When I showed this to the server she tried to say that was for the guacamole, which was a total fabrication because a) the $1.99 was on the line that says desebrada and b) there was a charge of $1.25 on the line for guacamole. After not accepting this she said "I don't know" and was going to leave it at that until I asked to speak with a manager. The manager had ZERO customer service skills as she started by saying "what's your problem?" I patiently explained the overcharge again and she took out her phone and added the amounts on the bill, she didn't explain why she was doing this, but I assumed it was to check if the $1.99 was actually in the total, and it was. She then said "let me check the computer" and was gone for nearly 10 minutes. When she returned she said the computer is right the ground beef is $12.99 and the desebrada is an additional $1.99. She refused to match the price in the menu and walked away! The beans were excellent and reminded me of a good homemade meal. The rice wasn't bad although it was a bit tomatoey. But that is one way of making it - it just wasn't to my taste.
