The order was quick, but the lady kept telling me the price after I ordered something. She didn't even let me finish my orders at all. I felt like she was rushing me. I ordered one meal spicy and one meal regular, but she kept saying spicy. I corrected her and yet she still entered spicy. I did not like her at all. Thank go it was a easy fix after we got our food. Finally had a chance to try out Jollibee and I have to say its quite enjoyable! The chicken is perfect and fried perfectly. The lines are definitely long so be prepared! But the wait is worth it because once you order they basically have your order within a few minutes usually. If you have never tried Jollibee, you need to go on Yelp and find the nearest Jollibee! Jollibee is a fried chicken restaurant that has a Filipino mix to it. You have options of ordering chicken sandwiches, normal fried chicken, and you can also order fried chicken with pasta or rice if that's your thing. The smallest bucket you can order, meaning chicken alone, is 6 pieces. If you are only a couple, you'll struggle a little to find something that meets the stomach size of 2 people. A perfect bucket size would had been 4 pieces, but unfortunately that doesn't exist. The chicken comes in non-spicy and spicy. The spicy has a little flag on it that says spicy so you definitely won't confuse which one is spicy and which one is not. You also get an order of gravy to dip your fried chicken if you think it's too dry. IMO, the chicken alone is fantastic and you don't really need the gravy. Wasn't really a fan of the spicy fried chicken since it came out dry compared to the regular one. The gravy didn't help. This location is also super busy. Expect long wait times and it's loud and chaotic. There is a person that manages the line but it was really hard to hear the person and instructions given. A lot of people were confused. Popular Filipino fast food chain serving fried chicken and burgers down at Southcenter Mall. Previous times I've seen this place with long lines, but luckily the line wasn't too long when I went (Saturday lunch time). Waited for about 5 minutes to get to the counter. They do limit the number of people lining up inside due to Covid protocols. I ordered 2 piece chicken and palabok combo, plus a peach mango pie. Came to around $13-14. As expected of fast food, didn't take long to get my order. Upon opening the box, I saw they got my order wrong and gave my spaghetti instead, but I ate it as is. For fast food, the spaghetti was decent, and had a few pieces of sliced hot dog. Got the spicy fried chicken, and it was good. Outside was crispy but not super flaky, and the spice was pretty mild. I would say it was comparable to Popeyes in quality. The gravy that came with it was also on the milder side in terms of flavor. The peach mango pie was tasty too, comparable to a warm apple pie from McDonald's. Overall, decent fast food, but only 3 stars since they got my order wrong. read more

Staff were attentive, very businesslike as it was quite busy with a line of customers extending to the entrance. Staff were efficient in taking orders which made waiting to be served quickly. Wait for our order, three sandwiches and 1 fries was also timely, not long at all, guessing 5 minutes. Place was clean, decorated accordingly and the menu reflected Filipino dishes for a fast food eatery. We had the mango peach pie and it was well worth it. Table were cleaned fast and food came right away.One thing we noticed was that regular chicken was crisper. I have been on this planet for almost 25 years, heard of this place numerous times by friends and family, and yet ironically this is my very first time I have tried Jollibee, a somewhat ubiquitous Filipino fried chicken chain. I've passed by, in the past in California, many times, but I never really go as usually there are other better options that are more local / small mom and pop shops which I go instead. It is just somehow, this day, my friend wanted to get a light snack around 5pm and so I split a 2pc chicken combo with mashed potato and the mango peach pie. Splitting it is a good move as the order itself can be quite heavy, at least 1000+ calories even though it looks small. The fried chicken is good, not amazing of course - very lightly seasoned and coated in batter though. It is great to see there are Filipino sides like adobo rice or the Filipino spaghetti, to pair with slightly above average fast food quality type of fried chicken. The mango peach pie is good - fried also so it is quite heavy. The filling is thin in consistency and quite sweet, so despite the size of the pie, I'd similarly recommend splitting it. Prices are definitely on the lower end especially because it is a fast food chain, which also explains why the line is out the door even at 5pm, and typical waits can be 30+ minutes during peak meal times. I wish there were more Jollibee accessible, as most of them, at least in my past experience, are usually a bit out of the way. read more

