I am so addicted to this place and walk here every morning and then grab another one in the afternoon at the Beverly Hills location on my way to work. I have gotten my boss and several coworkers equally addicted to this place. I work in a restaurant and usually don't eat so healthy because I am so busy that I wait until I am starved or parched to ingest any food or liquids. This has become a saving grace and I love how I feel after I drink any of their smoothies. The acai bowls are a little to sweet for my taste, but my boyfriend loves them. My two preferred smoothies are Sunny Malibu (creamy and satisfyingly filling) and Green Soul (very refreshing). Some of the green cold pressed juices taste a little too green for my tastebuds, but my coworkers love them. Every once in a while I buy a whole bunch and bring them to share with the cooks. So happy I found this gem in Marina Del Rey! It's in a small strip mall with limited parking, but if you can't find a spot in the parking lot you should be able to find street parking. This bowl has acai, guarana, kale, spinach in smoothie form; then banana, pineapple, coconut flakes and walnuts in solid form. It was quite good and hit the spot. I stayed right across the street from Juice Crafters this past weekend while on a mini-vacay in LA, and stopped in twice for smoothies. My first experience was a bit slow, and I think that they were understaffed - there was just one girl working, and she was on the phone with a coworker saying "Are you here yet?" So, all things considered, she did a great job managing to take orders and make smoothies, and there was a line of several customers at the time my friends and I stopped in. I don't remember the exact name of my smoothie, but it was something like the "Acai Power Boost." I give the smoothie 4 stars! I also stopped in yesterday for a quick smoothie on our way back up to San Francisco, and ordered the "Summerland" under meal replacement shakes. This one was tasty as well, but I was a little disappointed that, at a place like Juice Crafters that advertises their "fresh ingredients," that they were just using cartons of Silk Almond milk in the smoothies. Not a huge deal, but I (maybe wrongly) assumed that they would use house-made almond milk. Service was a bit quicker this time. I'd stop by if in the area, and they did have some tasty looking grab-and-go lunch options as well. read more

I've been going to juice crafters since it opened. Specially the Brentwood location. I'm allergic to certain things but sometimes I am simple not in the mood for certain smoothies but Im in the mood for ingredients that are in the menu. I have change items, no problema, for a price of course. This time I was being charge $7.99 for an empty cup! When i to asked to add adaptogens on a basic base, that I was willing to pay for but I wasn't willing to pay $18 simply for adding ashagawanda & pre-biotics to a strawberry, almond milk and banana base. I try to plead with the, I believe, temporary manager, and unfortunately he/she was so obtuse and close minded that kept saying no to any possibility I was presenting to the point of being rude. Changes are hard I know I'm from my young days being a customer service can be challenging. But I believe this location could benefit from training it's personal to understand that some people are allergic to certain ingredients and need substitutions, like any other branch does with grace. This employee refused to give me his/her name and when I informed that I would like to take a picture, I got the rushed run to the kitchen move. I don't wanna get anybody fired. I went here everyday for four days because I was trying to kick a cold. I LOVED their juices and shots. My only qualm is that every time I came in, they never had the juice I was looking for. Actually every time I went they ran out of something. Hope they stock their cold pressed juices more. My friend went in at 745 AM one morning and they still ran out (not sure how that's possible being so early). Totally unacceptable pricing and service (in this regard). I wanted a six-item, custom smoothie: kale, spinach, cacao nibs, banana, almond milk & chocolate protein; they wanted $12.00+!!!! Like, seriously?! You have smoothies with 8-10 items for $9.99 or LESS, and those items are more expensive then what I want (i.e., walnuts, dates, cacao nibs, gogi, peanut butter, acai, etc.); but you're going to charge me $12! Get out of here!! The uber sad part is I've actually sucked it up and paid the obscene price before, but the product just isn't worth the cost, NO SMOOTHIE IS btws. Never returning. I'd rather drive to National and Barrington, to My Juice Spot, where I can get my smoothie, WITH AVOCADO, for $8! No matter how many new juice places I try, no one even comes close to juice crafters. I can't figure out how their açaí and smoothies are just miles better than anywhere else. When I was pregnant ALL I WANTED was the açaí bowl from here as a smoothie (they throw the whole bowl, granola and all into a blender and it's HEAVEN). Literally was getting it every day out of the blue with intense cravings for it and then I found out I was pregnant lmao. Please please please open one in north hollywood/Burbank. There is nothing worse than a smoothie that is mostly banana or juices that are mostly orange juice, which is what I find with most smoothie and juice places. You'll find some creative concoctions here, and thankfully they typically have samples available. I usually end up getting the Pacific Love which is a nice blend of nutrition and taste. The quality is superb, the drinks are creative, the staff have good recommendations, and they take phone orders (I recommend always calling ahead). They also have terrific acai bowls that are surprisingly filling for breakfast. Only factors keeping this place from a perfect score is the price and speed of service. I understand the premium people are expected to pay for premium ingredients, but I could honestly make the same thing at home with comparable ingredients for half of the price. Even if you added a 25% margin to the price of supplies, you don't get to the prices they charge. And, they're slow. If I don't call ahead I usually have time to order, go to Starbucks next door for an Americano, and return before they have my drink ready. It's certainly a step above the other chain smoothie and juice places, but the prices keep me from being a daily visitor. read more

