Well I went to jones Bbq for the first time in a couple years and I wish I would have saved my money, the ribs were so burnt and dry, it was very disappointing.

The. Absolute. Worst. Barbecue and food. I. Ever. Had. Customer service was even worse! I purchased the 3 meat combo, rib tip, chicken & sausage with side of collards & Mac cheese! Meats was smothered in sauce. I was beyond disappointed in everything about the meal especially after spending over $50+ with drinks. I figured I'd give the business a call before I decided to leave this review but upon calling, the employee who said she was the store manager made matters worse. I informed her the food was pretty much inedible. The chicken was dry, sausage was mush, ribs were hard & fatty, greens were flavorless & hard, Mac & cheese dry! Cornbread crumbled at every bite as if it was old. I informed her the food tasted old and outright nasty and replied with "maybe Jones Bbq isn't for you"! I was in disbelief being that I wanted to support this business being that it's a small business and black owned! I was really excited to try their food and support this business! This manager was beyond unprofessional and was on the phone "gossiping" the whole time while taking my order and cashing me out! I asked her to put me in contact with the owner or someone that could help me out because the food is so bad that I will not be eating it. $50+ dollars down the drain. I'm guessing she thought better and decided to call me back after a few minutes to hear my complaint. The damage was done. She said that she'll be giving my information to the owner I'm presuming. All in all this was by far the worst food I've paid for and even worse customer service experience! Beyond disappointed and I sincerely hope someone that cares about the quality of this establishment food and customer service address this matter! Do better Jones Bbq

I ordered from the Jones Barbeque location at Lumen Field. The menu was very limited, so I ordered the Chicken Sausage and a soda. The sausage was very flavorful, but the bun was very cold. If the bun was at least room temperature warm, I would have been more pleased with the sausage. Overall, it was good for stadium food.

    Chicken backed,without seasoning

Jones bbq,a long time favorite fell all the way off,the meat isn't smoked or grilled, lathered in bbq sauce, absolutely no flavor nor seasoning, potato salad obviously store bought, didn't take the time to doctor them up,same with the greens, frozen or out the can,pie is good, very expensive, last time we bought sandwiches we were giving all bread ends .Save your money.

My husband and I got some takeout from there on Sunday night (Aug 30, 2026). We probably should have gotten different entrées in order to try each other's dish. But we were both craving the brisket bowl, which serves the meat on top of their smoky jalapeño mac & cheese. It was very tasty! And actually very generous portions too. We were talking about it later and in future may just get one order and split it, because it was plenty for two. We had enough leftovers that we had a second dinner. We also tried their coleslaw, which was good, but nothing unique. The fellow who was doing all the work in the truck was named Brad, and he was very friendly and helpful. I had asked how spicy the mac & cheese was, and he kindly gave me a small taste of it to try. I'm a little bit wimpy when it comes to highly spiced food, but this was not overly spiced at all. Depending on when you go, there may or may not be street parking. When we went on a Sunday at 6pm, there was no problem. They are open every day from 11 to 8. And there are two picnic tables in front of the truck, in case you want to eat there. FYI, I don't remember seeing any beverages on the menu. Maybe they have a pitcher of water or something, I don't know. But you might want to check, and maybe bring a beverage with you. All in all, we really enjoyed our experience and the food. We'll definitely be back!

The counter staff are always friendly, and helpful in trying to make some decisions on what to order. My favorites include: the brisket, smoked chicken, pulled pork, mac-n-cheese, and an occasional salad. We often get our food to go, but when we've eaten in, there is generally plenty of space to sit, and if you sit outside, you can see the folks hard at work smoking the various meat.

