Great local place to grab a drink or a bite to eat. I have been here many times and have never been disappointed with their food. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are very tasty. They even have good breakfast! Had some relatives over for the weekend and we were looking for a good local breakfast place and decided on Jolie's, based on reviews. I've been going to Jolie's for like a decade now. Love the staff, and the fact that it's open at 6am so if I want a good breakfast, and a beer, (especially before anyone else is open) and with a cool atmosphere, then this is where I'm headed. One of my fav's for sure! read more

The food was delicious! We had the fried PB&J for an appetizer, which was every bit as good as I thought...I would actually have it for dessert next time though. My fish and chips were good. Atmosphere, is pretty great, and the live Music OFTEN is badass. Beer Selections and Service is spot on.. Smoking patio to keep clear of for non smokers like me !! I LOVE this bar... I typically like to come on Tuesdays because I know Jessica will be my bartender and I'm there to hang out with a lot of our mutual friends... which is usually a recipe for a great night. Came here last night because the we love the band that was playing outside. The waitress outside would not even acknowledge us. We went in to order drinks at the bar. Another friend came and again no service. We went in and waited patiently at the bar. It was like we were invisible. I finally waived the bartender and was told, "we have customers we need to serve" so what are we? My friend put her card back in her purse and we walked away. So we stumbled across Jolie's during a emergency visit to the Vet Hospital down the way. Have to say we just frankly were not in the mood for a party as our pet was sick and in surgery. We found a corner booth to wait it out and were quickly greeted, surprising as the place was almost at capacity. The service was fast, compassionate and accurate. The chef even brought the food himself. The menu was full of Great fun foods, all looked amazing. Felt like being in mamma s kitchen on a late night making creative tasteful happy food to cure what ever ales yah. Great place, the food was amazing! I've been coming here 2-3 times a month since February as it's just down the street from me and convenient. Their food is as consistently delicious as their service is terrible. I would come here far more often if I could get someone to answer the phone or serve me when I arrive. I often call and place orders to pick up and almost every time I go to pick up my order, there are 2-3 bartenders behind the bar who see me and ignore me for as long as their able. The reviews aren't kidding when they say the employees don't care about serving customers, lucky you have good jalapeño poppers and you're kitchen is open till 10. read more

Jolie's have a few great bartenders, but a few that don't get what customer service is all about. The general manager would rather give these bad bartenders the benefit of the doubt when poor service is provided. Only a business that involves alcohol could a manager be so rude and disrespectful and keep their job. If you are a regular, you will get an honest drink, complain.... you won't be cut off, but they will give you a weak drink and take your money. This place may have good food, but I'd never know. Despite asking for a menu explicitly to order something to eat, I was only able to get 1 beer out of the wait staff. After sitting for 30 minutes with no one taking my order I just decided to pay for my beer and go. I had to go to the bar to do it. The waitress looked shocked, but literally did not finish handing me my change before starting to talk to someone else again. I was really looking forward to going as the place is always busy. It's clear a lot of people like it. But I'll never go back. If I am begging a restaurant to take my money and they can't be bothered, that's not worth my time. Not only do I love this bar for the great live music they had all the time but the waitressing and food has always been top notch. Now that we are not allowed to frequent this bar I have missed the great food. I called them up to place an order and was surprised that they still have the full menu going. Cammy even told me about specials! Me and my old lady ordered for pick up and it was all packed and ready for me when I arrived. All exactly what I ordered and with really good portions. To the degenerate reviewers concerned with this establishment: I just visited Jolie's for the 1st time tonight and witnessed the following; overweight people, African Americans, Hispanic bikers, short people, tall people, tattooed people, ugly people, attractive people, Canadians and yes even an 80 years old man wearing a flowered shirt that was STRAIGHT BUSTING IT on the dance floor. To anyone that actually believes that this establishment doesn't have diversity I simply say this- YOU are insane. Please know what this place represents: AMERICA. Pure and simple. I don't get it. Not only this place has excellent reviews, but the parking lot is packed from 5 am till well past midnight. And I see it every day, I'm not exaggerating. So finally I dragged my husband in there for lunch. We wanted to see what all they hype was about. And??? we still want to know what the hype is all about.
