While the seating area around are the airport seats, the coffee place itself is located on the side of one of the gates. The staff were nice, though with the crowd it would help if they gave numbers or names for the cups rather than just calling out the type of coffee. Please label the baked goods. It's very hard to order a pastry if there's no name or flavor! It's located near the United Gates, so it's very crowded with extremely limited seating. If you are not willing to pay close to $10 for a drink then I don't suggest this place. I had an early flight and was craving a good matcha latte. This was the only place open super early that served matcha lattes. I knew I wouldn't get the best quality matcha at the airport but I gave this place a try and it wasn't too bad. It did taste like matcha but it did not have a potent matcha flavor like other coffee shops that specialize in matcha lattes have. Overall, if you're craving a matcha latte at the Burbank Airport, I recommend coming here... if you are willing to pay for an expensive drink! I honestly believe it's better than Starbucks Matcha Lattes. They have non dairy substitutions like oat milk and almond milk. They also ask if you want to add any sweetener. HOWEVER this matcha latte was very pricey (i am guessing due to it being located at the airport. My total was $9.74. They have a sustainability fee and tax. Without those, my total was $7.50 and $1.00 extra for adding sweetener. Normal Matcha Places have a price range from $5-$7. So, I give it 1 Star for Price and 4 Stars for Taste read more

I'm a die hard Starbucks drinker but today Jones Coffee Roasters was my only choice. I did not have high hopes as it's an airport coffee shop, however from the get I had a fantastic experience. There was one female and two males working. I was greeted promptly and with smiles and then we got to laughing about one of the men saying "that matcha looks fire" about a drink he just made. Their lavender lattes have a lovely amount of lavender flavor balanced with a nice coffee flavor and is decadently creamy! I loved it! They have a cooler with a selection of sandwiches, wraps, fruit cups, nuts, yogurt cups, waters and other drink items. They also have a large selection of Kind Bars. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were even happy to give me a large cup of ice for my bottled water.
