Soo... my family came to eat here and they were going to order to go for me since I had sick kids in the room. 20 minutes later I called my sister to say "why so long?" she said she was waiting in the to go line for me and my family had just been seated. So I left my kids with my husband and went downstairs, took her place in the to go line. 2 people were in front of me. She went to sit down and eat. 20 minutes later, they were leaving and I still didn't place my to go order. Seemed like these waiters were making the to-go register the last priority. Finally placed my order and waited another 15 minutes. Seen my food done and waiting to be put in a bag. Watched these waitresses dance, laugh, joke with each other. Still my order was ignored waiting to be bagged. Finally bagged, they gave me extra fries... oops on them. Burger was over cooked on the edges but pink in the middle. Tasteless, fries were okay. We were starving so we killed it. But this place needs to dance less and pay more attention to customers. read more

went In on a slow off season weekday where staff was minimal. Server Tina was very efficient as the only server with a decent little crowd for the staff there. She was attentive and always on topping our drinks off if we wanted, friendly with the kids and even got waters for the ones who got sandwiches from next door. In the basement of the Grand Sierra, right next to the pool. Such great service by these kids! Food was better than I ever recall being at any Johnny Rockets, but it had been years. If you have a room, take the elevator to the spa level and follow the signs towards the pool. You can't miss it. Going that route completely eliminates the smoke filled casino. read more

Got our order to go before it closed down. Honestly I wouldnt want to dine here since there is the mustang lounge and sports betting in this area. Pretty decent for what it is. I was very pleased with the burger I got. It was flavorful, not dry, and not too badly priced. I also had a malt to wash it down with (which was pretty dang tasty itself). The servers were friendly. I would visit this place again. read more

Anyways I agree with some of the statements overpriced hamburgers and frieds, I worked a drink, double bacon cheeseburger and friends for close to $15 dollars where I could have gone to the Nugget for much less and more food. The service was not bad and pretty good. I got my food on time and in a decent manner. They were nice. The burger was great overall and I enjoyed eating it. 5 stars for the shakes! One for the food. The Philly beef sandwich was way overcooked and oily. Fries tasted like they were cooked hours ago and reheated in the fryer. Service was good. I've been to many Johnny Rockets before and this was probably the worst I've ever had. I know it is inside a casino, but it is a chain restaurant so the food should be consistent. The fries were hard and dried, definitely not fresh. The burgers were sloppy and all falling apart. read more

Meh, they were really slow, first to seat us (more than 5 minutes), and then to bring our food. That said, however, my chicken strips were tasty (and it was more than I expected), as was my root beer float. read more

January 2nd visit & probably my last Posted a tip earlier about how rude a waitress was here. Name I believe is precilla or however you spell it. She saw us walk up to the restaurant and stand to "wait to be seated" and she totally ignored us. She stared at us rudely in a span of 10 minutes to just ignore us again. One of the other waitress saw us and wanted to help seat us but that's when the rude waitress finally decided to help us. I currently saw the reviews here after the incident and if I would have known how bad their customer service is then we never would have ate here. Anyways, here ONLY for a milk shake. My kids and I love this place. We had great service from a very friendly and energetic waitress named Tina. We were seated immediately and ordered almost just as fast. we love the burgers, fries, and shakes. When we walked up to be seated there was a foul stench that I could not pinpoint but it left me feeling uneasy. The place would be great but the music blaring from the speakers at the bar right by it make it impossible to think, eat, conversate or enjoy yourself. I went to grab a straw from the glass dispenser and there was nothing but old dirty good, oil and fingerprints. How unsanitary and disgusting. Food is average, but to be expected from a JR. I feel like everything was done half ass so that's why they get half the amount of stars. The girl who sat us gave us a dirty table and didn't wipe down the table she just brushed the crumbs on the floor. We ordered bacon cheese fries and the nacho cheese they put on top tasted so cheap. When my burger came out the bun tasted like it was partly stale and cold. A cold bun is something I couldn't believe like how does that even happen. My son ordered the hot dog, and ketchup was accidentally put on it, he was kinda upset n the people noticed right away and offered to remake it. That's pretty awesome. If you want to have some shake late in night go for it. I wont recommend it for other food menu if there are other options around place. We ordered meal deal but the server didn't get it complete thinking of saving money by not getting soda ....two of my friends got cold burger and fries and instead of making fresh new ones, they just warmed it up in the small oven....ah this is what you get from such places. Located on lower level section by the Pool entry- offering predictable grease bombs, home of burgers and fries. If there are others in your party not wanting burgers go to the Café. Onion rings were great but could not substitute for fries in meal deal so had to order separately. Every 45min or so they turned up the music really loud for 1 song and staff (including manager) featured dance/ choreography to entertain. My experience with Johnny Rockets was stellar, great cheeseburger, better than expected and the tator tots are crazy good. Only complaint would be that they need to use degreaser on the floor, it was super oily and I would be fearful if I was to bring my Grandmother due to a slip hazard. Look, I like Johnny Rockets. I've been to several locations, and while it's not blow me away, it's solid 3-4 stars on Yelp. And when I started trying this place 3 or 4 years ago, it was the same as any Johnny Rockets. I'm not dissing the Johnny Rockets chain: but I think this location doesn't live up to the chain's standards. Not so anymore. Stale bread, undercooked french fries, unflavored food, and tomatoes and lettuce that are past their sell by date. Look, I get it: you guys are hurting for money, and you don't want to throw food out. And it's a diner: it's not supposed to be great. But I can seriously get better quality at Subway. That's not good. The milkshakes are still decent, but they cost way too much. In and Out isn't that far away. Neither is Wendy's, and yes, even Wendy's is better. read more

Fun late night food! Hit this place up for a milk shake and fries after 11pm. Milk shake was thick and delish!! 1 shake can easily feed 2 people as they bring you the extra cup with more in it. Bacon cheese fries were ok. Not amazing but good for a late night snack. read more
