Food is good but my issue is with the service. The past 3 times I've been here, they forgot items in my order each time. One of the times, I went through drive through and was told to park in one of the parking spots in front, and they would bring out my order when it was ready. I waited about 25 mins, and saw the girl come out and give an order to the car next to me. I had a feeling that was my order, but I waited 10 more mins and went in to check if my order was ready. When I went in, the workers seemed confused and it was apparent that they had given my order to the wrong car. There was no apology from the workers, and I was told to wait another 10 mins. How do you not double check to make sure the order you're giving out is correct? The other most recent time I ordered they forgot my gravy, and I had to go back in to ask for gravy. Today, my parents went to pick up food and when they got home, they realized we were missing a peach mango pie that we had ordered. Usually, I check the order because this place is known yo forget items, but obviously I was not with them. Regardless, it should not be the customer's responsibility to make sure that their order is correct, it's the food establishment's responsibility to make sure the customer receives the correct order and the right items. Hamburger steak with mashed potatoes. Yum burger with cheese. And The spaghetti and the Palabok with a mango pie. The chicken is yummy and very savory. The gravy and mashed potatoes was delicious. The burger steak was juicy and had a good amount of gravy and mushrooms. Patties were quite thin though and the adobo chicken was flavorful with visible pieces of meat. The chicken was crispy and juicy and not salty like other places. Mashed potatoes and gravy was good too. The Palabok Fiesta was disappointing. A very tiny portion, thin egg pieces, and the shrimp were tiny and overcooked. Portion size not worth the price of $8.49. The pineapple quencher was too sweet for us. Banana langka pie was perfect. The One Star is for them ALWAYS getting my order wrong and tonight was Drive Thru(they had got my order wrong before too when ordered in person)!!! They either don't take the order right, or not even put in the order, AND my husband even repeated TWICE or when ordered, they don't put the food in!!! We've been here approximately 4 or 5 times now and there is always something WRONG with the order. Funny thing is, I even joked with my husband about how we better check our order before we drive away the drive thru, since they ALWAYS make a mistake. But food wise it is a 5 Stars, the taste, portion size...etc. Service seriously needs improvement!! Worst "fast food" restaurant for timing. If you have a 1/2 hr lunch don't bother with this spot. You will be late. They can take a good 20 plus minutes for a simple 2 piece order. Jollibee has yet failed me (my order) or at least this branch...in ANAHEIM! I placed an order online/mobile (a big order) 20 pieces of chicken Family deal 1 and Family deal 2 plus 2pcs of burger steak with two sides. A total of a little over $50 and picked up time/queue was for 11:45am (I put in the order around 11am). And so I got there a little late coz I know they're gonna be a little behind since it's lunch time, I got there 11:50. I checked, my order is not ready, the crew told me "oh we're waiting for the chicken" Blahblah so I said ok that's fine....11:55 approached, 12:00, and then 12:10 my order is still not ready!!!!!! I got my order around 12:18. That's almost half an hour of wait from mobile order p/u time!!!! Before I left, I made sure I got all my food and the sides etc etc. except for the burger steak coz the box/container is buried underneath and I don't wanna be that guest you know~ take out the items out of the bag again etc~ I got home...,.and when I opened the two-piece burger steak, it turned out to be a ONE AND A HALF FKN PIECE OF BURGER STEAK (see picture attached) I mean come on???! Spaghetti was a blend of creamy and standard tomato sauce. Slightly sweet, and has tiny hot dog/Vienna sausage slices inside. Tastes great with the chicken. Sides we got were the Adobo rice and Mash potato/gravy. Both were very good. Adobo rice had a slight peppery taste to it. Reminds me of the Chinese sticky rice but with more pepper. Snack burgers was just "okay". Nothing amazing. The fries were the least tasty part of the meal. It's like a bad cold version of the McD fries. Squishy, no crispy outside, and just.. bland. Even dipping it into the gravy sauce it was lackluster. The Halo Halo reminded me of other Asian desserts. Like the Vietnamese mixed jelly desserts with beans inside. We ordered a bucket of chicken and a 2-piece meal with adobo rice. The chicken skin was nice and crispy and chicken wasn't dry. Popeyes is still the best. :P The adobo rice was alright - reminded me of dirty rice with a very strong garlic flavor and bits of what I'm assuming is supposed to be meat, but I'm almost scared to know what it really is.
