Consistently the worst managed Jollibee in the Southern California area. I go to Jollibee regularly and the contrast of service in other locations versus Anaheim location is significant. This location is always behind on orders 20-30 min, very unreliable with online orders, takeout and drive-thru. The only consistency I've had in this location is waiting 30+ minutes for maybe getting spicy chicken and the surprise of not getting what I order. Other southern california locations have similar challenges with wait times during peak hours such as lunch and dinner rush, but make up for it in service and have a higher percentage of issuing the correct order with consistency. I would rather receive my order in a timely manner vs. waiting half an hour and receiving extra items to my order. Its a shame because I have had positive experiences in the other international chains. But this location makes me re-think whether it is fast food vs fast casual. Jollibee in the philippines is actual fast food, has great service, systems management and quality assurance. This location is a poor imitation of the values and service of the original. read more

My husband and I have been to 3 jollibee locations. This jollibee location is the worst we've been in. What should be a good dinner ended up with a bad service experience in this location. The lady in the pic her name is Angel was so rude. I went up to the counter to tell her that I'm missing an order but she insisted that my order was complete. I even showed her my receipt but she still insisted that my order was complete. My husband ended up taking a pics of our order and went up to the counter to speak to the manager his name is Ken in front of Angel. My husband was so mad that he ask for a bag for us to bring our food home. The manager apologized. Hey Anaheim Jollibee please retrain your employees!!!! Retrain them on how to do better customer service and how to check customers order before serving them. read more

It was raining when my group of 4 came and I noticed that they had a bucket near the door for umbrellas which was nice of them to have. Our order came in less than 10 min after we ordered. We ordered the 12 pc chicken joy meal, 1 ube pie, and 3 large mashed potatoes. The chicken was very juicy and fresh and the gravy it came with was rich and paired well with the fried chicken. The ube pie was by far my favorite as its a limited time item and met my expectations with its creamy flavor! read more

We were in Anaheim for a weekend and saw there's a Jollibee nearby. So we decided to order online for pickup. We came in to pickup our food and while Shellah was preparing our order, she was rudely telling another coworker that online bunk order should be closed, in front of us. She continued to complain for a few more minutes. When she was bagging our orders , we asked to check that our orders were correct. We noticed that it wasn't. She had put in a 6 piece chicken bucket when we ordered 10 pieces. She rolled her eyes, picked up the bucket and turned around to get more. When the bucket returned, another employee was handling our order. Some of our orders were still not correct when we came back home. The unprofessionalism that Shellah showed will make me not return to this location ever again. read more

Quality of chicken was so good! Of course you can't go wrong with the chickenjoy meals. The crisp was fried to perfection, and the flavor of the spicy chicken was so good too. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were made of good, juice quality of meat. I just wish it had a little more flavor. Also wish the adobo rice, and fries had a teensy bit more flavor. Perhaps one of the worst run food franchises I've ever been to. I only go because my daughter craves it every once in a while. Also may be the most overrated fried chicken in human existence. Not once have I ordered food and have it handed to me. Every single time I'm there they're always out of chicken and you have to wait 15-30 minutes for the next batch. There is no point in going to the drive through because they always make you park and wait to get your order. Why would you not fire up more when you're running low? Chic-fil-a, Canes, KFC, and Popeyes sh*t on this place. Avoid going here unless you want mediocre food, poor customer service and long wait times. read more

Jollibee is always a solid fast food place to go to, and this location in particular is one of my favorites. Never had any problem with the food or the service, which I really appreciate. The menu is the same for pretty much all of the locations in socal, but I particuarly like the chickenjoy, chicken sandwich, halo halo, peach mango pie, and spaghetti. But you really can't go wrong with any of the menu items. If you've never been to jollibee, then you should make a plan to do so as soon as possible haha. My last review was 7 years ago, and it's still a 3 star review. It's cheap, it's just ok... someone said it's like the McDonalds of fried chicken. Yeah I agree. Drive through was still slow and I can't read the menu. It's either too dark or the way it hits the sun at 5:45 pm makes it utterly useless. The drive through is next to the employee exit, and they take trash out of the door. Basically keep your windows up when waiting in the drive through... it smells like garbage. Jollibee is definitely my go-to spot for fast food fried chicken (don't tell Popeyes) because of their spicy chicken! Unfortunately, this location has always been a hit or miss for their availability on spicy. I believe every 2 out of 3 times I go, they're always out and it has been at different times of the day. Such a shame because I absolutely love their spicy fried chicken. My go-to order is the 2 piece chicken with jolly spaghetti. Keep in mind that Filipino spaghetti is much sweeter than the typical spaghetti, but it's a flavor you keep going back to. Their peach mango pie is also delicious! Super flaky and sweet - it's best when it's warm! This location is the closest Jollibee to me so I'll be back (more than once), but I wish they would have the spicy more readily available. read more

Seriously not bad of a place considering it's a fast food joint. I usually come to this particular location via drive-thru only, but this time I dined in with a 7-year old. Customer service is always extra and appreciated. They even handed him a balloon. He was all excited. There was always a staff member picking up after the place whether they're sweeping, wiping tables, or emptying the trash. Every table was clean. And their chicken here didn't seem as greasy as other locations, which was great. read more
