So dissatisfied with this food. Was really looking forward to try this place but i definitely give it a thumbs down. The lamb was tasty and a good size but the mix of fresh veggies they give you were far from fresh. Ill give them another try for my BFs sake but not the best Mediterranean food...I've had way better.... if you are out in concord there's a spot called Bobbalus (something like that) that can show you real good fresh Mediterranean food. read more

Easy access off main highway but tucked behind a larger shopping center so not easy to spot; don't give up funding it! The place only has 3 tables but if there is no room to sit, take food to go! The Fattoush Salad is super delicious as is the Hummus. Order the Lamb Shawarma or the Lamb or Chicken Kabob - so yummy! Had lunch here last week, and am kicking myself for not going here sooner. I LOVE Middle Eastern food, and haven't been able to satisfy my cravings here in the valley. I was skeptical when JuJu said their shawarma doesn't get cooked on a skewer, but she convinced me to try it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by how similar it was to the stuff I used to get at House of Kabob in Berkeley (which I LOVED). I got sides of both hummus and baba ganoush, and was thrilled to find the baba full of lemon, garlic, and the smokiness that is almost always lacking in baba in this country. The mujadara had ultra-caramelized onions, 2 different kinds of lentils, and barley, instead of rice, which was a lovely surprise. I wish there had been rice for the shawarma, and I've had better pita, but otherwise, it's wonderful. JuJu is lovely and charming. I have no idea how/when/where the cooking gets done. read more

I love this place so much! The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming and the food is delicious. My favorite is the lamb gyro, but it's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu! I also love the kefta, the Mediterranean salad, and their beet hummus is to die for. The food takes a little while, but it's worth the wait because everything is made to order. BEST FALAFEL!! really! They were crunchy but not hard, and the soft inside part was so delicious. BEST BABAGANOUCHE!! Smoky eggplant, mild but flavorful spices. BEST HUMMUS!! Delicious. The meats were all seasoned and cooked perfectly. We have had excellent Greek food in Astoria in NY but have not found a good place in CA. This was a great find! A gem in Napa. If it wasn't for Yelp we would never find this little gem in the middle of Napa. Small place tucked away from main road, but what a treat for your pallet. For what it is, this place is great. Good Mediterranean food, quick and friendly service. You order at the counter and they bring you the food to your table. There are only a Handful of tables. I was really looking forward to this place as I love gyros and the reviews were great. Sadly, I was disappointed. The food was okay. We had kafta, chicken, and lamb shawarma. The meat was all on the dry side. Needed more sauce. Would have been fine if each entree was $7.95 but it was $12 minimum a plate. Our bill for four people was $80! That's with no drinks. Finally, there was no AC in the restaurant and it was outrageously hot and stuffy. Wish I would have liked the food better but for the price and quality I probably won't be back. read more
