come in this beautiful mansion jar. I think you could get like 6 cups of horchata from the mansion jar. There drinks are not keto just there tacos. Great place to eat I sure will be going back and the people that work are incredibly nice and sweet!!! The cashier was super helpful and she was so nice to us made sure we were doing ok. Mind complosion!! Keto tacos, what!!! I heard about this place from a coworker, she knows of my severe allergies and that for the most part I eat a low carb diet. I immediately sent my husband the yelp information and made it a date. With the directions from Yelp we arrive, I passed it up once as I was not expecting a food truck, should have read past the Keto Tacos with that said, we pull in to the old gas station where Joes taco food truck has set up shop, it's disgustingly hot outside, midday none the less. I tell my husband "I don't know if I wanna be all hot and sweaty while I eat". We noticed there was quite a few people waiting so I blew off the disgusting hot weather all in the name of Keto tacos. Best food decision I've made in a LONG time! Woah, woah and woah!! The Keto tacos were phenomenal!! Carne Asada and Nopalitos, oh my sweet sweet baby Jesus! New find OMG especially if you are doing the Keto Diet or just trying to cut back on carbs, gluten free etc. this place is awesome. Wow, regular tacos are amazing, but their baked ( I think that is what they call it) has cheese baked on the outside of the tortilla or you can order it without a tortilla and it's actually a taco you can pick up and eat! The unique healthy fruit and vegetable horchata type drinks are amazing too and they come in mason jars that are reusable Service was pretty quick and the gal who waited on us was so friendly and efficient, Cleary loves what she is doing, really a pleasure to give our hard earned money to Btw, this is a food truck, gps was sketchy getting us there the first time we are actually in the area often and never knew this place was there! They have done a great job of setting up tables etc for comfortable dining now that the worst of the heat is behind us! Great little taco truck offering tasty tacos and fresh aguas frescas. Their set up is on point with plenty of tables, clean and well lit. Their salsas are fresh and spicy although their portion cups are super tiny. The prices are comparable to what we've encountered from other taco joints which is pricey at $2.00/taco for a small sized tortilla. The overall place I'd give a 9/10. My girl and I went I'm had the og tacos steak and the vampiro with chicken. I'd give the vampiro and 5/10 and the OG a 7/10 only because there was a lot of onion and cilantro. My personal preference is like a pinch. But overall that food was bomb asf, When we go back is definitively try the burritos or get the OG with steak because the steak was 10/10. Delicious. The people are very nice and cool.
