My complaint is that when I went through the drive through, the 2 piece combo said $10, but when I got to the window they said I owed $14.54. Heard a lot about this place (and the mascot is super cute) so I had to stop by to try! Jollibee is located inside the Seafood City Supermarket, so there's ample parking in the plaza. I got the 2pc chicken joy with spaghetti, a peach mango pie, and pineapple juice. The meal also came with a huge side of gravy. The chicken was pretty good, I got it spicy but it tasted more savory than anything. The spaghetti was a little underwhelming as the sauce was a bit watery. What really impressed me was the peach mango pie and the pineapple juice, my sweet tooth loved it! I would definitely come back for those two items. read more

Came here today with my boyfriend excited to try Jollibee again and it disappoints me to say, that it was just an alright experience. We got the $8.99 bucket of chicken and the $4.99 spaghetti to share, and waited around 15 minutes or so for our food to come out. The Filipino spaghetti was delicious, I honestly couldn't get enough and I loved the sweetness of it compared to the regular "salty" kind of spaghetti taste you can get around here. As for the chicken, it came with a gravy sort of dipping sauce and I had to say, it didn't taste any different or better than KFC or Popeye's chicken. It's a nice restaurant with a good menu selection, but the chicken and food overall just didn't fascinate me as much as I thought it would. read more

Ordered 3 pc tenders, fries and a chicken sandwich. Tried to order a burger but they were out of them. Noted that the prices were significantly higher than on the website. Service was quick, but as we were pulling out of the parking lot we realized that we did not get the sandwich (or a receipt). They tried to find the receipt and just gave us the sandwich. For fast food fried chicken, Jollibee is the best! Its skin is crispy yet not very thick and very flavorful. The meat inside is moist and not dry like other fried chicken. The meat is marinated well, it also tastes flavorful. Moreover, they have spicy chicken which is nicer than most of other fast food fried chicken places. Two sauce containers are included for every chicken bucket. Besides fried chicken, they offer spaghetti but it's a bit sweet in my opinion; however, it still tastes good, bringing back my childhood spaghetti flavors. Food is great. Service is terrible. At 2015 on March 10, 2024, I waited to order. The staff just ignored me for about 15min and then proceeded to ask me a dumb question am I in line. Jollibee is the Pinoy KFC, meaning its fattening, greasy and oily. With that said I start my review... I ended up here because of my nose: it smells delicious!! The chicken is ok (it's fast food, I mean what else do you expect?), tasty but as I mentioned before too, greasy, it comes with a very thick gravy and their sides are a complete disappointment, rice, more rice, potato or more potato. But not everything is bad the chicken pieces are big, well at least bigger than the ones from El Pollo Loco... Their Halo-Halo is OK, it tastes so refreshing after so much fried stuff! Attention is meh, and waiting is kinda long to be a fast food place, they take for ever with your order. First off the food is super super good. I will always go there. I got a family pack with spaghetti. The service is terrible, we DoorDashed food and waited for two hours for our food. The dasher never arrive with our food, and we called the restaurant telling them our problem and they kept telling us that it is delivered but never listened to our problem. They are not short staffed, the management and staff lack organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Our food sat for 20 mins waiting to be bagged while the workers hopped onto partially completing other orders. There is no organization here and all workers look new and confused. Several other customers had to check in on their order as well. Another customer told me his order was not even started on until he checked. Visited this store before going home. The drive thru was blocked and got very confused to why as the store hours said they close at 10pm. My friend and I decided to go inside since we assume that they close drive thru earlier than lobby. As we walked in without any greeting from anyone, my friend felt very uncomfortable as most of the workers just glared at us. It took couple minutes for someone to actually help us at the register while everyone else had ignore us on purpose. We only wanted to try the new ube pie but they had run out. The only good thing about this is the cashier who was actually busy cleaning while everyone else just ignored us. She had a great service and had apologized about running out of the pie. I write this review as I sit in my car waiting on my food. I decided to go through the drive through. Wait maybe like 5 min and get to the speaker box. First thing I'm told is the wait for food would be 30-35 min cuz drive thru is busy. He then said that wait is for big orders. I told him I wld be getting 3 combos spicy chicken. He told me wait for spicy is 10-15 min. I told him that's fine. Also they are only accepting card at the moment. I drive up and pay and he proceeds to tell me to park and they will bring me the food when it's ready. That was 6:22pm. It is now 6:50pm. I'm paying attention to the people waiting like me and people going inside to order. People ordering inside seem to be getting their food way faster than the ones that went through drive thru. Also others who parked after me are getting their food before me as well. They are so unorganized over here it's ridiculous. So I got my food at like 6:53pm. No apology or anything for the wait. Food was bagged all messed up some of my palabok is on the chicken it's ok whatever. Get home and no utensils at all. So not only does this place serve a bunch of fast filipino food, but they started throwing in some all american tenders and fries! Although i didnt get to try specifically those tenders, i would think its similar to the chicken joy fried thigh piece i ordered to go with my palabok, which is a super savory noodle dish. I absolutely love palabok with their savory sauce and salty toppings, which i think includes chicharon. The sliced boiled eggs is also a perfect addition to it! The fried chicken is also delish and even more delish when dipped in gravy! I also couldnt resist that classic sweet spaghetti.
