If it's your first visit they give you a discount. That was cool! When I picked him up he looked pretty and smelled fresh and fruity. I also love to shop at Petsmart because they have a variety of supplies. I enjoy the pet costumes collars and harnesses. They carry crates and beds and bunny supplies and reptile supplies as well. We didn't have small children so all of us agreed to pitch in and work together! Over the past year, we have worked with our veterinarian, a dog behaviorist, and multiple trainers (most quit on us bc of bites) to no avail. We ran a neurological battery of tests, tried several medications, all to no avail. At this point, all professionals are recommending to euthanize our dog. We were told that he most likely came from a puppy mill. I really had no idea what a puppy mill was, but started to investigate after learning that ALL pet stores use some type of puppy mill because a true show-dog breeder will sell you one of their puppies for about the same $3000-4500 you pay at the pet stores. Puppy mills will sell puppies for hundreds of dollars and then the store turns them around and sells them for thousands! Look this up and fact check, please. So I looked up the breeder's identification number (which you can Google if you know Breeder name and State), then I went to the USDA website (they are responsible for inspecting the breeder every other year). Once you get to the USDA website, you type in the Breeder identification number, State, and search the inspection reports. THANK GOD this Breeder didn't have any citations, BUT in 01/2022, she had 86 dogs on her property and in 01/2020, she had 98! With that many dogs, it's VERY unlikely to have much human-animal bonding, and this type of environment breeds aggression! So I IMPLORE you to ask to see the breeder's information and check their inspection AT THE VERY LEAST! We paid $4500 PLUS TONS of training, vet bills, behaviorist evaluation and tests, medications, etc just to have to euthanize an animal because his own behaviors are causing him so much stress. He will be calmly sitting on the end of the bed and suddenly lunges at you and bites, breaking skin! Then he cries. We have to crate him at night so we don't get bit in our sleep. At this point, I'm deathly concerned he will bite someone and we will be sued. PLEASE DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKE! I am NOT against purebred dogs; they are invaluable and should be preserved. BUT I am against PUPPY MILLS!!!! I will be reporting this to the Humane Society first thing tomorrow morning!

No one calls for a couple hours so I call back and they say he didn't bring it back, to call DoorDash as petco is the 3rd party company even though I ordered through the petco app. Long story short, I messaged the help chat on petco and the rep gave me a refund. Instead of directing me to the correct solution in the first place, they just want to divert all blame to door dash. I won't be shopping with petco anymore.
