Had a bad experience with undercooked meat and they offered me a free meal voucher without expiration date to comp my entire meal. When I came back to use it, they said that they would not honor it because they have changed ownership. Bad experiences all around. I ATTEMPTED to come here on 7/2/23 at 930pm only for staff to inform me that "per the manager" the restaurant was closed for the night; though the hours stays that they close at 10pm. Manager, if you want to close early than you should change your posted hours vs posting a paper with handwriting that the store was closed. Instead, since my kids wanted burgers, we came during lunch on 7/3/23. The restaurant wasn't packed, but it did take the server apx 10 min to arrive to our table to ask what drinks we wanted and to take our order. I will mention that I've been to this specific Jonny Rockets everytime I stay at GSR, and this is the only time I've had a complaint. We ordered 4 burgers. The burgers were over cooked, dry, might have been sitting a while before it was brought to our table, and pretty much flavorless. I ordered the "Smokehouse Burger" and it only came with ONE piece of bacon :/. Tasted like a frozen burger patty that had zero seasoning added to it; no salt, pepper, nothing. The cheesy tater tots were undercooked as you could taste some raw potato in the middle. There were 2 types of cheese; a melted cheese covered with shredded cheese. We were at the GSR for a show and needed some quick grub, so this place popped to mind. Upon entering there were a slew of rugs throughout the dining area and a wet floor sign. The floors were definitely slippery, but they were not wet, they were really greasy. And I mean really greasy. Yuck. Service was slow but they did appear to be under staffed so it could be attributed to that. Food came out fresh but they were out of a menu item so we had to choose something else. 1 person out of our party ordered a milkshake which they charged us for but never brought. Funny side story is I've had that happen before in their old location over a decade ago. The lady that took our payment didn't even offer an apology for not bringing out the shake and was not at all happy about having to take it off of our check. I won't be back anytime soon. read more

Great place for a low key dining experience. Burgers, hot dogs and salads at an affordable price point. They even let us bring in our adult slushies from Fat Tuesdays across the hall! We ordered a burger and chili dog. Our server was friendly and food arrived quick and hot! They are located on the Spa level right down from the arcade and shops. First of all, Johnny Rockets is a child hood favorite and it's sad that most have closed. I'm in town visiting my sick mother and was hoping that one was still open. Was extremely excited to see one was at the hotel I'm at staying at with my family! The original burger has been my favorite, I got Swiss on it as well. The place is clean and the service is wonderful. The servers are really friendly and even the manager comes around to ask if everything is good. I ordered takeout this last Thursday. This was possibly the best food I've ever had here. My bacon cheeseburger was perfectly prepared, there was no skimping on the bacon and it was cooked nicely.