Second time the acai bowl has been straight liquid. Very disappointing!! Acai bowls are supposed to have a thicker consistency, this is thinner than a smoothie! I feel like I am eating a fruit soup. Flavor was also terrible- someone definitely did not make this correctly. Also, they forgot the coconut flake topping. Both times it has been implied it was my fault as the customer for not eating it quick enough, which is not true. The bowls have been watery upon first receiving them and I began eating them within a 5-7 minute time frame (that's how long it takes to get home). These are some of the more expensive acai bowls and yet such poor quality. There are so many other better acai options - look elsewhere! read more

A couple of weeks ago I tried this place for the first time & after yoga class thought it would be a good idea. The Acai Bowl I ordered was not what I expected (3/4 of it was nuts and almost $16). When I requested to get something else I was treated very poorly by management, Greg & Hili. Their treatment was so unprofessional that I was stunned. Used to come to this place a lot . Haven't been here since the start of the pandemic . But wow has it changed. Let me start off by saying I called twice before heading over to the store. No answer. Didn't even know if they were open . Got there and waited about 15 minutes for my açaí bowl to be made. A bit longer then I expected but wasn't in a rush . Then got my bowl and headed home only to realize when I got there that my bowl had opened in the bag. This happened either due to them not closing it tight enough out of laziness or the new cheap flimsy bowls I just realized they replaced there old bowls with . So if you would like to eat at a place where the food is pretty good but everything else having to do with the place is pretty bad then this is the place for you. My friend found this place on our last trip to LA. Now, it's on my must have list in LA. It's close to the airport, so hop over before leaving or right after landing to beat that airline yuckiness. The Açaí protein bowl and the super green juice are my favorites on the menu, but everything is fresh. It's not a place where you plan to sit and stay awhile because they don't have a seating area. However, it's worth the visit. The staff is pleasant and the space is appealing to look at. The menu has something for even the hardest to appeal to about health foods. If you're in a rush, they have some pre-made juices that you can grab from the fridge in order to keep it moving. read more

I first became a fan of Juice Crafters when I tried their Brazillian Acai bowl at the Newport Beach location. Since then, I've been hooked. Prior to them opening in MdR, I Yelped various neighborhood locations to find a true contender in taste and value. I never found one. So naturally, when Juice Crafters opened in MdR, I was thrilled. The only drawback is the location is so tiny and doesn't make great for a hang out/lunch spot. They don't even have their own seating area. Lame. However, parking is free and easy. Acai lovers will be thrilled to know that Juice Crafters is not stingy on acai. Their bowls make for the perfect refreshing snack, served with almond slices, granola, bananas and strawberries... ohh it's amazing. You actually feel like you're getting your money's worth, because the bowls are pretty big compared to others in the area. The Brazillian Acai is only $9.99, I highly recommend it. Plus, they're very photogenic (I'm telling all you Instagrammers) and come with cute I heart LA stickers. read more

Great spot for healthy smoothies and acai bowls. It's located i a pretty busy and cramped plaza that offers tight parking spots on top and an underground parking lot with additional spots. They have a large selection of smoothies (tropical, meal replacement, daily treatment) that range from about $7-$12. You can upgrade any of your smoothies from a 16 oz to a 20 oz for just $1 more. We tired the Acai Power Boost (acai guarana, coconut water, pineapple and banana) and the Silver Cup (almond milk, coconut water, kale, dates, banana and walnut). Both were delicious.
