I wound not recommend eating at this location. My family and I went there on a Sunday afternoon. They were not busy, they didn't seem under staffed. Nevertheless, we stood at the entry waiting to be seated (or at minimum acknowledged) for an extremely long time. As we patiently waited, we watched cooks and servers making eye contact with us only to look away and go back to fraternizing with their coworkers. Horrible service. Not very clean. Hamburger buns were stale and fell apart before we could finish eating it. Fry sauce tasted mostly of ketchup. Server was attentive and very professional. Would not recommend the food especially for the price. read more

I was this location's very first customer a couple of years ago when they opened their doors for the first time. Had never eaten at a Johnny Rockets, ordered an Original and a creamsicle shake. Loved it and have been to several Johnny Rockets since and have never been as impressed with the service as at this location. I've been back several times and always loved the food. But went back tonight for the first time in over a year, and the service and food were better than ever. My 11-yr-old son and I sat at the diner bar, and our server was an awesome and conversational guy named AB. So happy, so prompt, so attentive. We talked about kids, and food, and he recommended songs for my son to put on the jukebox. What a pleasant evening, what a great guy. And I ordered the Original and the creamsicle shake again. :) read more

We were out trying to think of some place to eat some lunch. We remembered seeing this place the last time we were at the mall. We didn't eat there that time because of the long wait. We thought it must be good. Well we tried it today and have to say we were not impressed :-( First we arrived at the front door it took 5 minutes for the hostess to greet us it turned out that she was trying to clear tables to get people seated. There were many dirty table with no one clearing them. We were told it would be 15 minutes. OK we finally got seated the table was cleared by the hostess but the floor was covered with food and soda. We asked for another table. OK we were finally seated. The server took 10 minutes to greet us and take our drink order, she returned shortly with our drinks and take our order. My wife ordered the original hamburger thinking this was the one that made them famous. my daughter ordered the chicken breast sandwich. I ordered the #12 which is there cheeseburger with red sauce. We also ordered some onion rings. The onion ring came out pretty quick. They were very good. We waited 20 minutes after the rings came out. When our food arrived it appeared to have been sitting for a while. Fries were cold, Buns were cold and soaked through and soggy. None of us could finish the food. when the hostess came to check on us we informed her about our food. She said she was sorry and left. She came back in a few minutes and said they were going discount our food. well that is something I guess. We paid our bill and left. We weren't even approach by a Manager, I really couldn't tell if there was a manager there at all, Nothing seemed organized. Looked like a nice place for a quick bite while we were out shopping. Stood there waiting to be seated for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We were seated in an out-of-the-way corner. We sat and sat waiting for someone to come take our order - or even to be greeted. Hubby got up and found an employee after 10 minutes to send someone over and they said they'd get right on it. After another 10 minutes of being completely ignored, we left. I could cut them some slack if it was busy, but there were more employees running around behind the counter like chickens with their heads cut off than there were patrons. The restaurant was practically empty - which I thought was unusual for a Friday night. Guess I know why now. I was so disappointed - I was really looking forward to a tuna melt that night! read more

Service is unbearably slow. I stopped in around 3pm on a Sunday for some ice cream and sodas and fries. It only took around 5 minutes for my order to be taken, but I waited for over 30 minutes before they let me know they were out of banana for my shake. At that point for some reason the server needed to retake my whole order. He forgot about the sodas we ordered and completely forgot about the fries. So finally 45 minutes into my visit I got the drinks and scoop of ice cream we ordered and An hour into my visit my shakes finally came by. At that point my daughters were begging to go home, so I just had him give me the shakes to go. When I finally got the bill and the shakes, my order of fries that was forgotten about was on the bill. So I ask the manager to take off the fries, he does some stuff and comes back to ask me for my card. Well, it's not in my wallet and it wasn't with the original bill. The server still had it. It cost me a total of $13 and an hour of my time to find out how horrible this location is. I suggest you don't waste your money or time here. read more

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 shakes and 2 kid-sized floats. If this is the only food that's offered at the outlets they need to step up their service and knock down their prices! It wasn't until we tried to cancel our order and leave that they quickly made them. read more

Our waiter Arturo was awesome. He made sure we had what we needed. He was helping all over the place. If a table needed to be cleaned he was on it. If someone needed to be greated and he was busy, he acknowledged them and let them know he would be right with them. He is a great example of an a team player. read more

Wow!!!!! My family and I had lunch at Johnny Rockets today, and we are in awe at the great service and food we received! Our server, A.B., took the time to see that our needs were met, and made my boys feel special. He joked with my husband and made us feel like old friends. The place is a typical fast food restaurant,food poor to average, the cheese steak was dry and over cooked, FF were cold but replaced with hot ones when we told the waitress. We ordered a chocolate shake that we had to ask the waitress 3X when we would get it. After finishing our dinner she told us for the 4th time it was coming. Will we got it and was told the manager would take it off the bill which she did. It would have been nice if the manager would have gotten off her chair and came to our table to apologize for the poor service. Only thing was to leave no tip and a note on the bill saying how we felt the service was. Never to return know wonder that a lot of Johnny Rockets are closing. read more

I brought my 3 kids there today for a quick bite. The service was great and my little guy loved his mini burgers but not a fan of the fries. They also brought out fries early for my hungry little girl to keep her occupied. My oldest ordered grilled cheese and it was a bit burnt, so they apologized, took it back and offered him anything he wanted in return which made him very happy. The management checked on us several times to see how we were doing and really took care of us. I was charged 17.69 for a philly cheese steak, there was so little meat and it was cold, and old tasting I sent it back and asked for extra meat. It came back a little better but still old tasting, over cooked meat with raw veg's. How disappointing and upsetting, needless to say it was almost 20.00 for the thing. They charged everything separately, and got away with it. I am going to the top with this one. At least I will get my 18.00 out of it. Hope they learn a lesson not to water down the soup. We were served by a awesome waiter named AB.the food was good a little pricy but very good.the best part was the service.

we went in for an early dinner since i had 3 small children who's tummies were growling with my little sister and my mom. It was pretty busy. We orded a plate of sweet potato fries for an appetizer to keep the kids quiet and not so hungry till their food got to the table. 20 minutes later still no fries. Then our food arrives so we scratched the fries. But then the baby's apple juice was forgotten, my older two kids' shakes were forgotten, my soft drink was forgotten, and my shake was forgotten. The bottle of ketchup was pretty drained and we weren't given a filled one, and the free soft drinks were not refilled till we were ready to leave. Being in the fast food business I know that the time of day and the amount of customers don't really matter when it comes to filling and order right in a timely manner and making sure that the customer's needs are all taken care of before moving on (customer service). Needless to say i will not be visiting this location again in the near furture. read more
