Unfortunately, this location is losing their touch and have now lost me and my girlfriend as customers. There are other Jollibee stores close enough for us to drive to them when we need a Jollibee fix. Today, we ordered the Jolly spaghetti with 2 pieces of chicken joy, a Big Yum burger and a Jolly hot dog. What we received (after we opened the bag when we got home - Covid-19 time so no dine in) was the spaghetti and chicken, a Yum burger instead of the Big Yum burger and a hot dog on a bun that was literally harder than the box in came in. You could flex the side of the box but could not push in on the bun AT ALL. I removed the hot dog, put it on a slice of bread here and then was able to eat it. The Yum burger was over cooked, with pieces of black char between the burger and the bun. The spaghetti was up to the usual standard as was the chicken. When you go one for three on an order, there's no reason to come back. I've seen the other negative reviews about the location and didn't pay close enough attention. If you have a Jollibee craving and are willing to drive a bit, I'd recommend one of their other locations. Just pay closer attention to the reviews before picking out your spot. Enjoy! read more

We went here early today. They served us old cooked fried chicken. You can really tell that its old cooked. No juice at all, and the meat is so tough. My cousin went to the counter and had his chicken changed, complaining about it. They changed it, and removed all the chicken on the rack. This past summer, I started my mission of trying the various fried chicken outlets in Southern California. There's a few places I haven't been to - or been to in a while, like Jollibee. It's been about around five years since I enjoyed Chickenjoy. But I changed that the other night when I stopped in at their Carson location for dinner. It was pretty busy for what looked to be their dinner rush. I didn't mind though - because I had committed to have their delicious fried chicken. I placed my order (C3) which comes with three pieces and one side and a drink. I opted for mashed potatoes for my side. It took about ten minutes for me to be called up for my order. RAM. Side note - cashier must have previously worked for Starbucks because even though I spelled my name out for her, she got it wrong. Anyway - grabbed my order, sat down, took my photos and enjoyed me some piping hot fried chicken. Crispy on the outside. Tender and juicy inside. I enjoyed the chicken and one thing that sticks out for me - is that the chicken isn't overly greasy. Take a look at the pics. No pools of oil. I didn't care for the mashed potatoes though. Pretty much feel like it was made from boxed ingredients. Don't have much to say about service other than the spelling of my name. It's a fast food establishment. No table service. I've called all over and they don't seem like they will have it again when you ask them. They don't reassure you as a customer that it's just temporary. Went here for lunch with my boyfriend during his lunch break. It definitely has been awhile since I have actually eaten a meal at Jolibee, which is basically like KFC/Popeye and a bit of McDonalds rolled into one for us Filipinos hehe The line was almost to the door since we had gotten there during lunch time, but the line was moving quickly as the two cashiers took orders. When we finally got to the cashier, we ordered the three piece chicken joy with a side of adobo rice and mashed potatoes. I wanted the corn, but it wasn't ready yet. And then we ordered a tuna pie and peach mango pie as well. Was going to order the new spicy chicken joy, but since my boyfriend was having this for the first time, I figured doing the traditional way was best for him. We snagged a table by the entrance and waited for our meal to be ready. Whenever the door opened, a draft would hit our table and blow things around, but it wasn't too bad. Our food didn't take too long to be ready and once it hit the table we dug right in. I personally loved everything, especially when dipping the chicken into the gravy. The chicken was fresh and super crunchy and I definitely left no crunchy piece behind. The tuna pie was actually pretty good and the peach mango pie was just how I remembered hehe I am glad we stopped by since it has a special place in my heart since growing up with it here and there. Definitely coming back to try the spicy version and will have to stop by Red Ribbon and the Seafood City to pick up some other Filipino goodies as well. As a Filipino, Joollibee is in my blood and there is no question that I love it (I wish they had Jolli Hotdog back). However, not sure why the Carson location is so, for a lack of better word, stingy to its patrons. As compared to the Torrance location the Carson location denies their customers' requests, for example more thighs. But when you tell them why is Torrance able to do it they'll suddenly change their mind and tell the customer "ok we'll allow it just this time" and give a cold shoulder as if the request was such a bother. Is this because Jollibee discriminates against the very target market that put them in their position? The Filipino population? Bec Carson has more Filipino patrons while Torrance has more non-Filipino customers, do they give preferential treatment to non-Filipino customers than the very ones who has supported and defended their brand against haters? I had the chance to be in their Seattle location (where there are more non-Filipino customers) and received the nice treatment the Carson location lacked. Not really sure where this comes from but I hope Carson location does better! read more

