Coffee is good with ample seating and good company. Coffees a bit pricy but good quality. Indoor and outdoor seating available

The main thing that stands out here is their 1987 coffee roaster which is the center piece of the cafe. They roast various single origin beans on a daily basis, so you know you can purchase some fresh coffee beans here. If you need your beans grounded, they do grind it for you depending on your brewing method. They have beans of light roast, medium roast and dark roast and sell by various weights for a very reasonable price. They also sell various tea leaves, baked goods (croissant, muffin, scones, bagel, Danish, coffee cake, Dessert Therapy cookies, and merchs. They also have a seasonable menu that changes. When I went, it was the Sakura season menu. Staff were all friendly and were very willing to answer any questions regarding the menu. Please note, the base coffee blend for each day varies and rotates on a daily basis For my visit, I tried ... 1. Buttered Coffee (4.5/5) The base coffee for the day was the Peru single origin, which was well-balanced; slightly sweet with a hint of tartness and nuttiness. They then add a chunk of butter into the coffee, which helps cut some of the acidity, but also is supposed to enhance the caffeine effect and give you additional energy from the fat. It does leave a layer of fat/oiliness so if you are not a fan of that, then this may not be for you. The butter did give it a subtle buttery flavor, which I personally liked. 2. Matcha with Sakura Cold Foam (4/5) The matcha was blended smoothly and was not grassy at all. The Sakura cold foam didn't really taste like Sakura (been to Japan, so know what real Sakura flavor should taste like), but instead, just tasted floral. 3. Columbia Supremo Whole Beans Full body and aromatic. Good for those who like to drink black coffee 4. Guatemala Huehuetenango Whole Beans: Crisp, acidic and a hint of nuttiness Glad I found this local roaster where I'll definitely be coming back to get some more fresh beans.

I also ordered a pastry and was surprised they don't have an oven to warm it up, which made the experience less enjoyable. I understand every shop operates differently, but I wish this was clearer beforehand. Hoping they improve the coffee quality and offer a way to heat pastries in the future.

Its flavor is certainly consistent with other forms Pandan of desserts I've had and this being my first time having it in a coffee is excellent. While my girlfriend and I were waiting for my drinks we got to read about their business owner and short but significant history. This business seems very popular and for good reason. It has creative Viet inspired drinks, some pastries, and other traditional classics. I loved the overall aesthetic. It's very tiny inside but inviting. Their staff were friendly and even were generous enough to ground some external beans for me which was a solid. I'm sold on their product, service, and can't wait to come back! Phenomenal find :)

The beans seem to be of decent quality, but the coffee lacked the depth, complexity, and bold character that I typically associate with great Vietnamese coffee. I understand that condensed milk is a defining ingredient in Vietnamese coffee, and it's something I usually enjoy. However, I found both drinks noticeably sweeter than I prefer. I don't mind sweetness, but these leaned a bit too heavily in that direction for me, which ended up masking some of the coffee's flavor. That said, the café is located in a pleasant neighborhood and has a welcoming atmosphere. It's a comfortable spot to relax, meet friends, or work. While the coffee wasn't particularly memorable for me, the overall vibe of the place is definitely a plus.
