Came here for a quick lunch with my wife. She got the 6 piece wings with the new Chili Crisp sauce as she likes chili crisp (she's Indonesian). I got the small order of boneless wings with the spicy hot honey bbq sauce. I wanted to get fries and try those but I forgot. I really liked the Hot honey bbq sauce but it wasn't that spicy to me. I did douse them in ranch so that would have cooled them down but I also licked the sauce off the plate when I was done. I barely felt any heat. My wife said the chili crisp was ok, but it had a sour taste to it and she does not like sour. I'm assume the sour came from the Korean bbq sauce that was in it. Service was friendly and quick and we were able to eat and run pretty quickly. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the mood for some wings. read more

I wanted soup but the place I went was closed so I decided on wings, which I haven't eaten in easily over a year. The wings were good! I got 6 sweet Thai and 6 parm. The sweet basil were great! The parm were ok. The servers were nice. The fries were good. They skimp a Lil on Celery but I imagine not everyone even eats it so I understand that. A Lil spendy imo for what you get however I did order 12 wings and got 14, so for that I was happy. Everything was good, just a little too dark in the restaurant for my liking, though better than super bright restaurant, I just like to be able to see what I'm eating. West Seattle needed a wing place and West Wings delivered in spades. In the admiral district this gem provides phenomenal wings and salads plus a few items I've never tried yet. But being a huge fan of the boneless wings I'm gonna go out on a wing ( LOL ) and say these are best in show for West Seattle wings. A real tangy not over spiced deep fried protein is a winner. Plus you get plenty when you order a small order. Now the Italian Chopped salad is big enough for two but I managed to power through it. Plenty of garbanzos and salami with ample dressing for delivering a perfict tasting salad. After all we all need our roughage to keep regular... Aside from food they have a fully stocked bar with plenty of beers including Georgetown brewing options. Yet if you need a Coke well they have one of those for you and myself. Plenty of seating in dining room for individuals and family's plus bar has a number of tables. A few tv scenes so if you were watching sports viewing can be located both bar & dining areas... I decided to go on a bike ride after work and cruised around the west Seattle area. I was hungry for some wings and this place popped up. I'm glad I stopped by, they had a combo special going on. I had 6 wings with any sauce I wanted, plus a cheese burger for $15.99. What a deal and the food was really good too. I'll be back more often as I tend to have cravings for good wings... Wow. I tried West Wings tonight and it was not good. First off, I don't understand the wings being served in a puddle of sauce. Some of them were completely submerged. What is the point of that? Second, the sauce was awful. I had the house sauce (can't remember what they call it) and the "your Dad's buffalo" - thinking that one would be like old style, franks based buffalo sauce. It was not. It was a little better than the house sauce but that isn't saying much. To think I could have crossed the street and walked north to the Admiral Pub and had the best wings in town instead. Seattle isn't known for its amazing wings and in my opinion, these are about as good as it gets. I've had better wings in cities nearby, just not in Seattle. Maybe there are amazing wings hidden somewhere and I just haven't tried them. One thing that stands out here is the creamy buffalo sauce / regular buffalo sauce. It's just different and honestly I like it. Personally think they need a new name for it because I can imagine people who specifically want that buffalo sauce flavor, will not find it here. Instead it's more of a homemade spicy creamy sauce with a slight hint of buffalo sauce. Depending on the spice level you pick, the spice can vary. I thought the level of spice my medium spicy mess wings had was appropriate. When I was done I had a few small beads of sweat on my forehead. The lemon pepper wings I ordered actually tasted like lemon pepper. Very strong compared to most places I've been, but I really like a strong lemon pepper flavor on my wings. So easy to brush a bit off if it's too much. Harder to get them lemonier. So that's an another win in my book. The service here is just ok, don't expect anything fancy, but the servers helped me out just fine. I like their interior design and layout. Nothing fancy, but I did feel like I was in a wing den. The inside is on the smaller side, but they do have an outdoor patio area that you can enjoy on a nice day. Outside of wings they offer your standard American burger joint items. Burgers, fries, mozzarella sticks, salad, etc. nothing stand out about this location but the homemade buffalo sauce luckily nothing failed me at this location. If you're in the area and want some wings, this might be the spot for you in west Seattle. Remember this is still Seattle so good luck finding parking. There's only street parking and many other businesses. I haven't had any trouble finding parking close by, just not right out front yet. read more

Oh my gosh, we didn't expect the taste-bomb going into West Wings! I was so satisfied with their boneless chicken and pickle chips. Both outstanding! And their 5-star sauce is fire (almost literally!). Service was great too. This is my third time coming here. This time it was for happy hour around 4pm. I had a Georgetown mannys and bodhi. The beers were super cold and fresh served in frosted glasses . I ordered the creamy buffalo wings, onion rings and bourbon wing. The onion rings was good. Nothing over the top. The creamy buffalo wings was great. A little different from typical buffalo sauce(more peppery) which I didn't mind at all. I love that they over sauce the wings so you can dip them again if needed. The bourbon wings had good flavor. The sauce was a little thinner than the buffalo wings. So it didn't stick on them like the buffalo. But they were good. The wings are a little small but priced well for the size. A order of 12 is needed with the size. 9 would be optimal if they ever upgraded the menu. I would also brine the wings or soak them in buttermilk to ease the texture and tenderize the meat more. They had plenty of TVs on playing tournament basketball and hockey on. I will be back for sure. Service was excellent. I'm a cook and I would recommend this place. read more

Pretty underwhelming wings for the price. We got a 6 piece level two buffalo wings, a side of onion rings, and a double cheeseburger to share. Wings are super small for the premium price of almost $2 a wing. Since there is not much meat on each wing, the meat was also a bit dry (Crispy skin atleast?) The double cheeseburger had paper thin patties and we were originally going to order a full order of onion rings when the server said she'd be happy to do it as a side. The burger was about the size of a Dick's deluxe, and they also tried charging us $8.99 for the "side" of onion rings. The server was super nice, but we left dissapointed and hungry. Wings were cooked well with the right amount of crisp. The sauces that we tried were excellent (2 flame hot and Korean pepper). If I had one criticism it would be the dry rub. We had the garlic parm and just a total lack of rub. Really left no flavor on the wing... not even salt. Which is a shame as I live a good dry rub wing.
