Stopped in for their famous grilled cheese and pesto sandwich. Owner was in and I asked about their coffee and he buys from a roaster he loves in MN. Had a pleasant conversation and let him know I loved great coffee so I ordered a cold nitro. He brought over a lingo espresso and to my surprise, it was not bitter despite the second crack roast. The bowls are simply delicious. The service is excellent and the ambiance is cool. The breakfast bagel is also quite good.

The food was not good. I ordered a bagel sandwich with avocado instead of bacon and the avocado was rotten tasting like it had been out. I specifically asked if the bagel was toasted and it came out more soggy than crispy. Gross. I asked for a over medium-hard egg and the white part was still gooey and that is DISGUSTING!!! The kids working in the back making the food need to be trained on some finesse. One saving grace for this place was the Revive juice was great and the guy that took our order was angelic. read more

Found this place downtown Flagstaff. Free storefront parking which is unusual downtown. Recently remodeled and the mood was the best. Wish I lived there so I could go often. I've had lunch here two times now and I think their food is great! The first time I got the Route 66 Pub Toast with veges & hummus; the second time I got the Turkey Pesto Grilled Pubwich. I had an Earl Grey Iced Tea which was very good. My grandson had a smoothie & a muffin, both of which he really enjoyed. Both the outside patio and inside are dog friendly, though I didn't see a dog inside. The young women who waited on me both times are super friendly. The food didn't take long & the sandwich came out piping hot. My son said the restroom for the restaurant is shared by a wine place and a beer place & he said the men's restroom was "pretty rough" but figured it was due to the sharing with those places. My boyfriend and I loved this place!! Stopped by after a long long hike and their smoothies and acai bowls were just what we needed. Acai Bowl - this acai bowl really hit the spot! The acai mix here tasted more like a mixed smoothie bowl, so the acai was a bit less concentrated than other bowls I've had. But they beautifully arranged my bowl with tons of fruit on top and even added a bit of almond butter! I also really loved whatever granola they used for the bowl Greenacolada smoothie - delicious green smoothie!! I'm not a huge fan of pina coladas but the only coconut in the smoothie was coconut milk, so we gave it a shot. I loved this smoothie because you couldn't really taste the coconut flavor and it was really delicious. I'd highly recommend this smoothie, but just caveat that it doesn't taste anything close to a pina colada. They were a little on the pricier side and it took them a bit of time to get us our smoothie and acai bowl (they even have a sign there that says something to the effect of "the good things can't be rushed", lol). But the staff were really nice and I'd recommend this place to others if you're in search of a juice/smoothie shop in downtown Flagstaff! read more

Stopped in here after a day of ski for some fuel before the 4 hour drive back to Vegas. We got the greenacoloda and strawnana smoothies, both excellent. Love what the new owners have done with the space. The inside is very clean, cute and cozy and they expanded the menu, adding some great drink and food items. The parking lot is convenient too since it can be tough to find a spot downtown. A must visit when in Flagstaff! read more

Okay, I'd really like to give it 1 star because they removed the item from the menu that I'd drive up to Flagstaff to get; the Espresso Milkshake which was amazing and perfectly done, not anymore. Visited on Saturday 8/3 as it was close to where we were staying for a weekend getaway in flagstaff. I don't know if we just happened to go on a bad day but I was severely disappointed. It took 40 minutes to get 5 drinks to go (small kids OJ, hot black tea, iced chai, iced matcha, and a fresh juice). Even then, after the 40 minutes the matcha tasted like plain milk. I did not have the ability to continue to wait for subpar drinks so I didn't ask for it to be remade. I did however ask the girl on bar/register multiple times what was going on and I received a canned response of "we are busy". I informed them that I had been waiting 40 minutes for my drinks and I wasn't offered any discount/refund/pastry while I waited etc. I indicated that it really wasn't acceptable to have to wait that long for 5 drinks and it's clear this team was not trained in customer service or conflict resolution because she didn't even attempt to make things better. I like to support little shops but after spending over $50 and waiting, it's no surprise that places like this dont end up being on every corner. If you are looking for a coffee/tea/juice to go, this is not your spot. read more

Tuesday 28th June: (Around 2pm ish) I had already, with my family, visited this place and spent around $40 or so on juice PLUS TIP etc... and it was fine. We went for a quick walk around and then I wanted to stop in to grab a coffee on on our way to the car.. (Around 3pm) It think the coffee was around $10 and then TIP on top... First off the coffee was cold. I let the barista know and she said nothing, huffed and took the cup. Hands me it back. Says NOTHING. Walks to the back out of sight. I take a sip. It's pretty much just HOT WATER. I have to shout 'excuse me please' three or four times, last time VERY loudly before the girl walks back to the front. I tell her the coffee is not even coffee anymore and the reply I got was ''Yeah, you told me it was cold and I'd already put too much oat milk and water in there sooo ... I just added hot water to make it hot. Do you want it (awkward pause) or do you want me to try again?' I said 'it's a $10 dollar COFFEE so yes please, I would like you to make it again' Girl begrudgingly takes the cup. Says NOTHING. Remakes the coffee. Slams it on the counter. Says NOTHING. Tried the mermaid bowl today and it was really good and a good portion too! The bowl was $9 which was a little pricier than normal for açaí bowl types but at least it was a good serving with a lot of fruit. My friend tried the açaí bowl and it wasn't her favorite just because it wasn't very sweet and a little on the salty side because of the almond butter. This place is outstanding. It has a beautiful and clean atmosphere with living plants and dope Harry Potter like books on the wall, with excellent customer service and coffee. I don't eat out and have coffee out a lot, and when I do pay for it I want it to be worth every penny. Could not be more happy I found the Juice Pub and Eatery, the day my usual spot didn't open on time. JP & Eatery is now at the top of my list when I go out for coffee or food.
