The burger steak was juicy and had a good amount of gravy and mushrooms. Patties were quite thin though and the adobo chicken was flavorful with visible pieces of meat. The chicken was crispy and juicy and not salty like other places. Mashed potatoes and gravy was good too. The Palabok Fiesta was disappointing. A very tiny portion, thin egg pieces, and the shrimp were tiny and overcooked. Portion size not worth the price of $8.49. The pineapple quencher was too sweet for us. Banana langka pie was perfect. I went to this location at 9:30pm on Saturday night. Mind you this is about an hour away from my place of residence. I went to the drive thru ordered a bucket meal and 4 peach mango pies. All of which I was charged for. I get home to bring food home to my family only to find out that there was no pies in my bag. Granted I could have checked the bag when I left the restaurant but at the same time they should make sure that the orders are complete. So disappointing. read more

The One Star is for them ALWAYS getting my order wrong and tonight was Drive Thru(they had got my order wrong before too when ordered in person)!!! They either don't take the order right, or not even put in the order, AND my husband even repeated TWICE or when ordered, they don't put the food in!!! We've been here approximately 4 or 5 times now and there is always something WRONG with the order. Funny thing is, I even joked with my husband about how we better check our order before we drive away the drive thru, since they ALWAYS make a mistake. But food wise it is a 5 Stars, the taste, portion size...etc. Service seriously needs improvement!! I placed an order online/mobile (a big order) 20 pieces of chicken Family deal 1 and Family deal 2 plus 2pcs of burger steak with two sides. A total of a little over $50 and picked up time/queue was for 11:45am (I put in the order around 11am). And so I got there a little late coz I know they're gonna be a little behind since it's lunch time, I got there 11:50. I checked, my order is not ready, the crew told me "oh we're waiting for the chicken" Blahblah so I said ok that's fine....11:55 approached, 12:00, and then 12:10 my order is still not ready!!!!!! I got my order around 12:18. That's almost half an hour of wait from mobile order p/u time!!!! Before I left, I made sure I got all my food and the sides etc etc. except for the burger steak coz the box/container is buried underneath and I don't wanna be that guest you know~ take out the items out of the bag again etc~ I got home...,.and when I opened the two-piece burger steak, it turned out to be a ONE AND A HALF FKN PIECE OF BURGER STEAK (see picture attached) I mean come on???! Ordered 3 pc tenders, fries and a chicken sandwich. Tried to order a burger but they were out of them. Noted that the prices were significantly higher than on the website. Service was quick, but as we were pulling out of the parking lot we realized that we did not get the sandwich (or a receipt). They tried to find the receipt and just gave us the sandwich. Used to love Jollibee's SPICY fried chicken until they run out of stock permanently! I suspect their spicy chicken shortage has more to do with contamination issues rather than supplier issues, since you'll Popeye's never had this problem. Sides we got were the Adobo rice and Mash potato/gravy. Both were very good. Adobo rice had a slight peppery taste to it. Reminds me of the Chinese sticky rice but with more pepper. Snack burgers was just "okay". Nothing amazing. The fries were the least tasty part of the meal. It's like a bad cold version of the McD fries. Squishy, no crispy outside, and just.. bland. Even dipping it into the gravy sauce it was lackluster. The Halo Halo reminded me of other Asian desserts. Like the Vietnamese mixed jelly desserts with beans inside. It's alright. There is so much hype about the chain, but don't think there is anything special about it. Fried chicken is good, not too different than kfc or popeyes. My complaint is that when I went through the drive through, the 2 piece combo said $10, but when I got to the window they said I owed $14.54. Popeyes is still the best. :P The adobo rice was alright - reminded me of dirty rice with a very strong garlic flavor and bits of what I'm assuming is supposed to be meat, but I'm almost scared to know what it really is. It's filling and, for the most part, hits on all cylinders in terms of taste, but it's not homemade Filipino food. I mean, some people love McDonald's and their idea of a hamburger is just that. Heard a lot about this place (and the mascot is super cute) so I had to stop by to try! Jollibee is located inside the Seafood City Supermarket, so there's ample parking in the plaza. I got the 2pc chicken joy with spaghetti, a peach mango pie, and pineapple juice. The meal also came with a huge side of gravy. The chicken was pretty good, I got it spicy but it tasted more savory than anything. The spaghetti was a little underwhelming as the sauce was a bit watery. The staffs are always so friendly! Very fast too. This time around I ordered the 2 piece combo & upgraded to adobo rice for the side. My mans got a bigger combo & he loves dipping the mashed potato in the chicken lol. The adobo rice is so dank! Also I really really appreciated how the breading wasn't thick & super salty like it is at KFC... the chicken was SO fresh~! We ended up eating outside in the parking lot on the trunk of my car. The Filipino spaghetti was delicious, I honestly couldn't get enough and I loved the sweetness of it compared to the regular "salty" kind of spaghetti taste you can get around here. As for the chicken, it came with a gravy sort of dipping sauce and I had to say, it didn't taste any different or better than KFC or Popeye's chicken. For fast food fried chicken, Jollibee is the best! Its skin is crispy yet not very thick and very flavorful. The meat inside is moist and not dry like other fried chicken. The meat is marinated well, it also tastes flavorful. Moreover, they have spicy chicken which is nicer than most of other fast food fried chicken places. Two sauce containers are included for every chicken bucket. Besides fried chicken, they offer spaghetti but it's a bit sweet in my opinion; however, it still tastes good, bringing back my childhood spaghetti flavors. But not everything is bad the chicken pieces are big, well at least bigger than the ones from El Pollo Loco... Their Halo-Halo is OK, it tastes so refreshing after so much fried stuff! This location has a sign out front stating they are short staffed and to please be patient. They are not short staffed, the management and staff lack organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Our food sat for 20 mins waiting to be bagged while the workers hopped onto partially completing other orders. There is no organization here and all workers look new and confused. Several other customers had to check in on their order as well. Another customer told me his order was not even started on until he checked. Visited this store before going home. The drive thru was blocked and got very confused to why as the store hours said they close at 10pm. My friend and I decided to go inside since we assume that they close drive thru earlier than lobby. As we walked in without any greeting from anyone, my friend felt very uncomfortable as most of the workers just glared at us. It took couple minutes for someone to actually help us at the register while everyone else had ignore us on purpose. We only wanted to try the new ube pie but they had run out. The only good thing about this is the cashier who was actually busy cleaning while everyone else just ignored us. She had a great service and had apologized about running out of the pie.