This is one of my favorites! Whenever I am south seattle or at south center mall this is a must. The spicy fried chicken is so worth the long lines and service! The only knock on this place is sometimes they forget to put the "spicy" chicken in my order and instead put the regular. This has happened 3-4 times now and I've learned my lesson, double check the box and repeat your order to the cashier/worker, "It is spicy chicken right?" LOL. The complete devastation on when you sit down to eat, and realize they forgot the spicy chicken.. part of the reason why it's one of my favorites is the spicy flavor... Otherwise this place is great. They are always busy and to be honest they've handled it so well each time. The food came up lightening fast ! They gave me a pager and right when I got to the booth I wanted to sit at my pager was already beeping and my food was up !! I tried the drink first which was good but it honestly just tasted like regular pineapple juice.. I kind of thought there would be some kind of twist to call it a pineapple quencher but it tastes like straight up dole pineapple juice .. which no complaints there, I enjoy pineapple juice ! The chicken was calling to me next as I LOVE chicken and man was this some lickin' finger good chicken !!! I'd say it's better than KFC, pop eyes and churches ! Anyway, this manager is unprofessional. I came back because my order was missing. And he jokingly said, maybe I already ate it? Half-joke and I don't know him but no apology for the inconvenience. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and I enjoy dipping it in the gravy. Also, this sweet spaghetti is always delcious. I never grew up eating this type of spaghetti. Jollibee delivers on everything it claims to be and doesn't try to fool you as anything else. The fried chicken is crisp, fresh, and delicious every time. The seasoning isn't particularly anything notable, but it tastes good. I don't think I've ever come across a piece that didn't come right out of the fryer and they're always a good size. No complaints for fast food fried chicken at a price that beats KFC. I tried the spaghetti for the first time, and can't say I'm a fan. The sauce is shockingly sweet and I noticed after that only kids were eating it in the restaurant. Again, since I wasn't expecting it to compete with the best Italian restaurants in the area, I take it for what it is and just won't be ordering it again. The peach mango pie is the Jollibee star. Crispy, crunchy, and perfect level of sweetness. It blows McDonald's apple pie out of the water, even though it's nearly twice the price at $2.99 before tax. Jollibee nationally is in some hot water for firing employees who tried to unionize for better pay, so I'll likely not visit Jollibee again until that's resolved. Was at Chowking for breakfast with a friend and we noticed the line at Jollibee was short so I decided to stand in line and get some for later cause I was going to my dad's and to see what all the fuss was about. So I went with the six piece bucket regular it also comes in spicy and had to order a 10 piece for my friend cause she was shopping at Seafood City. Line was fast and the food was ready quickly, the people at the counters were helpful friendly. They guy on the side who helps you bag stuff could use a shot of cheer. Didn't eat the chicken till dinner made sure to take the cover off and take it out of the bag it remained nice and crisp. Flavor wise it taste like friend chicken I've had before but now sure where. The service was always friendly each time I went. The inside ambiance was very chill and the restaurant id very clean. I have tried their fries and spicy chicken sandwich and I loved it so much! Very very good and it was SPICY too so be warned if you think it's weak cause it's not! I would also highly recommend their peach pies. My co-worker and I were walking toward to food court and there it was Jollibee's. The line was so long. I decided to look it up on yelp to see what this place was about. It's a popular chain throughout Westcoast. Jollibee's is popular for Filipino fried chicken. They prepare the chicken spicy and original. This chicken is so crunchy and juicy. I am in love with this chicken and need a serious intervention. This chicken is addictive. They have a peach and mango pie that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The pastry on the outside reminds me of the apple pie from Mcdonald's back in the day. The filling is peach and mango mesh so well. It is the perfect pastry and it wasn't sweet. I'm about to go and get me one right. If you're in Seattle or any part of the Westcoast run and get there early lines are always long but it moves quickly. The chicken always popping hot.
