I tried a lavender latte for the first time here and it was delicious! The barista was quite interesting. When he gave me a "sample" of the lavender latte, it was just the milk and syrup; that's right no coffee. But from this sample I could imagine it would taste good in coffee. Anyway, I had a little of the sample left and asked if he could throw it out for me and instead of throwing it immediately in the trash, he drank what was left! I was shocked. There are two locations, one at gate A3 and the other is at the end of Gate 5-6. I will say that this is pretty decent coffee for it being in the airport. They also have themed coffees, flavors that as the from around the world i.e. Barcelona, Madrid, NYC, just to name a few. They also have pastries and other non-coffee drinks. Staff is pretty friendly and straight forward ordering and pick up. I ordered an iced lavender latte with oat milk and it tasted the way it should. read more

The black tropical tea is delicious! (It's unsweet) but you can add sweetness to it if you want on the side counter but I liked it without sugar. The breakfast burrito is over priced and not that good. I dont recommend it at all. Otherwise, enjoy a break from flights! read more

Disappointed that a cute coffee shop in Pasadena puts up false pricing at their airport location. Airport food and drink locations are all over priced, I understand. However, adding to the already high mark ups is false advertising. The woman who made my drink was very nice and explained why the she charged me more than what the sign said. The wife and I flew out of Burbank airport the other day, for a short trip. While waiting for our flight, my wife bought a cup of black coffee from Jones, which she later added some cream to. I believe it cost about $5 for this cup of coffee, which was overpriced, but not surprising being that this was a vendor in an airport terminal, and such vendors are always very overpriced in whatever they sell. The biggest disappointment was the taste/quality of the coffee, or lack thereof. The coffee had very little rich, roasted, good quality coffee flavor, and it was also watered down. This was disappointing. This next point is somewhat minor, but still worth mentioning: The quality of the cup and its lid were bad and didn't make a seal, so that whenever we tilted the cup to drink out of it, coffee would leak and drip out of the bottom of the lid, and onto our clothes. As a result, we both had coffee stains on our clothes from the very beginning of our travels. Yay... read more

It is pretty gross when the staff, who is doing the stacking of foods (muffins, bagels, etc), is using the same gloves as when he was using his cellphone.