The managers do not know wtf they are doing. I ordered online and realized I made a mistake. So I tried to correct the order, but their was no option. So I tried calling, almost 7 times, but no answer each time. So when I got there, I asked if we can change the order. They said they can refund the original order and make a new one. So I paid again for the new order and was told I would get the refund for the initial one soon. I never received the refund. So, I paid about $40 for 2 meals. Do not bother going here. read more

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2018 - 72/100. Found myself here on a mid-week mid-lunch rush and yeah, this place is packed! There wasn't one table available for a dine-in at this time of day. Irrelevant to me since I was taking my food to-go anyway. There wasn't that much of a wait since I knew what I wanted: 2-piece chicken joy + 2 sides of rice and fountain drink. "NEXT! How can I help you?" Put in my order, and right when I was about to give my moolah, a gentleman interrupted the cashier (he wasn't being rude or nothin'...) to ask if they can send someone out to clean the tables. SEE! It isn't just me! Seriously, they STILL have this issue after citing it multiple times?! That immediately prompted me to look around and sure enough: CLUTTER. EVERYWHERE. Yummy chickenjoy! I have been coming to this jollibee for many times over the last 3 years! Although it is not the nicest or cleanest location, they are very efficient in getting you what you order. The workers are nice and accommodating, always willing to give you double thighs if you request it and extra condiments when you need it. I recommend getting the regular chickenjoy as the spicy one didn't seem as fresh! The spicy chickenjoy isn't seasoned as well either compared to the regular one. I love having my chicken joy with a side of rice and thick gravy. They make their fried chicken well here. It is always hot, fresh and crispy! So crunchy and juicy when you bite into it. It's conveniently located next to seafood city and red ribbon. Plenty of parking in their lot too! read more

Jollibee is what it is. I've eaten at their locations in the Philippines and in the US and they are consistent. The food is not great but it's a good value for the price. I usually get the chicken/ spaghetti combo and have never had a compliant. This location can be crowded on weekends but the line moves pretty fast. Cashiers seem deliberate and slow but generally provide service with a smile and deliver the proper order. I've dined here over 25 times and I never would have reached double digits if I didn't enjoy the experience. As for parking it's okay if you park n the back of the lot close to Main St. If you want to park five steps from the front door good luck. read more

The service here is horrible! They close at 9:30, we arrived at 9:10 which I understand is approaching closing time. The door was already locked and when another customer let us in the employees all stood and stared at us waited for us to walk in just to say " we're closed man" very unprofessional. A restaurant that has the time posted for 9:30 closing shouldn't lock their doors 20 minutes before closing. Also there were people sitting in the restaurant still eating their food! There was no implication of them closing by cleaning etc. I will never come here again knowing that they don't care to be polite to their customers. I requested if they can give me any part except leg part because I just don't eat leg. And the lady along with their manager refused to grant my request. My favorite place for spicy fried chicken . I bought a few times here and They are crispy and not dry . I am not a fan of the regular one because at times it's abit bland. So far their little mango peach pie is not bad. The ube pie is pretty good . The place is clean . I'm not crazy with sweet spaghetti pasta,not sure with the burger buns either since I don't want to try it . Only tried their pancit palabok. It's not bad . But their halo halo is ok. Food hits the spot just like any other Jollibee franchise. Social distancing is also well implemented in regards to COVID 19. Parking is ample in the plaza. However customer service is lacking. Efficiency has fallen off as cashiers end up doing everything as well besides taking customer orders. Despite being in front of the line it still can take you 5-10 minutes to be seen which in return backs up the ordering process. Also no one ever picks up the phone. I've been trying to call them both night time and day time for a simple question to no avail. A simple pick up of the phone could've made all the difference in customer experience. I would recommend placing order via door dash even if you decide to come to the store to pick it up. It'll save you time and hassle. read more

Ordered food online and was delivered by doordash because we're afraid to go out because of Covid. The gravy is missing. We tried to call but no answer. No choice but to drive all the way to their location. I gave the manager the receipt and told him that i had a delivery and missing the sauce do i need to buy it separately or it comes with the bucket of chicken. At least 4 people need to look at the receipt trying to figure out who missed the gravy. It could have been faster if i fall in line and bought the gravy. They should give the customer what's missing then figure out who messed up. You think i'll screw you up for one gravy. My gas alone cost more. And we even paid for delivery. Jollibee breakfast has improved! It has been awhile since my last review and last breakfast outing to Jollibee. I wasn't sure what to expect when I went in. I instantly liked that their breakfast offerings now include coffee. Prices are still $3.95-$3.95 but they include coffee. You have your choice to upgrade to another drink if you want. I got the longanisa/sausage breakfast joy. It came with a nice big scoop of garlic rice, an egg and two longanisas. Serving was a lot better than from the last time I was here. They've improved! It's nice to see an old favorite back and improving :). I will be back again for some breakfast joys! read more