At least for this style- Texas style...sort of a combo with both dry rub (Memphis style) and a kick ass sauce ala KC. It was excellent. We both wanted the ribs and brisket so we each got the 'double trouble' and got different sides...greens, cornbread, corn pudding and mashed potatoes. Oh yeah, we also got the fried pickle appetizer. The meat was perfectly done...tender and smoky. Each side was big, and flavorful. I especially liked the greens, my son said it was the best he'd had. Then they brought out the banana pudding. When the server put it on the table my son made a reference to a vampire movie we'd recently watched where the vampires could see the arteries in the necks of their victims and he made a motion to show that the banana pudding was almost pulsating on the table before us. We descended on that poor pudding like crazed nosferatu just awakening from a centuries long nap. Blood lust. It was so good. Gone in about 1 minute. Our evil souls were barely sated. Our thirst for banana pudding only temporarily slaked. The server joked that he's always wanted to bring in a boba straw for the stuff. It's good. Anyway- put this place on your list. Best bbq in Seattle? Maybe? This is a food genre that's important to me and I haven't yet seen better. $130 for two people with tip, wine and a take-home pudding.

A great place to go with family or your lover. The all you can eat concept drew me here hahah. it is hard to find a solid "all you can eat" restaurant that is not only worth the price & location but also worth the food. You come in, choose your selection (per person that is) of what menu food you want (ranging from $35 to $45) and you're set. Though you have small portions, you can choose more if need be until you're full. If you're ever in Seattle, try this gem out. You'll love it. The only minor thing i didn't like about this place is the hype of Wagyu beef. I ordered the menu with wagyu and when i ate from the wagyu menu, it was ok, it wasn't the best. I finally realized that wagyu comes in different tiers, ranging from 1 to 5, 5 being the most delicious and of course more expensive (which i don't think they offer here). 5 also has the most fatty and delicious wagyu that just melts in your mouth. I think this was a tier 2 or 1. That's all hehe.

They also almost always have great specials when you spend over $80! Must-Orders & Foodie Pro-Tip: * Special Lamb: The absolute star of the menu and a non-negotiable must-have. - i like to ask for additional spicy powder on the side and dip more since it is little blend for my liking * The Cucumber + Cold Noodle Hack: If you're a savory girl like me, order the cucumber salad to start, but save about a quarter of it (and the sauce). When you get cold noodles for dessert, dunk the leftover cucumber and tangy sauce in--it adds the perfect crunch and acidity to balance out the sweetness! Drink Note: They still serve beer, but it's a bit sad that they don't sell original/non-flavored soju anymore. One day, lightning struck a tree, causing a massive forest fire that killed many animals. Our ancestors then discovered that cooked meat tasted much better than raw meat. This is why roast meat has always been regarded as an important part of the human diet. Today I gathered with friends and chose this barbecue restaurant. It's located north of Redmond, with a prominent sign and plenty of parking. Ambiance: The decor is creative, but it feels quite contradictory. Barbecue is inherently a very "Jianghu" (lively, rough-and-tumble) kind of thing, yet the restaurant leans toward an artistic, literary style. When I used to run my own restaurant, I followed a principle: avoid anything unrelated to the core dining experience. Seeing many books on the shelves here, I understand they're trying to bridge Jianghu and artistry -- but it clearly feels out of place. That said, the place is very clean, and the stickers/decorations are festive. Service: My high rating for this restaurant is largely based on the service. After we sat down, we were given free appetizers -- braised peanuts, which tasted great. The staff training is very professional, whether it's taking orders, making recommendations, attending to us during the meal, or checking on tables and refilling water. All excellent. Taste: Jianghu-style cuisine is characterized by boldness, satisfaction, and not sweating the small details. We ordered spicy hot pot (Malatang), spicy hot pot skewers, grilled beef, lamb, chicken gizzards, oysters, and many other items. First, the Malatang and spicy skewers tasted almost identical, so it felt like eating the same thing. The grilled skewers were just average -- neither good nor bad. The oysters were very tasty. However, the shrimp in the spicy skewers were very unfresh, which was disappointing. "By the way, the prices at 'Friendship Skewers' are anything but friendly -- I think it's quite overpriced overall."
