I visited this place a while back but I remember getting the green detox and absolutely loving it! I went in the early morning (around 7:30am) and it wasn't crowded at all, but I can imagine parking being a potential issue during busier times. Anyway, from my experience here I can say that the service was really quick and friendly, and the juice tasted great. Solid place for juice! The owner, Moises, made things easy by giving me a run down of his favorite options on the menu and then, was willing to make substitutions as needed for my taste and health goals. I ended up with a cucumber, apple and ginger smoothie, with extra ginger (yum) and it was delicious! I love that Moises is open-minded about the menu, wants to support local farms and is interested in meeting health needs of his customers. I have yet to try the food but I've come here to pick up a delivery for Lunchteria and they are always very kind! I was given a sample of the coffee date smoothie which was delicious! I loved that there are little bits of the dates still swirling around the smoothie, very very good! Then today they were super sweet and kind and I left with a special gift of the Tropical smoothie. I've never been a fan of juice. Until today. The Rocket Power knocked my socks off. My friends convinced me to do a shot of lemon, ginger, and cayenne. It opened up my sinuses. I was super glad to have my delicious RP to wash away the heat of the ginger shot, but it's supposed to be healthy, right? The guy working (Ryan?) was super friendly. Juice Alchemy is a great juice spot. Very small and simple. The menu is pretty cool, featuring common juice and smoothei recipes but also some unique ones as well (that honey bee smoothie...so good). The only downside are the prices, portions and hours of operation. It's almost better to just buy a juicer and make all this stuff yourself. The overall value is unfortunately not that great. I would suggest bigger portions or cheaper prices. It may actually be better to just turn this place to a food truck and travel around San Diego if it helps lower the prices! Overall, Juice Alchemy has some fantastic drinks. Definitely recommend treating yourself to one every now and then. read more

I HIGHLY recommend the PB Cold Brew Smoothie. It is packed with Banana, Chia Seeds (which keeps me full for hours), Peanut Butter, Chocolate and Almond Milk. YUM! How can you get a bunk smoothie at a place that only makes juice and smoothies?? I was visiting San Diego earlier this month (December 2018) and looking for a place to grab a smoothie before a workout. I was the first custy of the morning, but it took about 10 min to get a protein smoothie. I found it inedible because it tasted like pure agave, I had to throw it in the trash as I walked to my car. My personal favorites are the power hour and the nutrients with vegan protein powder. The flavors are fresh and balanced.
